INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this ANNEX 2 to EXHIBIT A (Document Requirements) is to:
Provide an indicative system of categorisation in accordance with which COMPANY will APPROVE or review DOCUMENTS produced by CONTRACTOR in the course of execution of the
WORKS; and
Summarise the requirements for, and identify (without limitation) the main contents of, FINAL DOCUMENTATION, and to set out certain requirements related to those matters.
This ANNEX 2 shall be read in conjunction with EXHIBIT A, ANNEX 7 (Information Management and Communications) and EXHIBIT G.3, together with the other aspects of the
AGREEMENT relating to CONTRACTORS' obligations regarding the production, submission
and updating of DOCUMENTS. Neither the descriptions of documents used in Section 1 of
this ANNEX nor the description of FINAL DOCUMENTATION in Section 2 of this ANNEX are
intended to be exhaustive, nor shall any DOCUMENT required to be prepared as necessary
for execution of the WORKS be prepared or caused to be prepared by CONTRACTOR and
made available to COMPANY.
Section 1 of this ANNEX sets out a list of generic engineering, construction and operational
documents of the nature expected to be produced by CONTRACTOR during execution of the
WORKS and assigns against each document description, the COMPANY's indicative classification for COMPANY APPROVAL, review or reference, as the case may be. CONTRACTOR
shall use Section 1 of this ANNEX as a guide to preparing the "Master Document Index" referred to in Exhibit A, ANNEX 7, although the Master Document Index (including the classification proposed for each DOCUMENT) must itself be APPROVED.
Section 2 of this ANNEX sets out the minimum requirements and description of the documents to comprise FINAL DOCUMENTATION
Lastly, Section 3 of this ANNEX provides information regarding required issue dates for particular DOCUMENTS.
