Database
As recruitment has now finished the
primary focus is to complete data collection
forms and enter the data on to the EMPiRE
database. We will be awarding M&S
vouchers to each site as a thank you for
entering the data.
We would like you to have completed data
entry for all patients who have completed
follow up by 19th December, this is to
ensure we can start data querying and data
cleaning as soon as possible.

Site Close Down

Once we have complete data from a site and
it is entered on to the database, we are able
to begin the close down process for that
site. We kindly ask you all to update and
organise the contents of your investigator
site files as it will make the process a lot
quicker and more efficient. We will arrange
a teleconference with each site to go
through the EMPiRE close down checklist
which can be sent to you beforehand, so
that you can prepare your files.

AOB
Please also remember to recycle any blank
CRFs you may have left over.
