Terrible Punishments of All The Females Who Spearheaded This Destructive Worldwide Insurgency
Your excellencies,
I respectfully greet you all in the name of God. My name is
Chikeluba Kenechukwu, a servant and emissary of the Most
High God. I come to you with a message from God. The
message in its simplest form is this: God, the institutor and
owner of the institution of government on earth commands
all the rulers on earth to immediately and comprehensively
crush the insurgency of feminists in particular and women

in general against the patriarchal, gender and moral order

established by God and to mete out unprecedented punishments, including capital punishment, on all the women
who spearheaded this worldwide rebellion of the rulers and
masses of earth against Gods institutions and his moral and
gender order. Many of you upon reading this letter will wonder who I am. But who I am does not matter. What matters
is who commissioned me and the message he gave me to
deliver to you.
For several decades now, male rulers all over the world using
the cowardly cover of intellectual terms such as egalitarianism, equality and so forth allowed a cabal of some of
the most wicked set of females this unfortunate world has
ever hosted to lead humanity in mounting a relentless and
ruthless attack against all the institutions of moral and social
stability and benediction established by the Almighty God
such as traditional marriage and family, heterosexuality and
complementary and differentiated gender-rooted roles for
males and females --- and the central institution, patriarchy,
which God created to govern and regulate all these institutions and his moral and gender order.
As a result of this sustained assault, the moral and gender
order God created as well as his institutions have been terribly weakened worldwide. In some nations such as those in
the developed world, some of these institutions are almost
comatose. In the Scandinavian countries, for instance, traditional marriage and family is almost dead. All over the

world, the abomination called homosexuality is experiencing one of the most widespread worldwide resurgences ever
witnessed in recorded human history. The unprecedented
normalization and legalization of homosexuality worldwide is being facilitated by governments, the very authorities established by God to protect his heterosexual order
and to terribly punish those that seek to supplant it with
a homosexual order. And of course the massive and fastgrowing psychological and sexual feminization of vast
numbers of males and the massive psychological and sexual masculinization of huge numbers of females all over the
world is a direct consequence of the widespread overturning of the gender order established by God (the male as the
ruler of the female and the female as his subordinate) with
an egalitarian order which has seen increasing numbers of
males being emasculated and subjugated in multiple ways
by females. For without needing to be an expert in these
matters, it is obvious that when the gender order of God
is reversed, when the male is subjugated psychologically,
politically, economically and otherwise by the female, one
direct result of this subjugation and emasculation is the
diminishment of the maleness of the male in many forms
including psychologically and sexually. Worse, as a result
of the widespread and long-running abdication of national
rulers from their God-commanded role as the repressors
of sexual lawlessness in human societies, entire nations are
now being transformed into gigantic brothels where women are allowed to appear half-naked and completely naked
in public, where lewdness and harlotry is increasingly being

employed to fuel world trade and is used on massive scales

to advertise and sell goods and services, where lesbians and
homosexuals are permitted to exhibit the vilest forms of depravities in streets right in front of children in the abomination called Gay Pride parades, and where technology is
being employed via means such as the television, the Internet, cell phones and so forth to flood nations and human
minds with the vilest pornographic debaucheries and most
savage acts of violence ever seen in human society. What
is more, you the rulers of earth have used your fear of your
own wives and the females of your nations to arm women
with the sledgehammer of liberalized divorce to attack and
devastate the institution of marriage, ruin tens of millions
of homes and expose tens of millions of children to destructive consequences of broken homes such as attention
deficit disorder, conduct disorders and other kind of disorders that is plunging millions of young people into lives
of criminality and harlotry. One result of this abdication
of national rulers from their God-mandated role as repressors and punishers of sexual lawlessness is that in most nations of the world, most girls and women, whether they be
wives or daughters of pastors, preachers, kings, presidents,
prime ministers, legislators or judges or those of paupers
are becoming outright harlots --- as different from decent
and chaste females that God designed and created. And to
underscore the depth of bestial madness which cowardly
rulers have allowed the world to descend to, most nations
have now used the powers and authority of constitutions
and laws --- which powers and authority were provided by

God to governments to repress and punish moral lawlessness including the willful taking of human life --- to arm
hundreds of millions of girls and women worldwide with
the license to commit serial murders on unborn children,
many of whom would not have been conceived at all (and
murdered) had governments not allowed a decadent and
lawless feminist culture to enable millions of females to
plunge into levels of sexual lawlessness such as the world
has rarely ever witnessed. Yet another consequence of this
abdication by world rulers is that huge numbers of people,
especially the most vulnerable segments of earths inhabitants, are now being decimated by deadly diseases such as
HIV/AIDS that were unleashed by this unprecedented perpetration of heterosexual and homosexual sexual lawlessness on earth.
As if this madness was not bad enough, you the rulers of
earth have allowed feminists, homosexuals and scientists
to create a global cabal of the mad intent on destroying the
differentiated gender and sexual order created by God (the
distinctively male sex and gender, the distinctively female
sex and gender) and progressively supplanting it with an androgynous order in which, via medical science and feminist
social and psychological re-engineering, the male can be
turned into the female sex and gender and the female can be
transformed into the male sex and gender.
The grand result of all this is that the world is now plunging headlong toward unprecedented moral anarchy where

the most animalistic and depraved sexual abominations are

now legally sanctioned and encouraged by laws and social
policies enacted by the very authorities God established to
repress and punish all sexual and moral lawlessness --- you,
the governors of earth.
God will not stand to see his patriarchal, moral and gender
order overturned by the rebellious and hubristic rulers and
masses of earth. And this is why he is using this particular
emissary and others to command you, the rulers of earth, to
immediately and comprehensively crush and stop this insurgency against his institutions and his moral and gender
order. As we said, the command is from God, the creator
of humans and the institution of government. We are mere
emissaries. Obviously, many of you do not believe in God.
And because you do not believe in God, because you do not
attribute the creation of the universe and humans to him,
you do not believe he has any right of exercise of sovereign
will over how human societies are organized and run, and
you do not believe you owe him obedience. But we are not
concerned with that here. For it does not matter in the least
what you believe about God. What matters is that whether
you believe in him or not, whether you obey him or not,
God is going to ultimately impose his sovereign will on the
world regarding how human societies should be organized
and run, regarding the roles of males and females in marriage, homes and society, regarding how sexuality should be
used, regarding the moral and ethical limits of the use of
science and technology, etc.

In the end it does not really matter whether you, the mortal
rulers of earth volitionally obey Gods command to immediately and comprehensively crush this womens insurrection and to mete out unprecedented punishments against
the women (and men) who led it. Again we emphasize the
mortality of you rulers of earth. For as powerful as some of
you may be, as feared as some of you are, you are still mere
mortals. You are still mortals, you are still as mortal as the
most wretched and weakest of your citizens or subjects, you
are still mortals who one day, no matter how long you live,
will die --- and face that most fearful of judges, the Most
High God whose judgment after death is fearfully final and
cannot be appealed or repealed.
So as you read this message written by the lowliest of the
lowliest and the most insignificant of the insignificant, be
wise by being fully aware of your mortality --- and in wise
recognition of your mortality humble yourselves before the
Almighty and obey him. For if not then be afraid. Be afraid of
his judgments. Be afraid of his retributive judgments against
you for defying him. Be afraid of being subjected to his terrible judgments as hubristic pharaoh of the era of Moses
was, and as another hubristic world ruler, Nebuchadnezzar
was. For regardless of what you do in respect to this message, God by his own irresistible sovereign will is going to
crush this feminist and homosexual insurgency. This letter
is simply to serve as a witness that you, the rulers of earth,
were forewarned of the imminence of the divine judgments
against you the rulers and the masses of earth for allowing

feminists and millions of other females worldwide to attack

and inflict terrible damage on the institutions of God and
his moral and gender order.
Whether you believe this or not does not matter. But in the
very near future God is going to unleash against the world
judgments such as this world has rarely witnessed in recent generations, and he is going to employ these retributive judgments against the rulers and the masses of earth to
destroy the present matriarchal-feminist-homosexual order
and to re-establish a powerful patriarchal-heterosexual order in many parts of the world. What forms will these retributive divine judgments against the world take? They will
be mostly judgments of unprecedented terror attacks, wars
and terrible and protracted economic disasters the likes of
which have not been seen for generations. These judgments
will wipe out the massive wealth, the trillions of dollars,
which the rulers and the masses of earth amassed over the
past couple of decades through their abortion-massacre of
tens of millions of unborn humanity, their trade in violence
and harlotry and all manner of sexual lawlessness and their
assault on Gods moral and gender order.
As you may have noticed we are not being very diplomatic
in our mode of expression here. We are not for the simple
reason that in true prophetic biblical tradition God has sent
us to you as controversialists not as diplomats, as controversialists in the service of the Most High God and the Creator
of heaven and earth, because the Almighty has a controversy

with the cowardly male rulers of earth. We are also not being diplomatic because we find it extremely difficult if not
impossible to employ diplomatic language in addressing
some of the most cowardly set of national and world rulers
earth has ever known, rulers who fear their wives and women more than they fear God, rulers who externally look like
men, male rulers who externally project the aura of powerfulness but who inside are more psychologically effeminate
and cowardly than sixteen year old schoolgirls.
God is going to put an end to this long-running culture of
cowardice among the so-called rulers of earth. He is going to employ cataclysmic judgments against the world to
destroy the present matriarchal-homosexual civilizational
order that has transformed such massive numbers of male
national rulers and ordinary males into one of the worst
generations of cowards and abdicators into a powerful patriarchal-heterosexual civilizational order that will recover
the God-designed masculinity of the male --- and the males
God-mandated role as the guardian of Gods patriarchal,
moral and gender order and institutions and ruler and
molder of the female.
God Commands the Militaries of America and Other Nations in the World to Destroy the Effeminate Matriarchal
American-Style Liberal Democratic Order
God in his capacity as the Sovereign Lord and Ruler of earth
and the institutor and owner of the institution of human

government is commanding the militaries of America and

North America, the militaries of Africa, Asia, Europe, South
America and every part of the world to rise up and destroy, crush, overrun, overthrow the effeminate matriarchal
American-style liberal democratic order that America and
Western nations have been using to mobilize the governors
and masses of earth to establish a global matriarchal-feminist-homosexual civilization order and to launch assaults
on the patriarchal, moral and gender order of God and his
institutions --- and on innocent, defenseless unborn babies.
From time immemorial the governors and masses of earth
have always known and acknowledged that God --- and not
the foolish will of the foolish masses as foolishly asserted
by American, French and Western philosophers - is the sole
source of governmental legitimacy on earth. No, God is
not the one who directly legitimized the rule of wicked and
murderous tyrants such as Adolf Hitler, Sani Abacha, Mussolini or Pol Pot. But as the creator of earth and humans and
as the institutor of human government he --- and not the
masses of earth --- is the sole legitimizing source of governmental authority on earth. For thousands of years humans
have always known and acknowledged this truth. But then
the all-wise Americans --- whose national history occupies
but a tiny portion of the vast stretch of human history --came and told mankind through their founding constitution
that the legitimizing source of governmental authority is not
the immortal God but mere mortal humans. But despite the
infinite wisdom of the founding fathers of America and contemporary Americans, the fact still remains that God alone

is the sovereign legitimizing source of governmental authority on earth.

And it is in rightful exercise of his role as the sole sovereign
legitimizing source of governmental authority on earth that
God has given the militaries of America and other nations
across the world the fullness of divine mandate and sanction
to utterly smash, crush, destroy and overthrow the global
liberal democratic order that America in particular and the
West in general have been using to mobilize the governors
and masses of earth to overthrow the patriarchal, moral and
gender order of God and his institutions.
We are not advocates of anarchy. We are God-commissioned
advocates of order --- moral, social and governmental order. The Christian bible makes it clear in passages such as
Romans 13 that God is a God of order and that he commands submission and obedience to rulers. Thus when we
declare that God has commanded us to inform the militaries
of nations to overthrow the present liberal democratic order
in nations, we are not at all advocating social and political
anarchy. As servants of Gods will, we are simply communicating Gods command that he wants the current matriarchal and effeminate liberal democratic order that is being
employed to flood the earth with unprecedented floods of
sexual and moral lawlessness of all kinds to be destroyed so
that a global patriarchal authoritarian (yes, authoritarian)
order will be established to restore moral order on earth, revive the comatose institutions of God and protect the tens of

millions of unborn babies being massacred by the governors

and masses of earth under the matriarchal liberal democratic order. As we said above God through biblical passages
such as Romans 13 commands submission and obedience to
governmental authorities. However, as the Supreme Sovereign of earth who rules over its governors, God reserves the
right to command --- through clearly designated agents of
governmental change such as the military as different from
anarchic mass uprisings such as the French Revolution or
the Cuban Revolution --- the overthrow of national rulers
who use their rule to attack his patriarchal, moral and gender order and his institutions and to mobilize the masses to
perpetrate the mass murder of innocent, defenseless unborn
humanity and other humans. The bible gives abundant,
clear and irrefutable support of this.

Gods command to one of ancient Israels army commanders, Jehu, to lead a putsch against the evil regime of King Ahab and his wife Jezebel --- who as
is happening under the current global liberal democratic order --- had mobilized the rulers and masses
of their land to attack Gods patriarchal, moral and
gender order and his institutions and to unleash a
murderous reign of terror that resulted in the massacre of multitudes of innocent people. (See 2 Kings 9)
Gods command to the priest Jehoiada in the kingdom of Judah to mobilize the uncompromised section of the military to overthrow the illegitimate
rule of Athaliah, the daughter of Jezebel, who years

before had seized power after slaughtering dozens

of the rightful male successors to the royal throne
and had used that usurped royal power to unleash a
reign of lawlessness and to attack Gods patriarchal
and moral order and his institutions.

And the fact of the matter is that from Africa to Asia to Europe to North and South America during the era of the global liberal democratic order the governors of nations used
American-style liberal democracy to launch one of the most
sustained and vicious assaults on the patriarchal, moral and
gender order of God and his institutions and to unleash the
most widespread reign of sexual and moral lawlessness ever
witnessed in the entire known history of the world. In other
words, under the global liberal democratic order the very
governmental agents that God mandated to use state power and authority to maximally repress and punish human
lawlessness and promote moral order were the very forces
that used perverse laws and public policies to mobilize the
masses of earth to maximally flood nations with depravities
and violence of all kinds, including the legalized, state-sanctioned, organized butchery and holocaust of tens of millions
of innocent and defenseless unborn babies.
The civilian rulers of nations are using the global liberal
democratic order to unleash on humanity probably the
most widespread reign of lawlessness ever perpetrated on
earth, and this is why God is commanding and mandating

these lawless rulers and to institute extremely strong --- but
benign --- authoritarian leadership that will restore the patriarchal, gender and moral order of God and maximally punish the feminists and homosexual activists and other agents
of lawlessness who helped to spearhead this destructive global insurgency that is threatening to destroy mankind.
And God is commanding the coming new military-patriarchal ruling order to withdraw all voting rights from the
masses of earth and to employ the power of authoritative
decrees to rule and carry out all the comprehensive constitutional and legal reforms needed to completely crush and
wipe out the matriarchal-feminist-homosexual order and to
revive, restore, strengthen and greatly expand, geographically and institutionally, the patriarchal-heterosexual order
globally. We repeat again: God commands the coming global military-patriarchal ruling order to withdraw all voting
rights from the masses and to rule by authoritative decrees.
God wants all voting rights withdrawn from the masses until the military-patriarchal ruling order in America and other nations across the world have used comprehensive legal
and constitutional reforms to completely destroy and purge
out the current matriarchal-feminist-homosexual order and
in its place instituted, revived and expanded an extremely
powerful --- but benign --- patriarchal-heterosexual ruling and social order; and strongly restored the moral order
of God and his institutions (traditional marriage and family, heterosexuality, and complementary and differentiated

gender-rooted roles for males and females); and carried out

an unprecedented punishment of the thousands of women
who mobilized the governors and masses of the world in the
global assault on the moral order of God and his institutions and the murderous attacks against unborn babies that
resulted in the holocaust, in the slaughter of tens of millions
of innocent defenseless humanity.
God is Commanding the Military of America to Overthrow the Obama Presidency
God is commanding the patriarchal military leaders of
America to overthrow the Barack Obama presidency.
(Warning: If any man touches Obamas life or the life of his
wife and children, Gods curse will be upon that man and his
generations and God will ensure that whoever touches his
life or that of his family will be subjected to terrors such as
they did not believe possible. Let not the white supremacists
touch him or his family. Let no person touch him or his family. Let only the people God has mandated and authorized
to remove him from power, the military men and leaders of
America, do it without touching his life or that of his family.
For God has decreed that he will not rule America. And he
will not. For God will see to that.)
God is warning the patriarchal and patriotic military leaders
of America who do not want their nation to be irredeemably
destroyed to overthrow the presidency of this moral anar17
chist before he destroys the nation that they love. For if this
man rules America it will be the definitive end of America.
God will allow this country to be destroyed for good. If this
man is allowed to rule America, America will never again see
world greatness, eminence, not to talk of pre-eminence. God
will see to that. God has defined this unbelievably amoral
and wicked man, Barack Obama, as one of his chief human
enemies and as result has deployed his curse upon him (and
that divine curse will only be withdrawn on the sole condition that Obama renounce his support for the mass slaughter of unborn children and his enmity and assaults against
Gods patriarchal, moral and gender order and institutions),
and the only thing that the presidency of Obama will bring
upon America is irreversible national decline and destruction. Note again that word, irreversible. God will see to it. As
he did with the Roman Empire of the moral anarchy- and
homosexuality- promoting emperors. As he did with the Soviet Union of the moral anarchy-promoting and patriarchyassaulting tyrants and Marxists.
(Note: This writer is an African, a black man, and he fully
knows that this will unleash the rage, including the murderous rage of Africans and blacks against him. For in their
typical foolish ways of thinking Africans and blacks see this
foremost enemy of mankind in general and black people in
particular as a Moses even though his diabolical and fervent support for the destruction of all the institutions of
God (traditional marriage and family, heterosexuality, correct gender-rooted roles for males and females) that are the

So let it be known, so let it be clear to the patriarchal military
men and leaders of America that God has given them the fullest of divine approval, authority and mandate to overthrow
the presidency of Barack Obama, the wicked moral anarchist
and would-be destroyer of America. In the same way that God
through the prophet Elisha commissioned the Israeli military
commander Jehu to destroy the wicked and lawless reign of
that ancient moral anarchist King Ahab and his wicked wife
Jezebel, in the same way that God commissioned that mighty
and intrepid priest of God Jehoiada to crush the wicked, lawless and murderous reign of Athaliah, the daughter of Jezebel
in the Kingdom of Judah, so also is the Lord God Almighty
commissioning and commanding the God-fearing patriarchal and patriotic military men and leaders of America to
overthrow the evil and lawless presidency of Barack Obama
to save America and to replace that evil liberal democratic
matriarchal presidency with an extremely strong --- but benign --- authoritarian patriarchal military ruling order that
will elaborate and enforce all the legal and constitutional reforms ordered by God for the re-establishment of his patriarchal, gender and moral order in America and worldwide.

In the obedience of the God-fearing patriarchal military

men and leaders of America to this divine command lies
the national salvation and redemption of America --- and
eventual recovery of its unchallenged God-ordained world
supremacy. In their disobedience lies the irreversible Godordained decline and destruction of America.
The Coming New Military-Patriarchal Ruling Order Must
Establish Extremely Powerful States and Law Enforcement Agencies
God is also mandating the coming new military-patriarchal ruling order to establish extremely, massively powerful states and law enforcement agencies. Why? Because only
massively powerful states and law enforcement systems can
crush and contain the massive insurrections and subversive
acts of lawlessness that the crushing of the matriarchalhomosexual order and the re-establishment of the patriarchal-heterosexual order will unleash in the United States
and worldwide. The matriarchal-homosexual civilizational
order produced some of the most wicked, implacable, bestial, violent, murderous and insurrectionist generations (the
Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y, the Millennial
Generation, etc) the world has ever seen. The lack of loving
and strong fatherly molding of these generations (caused in

The Divine Mandates
Explanation regarding the language of the proposed constitutional and Legal Reforms
When God called me to write these proposed constitutional
and legal reforms, I was somewhat worried because apart
from a course called Media Law that I did in college while
studying journalism I know next to nothing about the technicalities of law and constitutions. I am an avid follower of
legal and constitutional issues in the media but that hardly
qualifies me to be an expert or even a knowledgeable lay man
in legal and constitutional issues. But such is Gods ways. It
is true that he has a track record of choosing brilliant intellectual giants like the biblical personalities Daniel and
Paul or others such as Martin Luther, Philipp Melanchthon,
John Calvin or Bishop Ajayi Crowther to undertake massive
projects of social or spiritual reform. Because of their tremendous intellectual talents such men often produce works
of towering intellectual power with much sophistication,
depth, breadth and quality. Such works often need little or
no polishing by other men. But it is also equally true that
God sometimes chooses the despised ones of this world,

people with no outstanding intellectual or other abilities to

carry out similar works. Biblical figures so chosen include
the mighty Israelite judge and military commander Jephthah
who was the despised and rejected son of a harlot; Gideon,
an obscure Benjamite and a self-professed coward and nobody; some of the apostles like Peter and John who were described by the intellectual and ruling elites of those days as
uneducated common men. That description uneducated
common man fits me as perfectly as a pair of gloves. It describes exactly what I am --- an uneducated common man.
I am mostly the product of self-teaching. Most of the knowledge, academic and otherwise, that I acquired in life happened through self-study. This helps to explain why I initially approached this project with great trepidation when
God first commissioned me to do it. This helps explain the
clumsiness that may often characterize my writing. But God
gave me the same command that he gave to Gideon when
he felt he was too insignificant to do the work of military
deliverance that God called him to do (Judges 6 and 7). He
gave me the same command that he gave to the prophet Jeremiah when he felt he was too young and inexperienced to
do the work of announcing Gods judgments of punishment
against some of the mightiest nations of his day (Jeremiah
1). God gave me the same command that he gave to Moses
who felt he was too inarticulate to be the deliverer-leader of
the enslaved Israelites (Exodus 3). God told me: All I need is
for you to subject yourself to my will and my direction. I will
do the rest. I will give you all the wisdom, knowledge and

understanding you need. Just do what you can and leave the
rest to me and other men I will select to help execute these
reforms. Thus in regard to the articulation of these constitutional and legal reforms, my job is simply to write down
all that God has commanded me to write in the clearest and
most effective language I can manage. It will then be up to
the legal and constitutional experts in each nation, whom
God will raise up for this worldwide work, to transform
these proposed reforms from the unskilled and unschooled
language of an uneducated common man and layman into
acceptable legal language.
Gods Mandates and Commands to National Rulers: The
Precedents
Gods Mandates and Commands to National Rulers: the
Destruction of Noahs World and the Post-Flood Re-foundation of that Ancient World
From time to time God engineers major restructuring of the
human world. These deep, sweeping and comprehensive reforms characteristically occur during periods of world history when mankind goes into extreme rebellion against God
and immoralities destructively overflow the world. This is
what happened in the world of Noah. It was a world awash
in evil and characterized by violence.
Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was
great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts

of his heart was only evil continually. The Lord was

sorry that he had made man on earth, and he was
grieved in his heart. The Lord said, I will blot out man
whom I have created from the face of the land, from
man to animals to creeping things and to birds of the
sky; for I am sorry that I have made themNow the
earth was corrupt in the sight of God and the earth
was filled with violence. God looked on the earth, and
behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their
way upon the earth. --- Genesis 6:5-7,11.
As a result of the overflowing wickedness of Noahs world,
God completely destroyed it by flood. God then used Noah
and his sons to re-establish and restructure the world governmentally, socially, spiritually, environmentally and economically. God also used prophets such as Ezekiel and Jeremiah to announce great judgments and restructuring of
the ancient world. The Ezekiel and Jeremiah prophecies announced the military and economic destruction of nations
like Edom and Moab whose rebellions against God had
reached intolerable levels. Those prophecies also announced
either the total destruction of the economic and military
world powers of those days such as Babylon and Tyre and
Sidon or the diminishment of the world power and roles of
superpowers like Egypt. In addition the Ezekiel and Jeremiah prophecies heralded divinely ordained radical and fundamental changes in the world economic systems. Nations
whose rapacious mercantilism was destroying the world
with the flood of lust were themselves destroyed. It is a work

of similar and comparable magnitude that God is about to

do in todays world. And he is commanding the rulers of the
earth to heed his reform mandates or face his wrath.
Gods Mandates and Commands To National Rulers: A
Coordinated, Comprehensive Worldwide Nation-byNation Campaign by World Rulers to Undertake Terrible
and Retributive Vengeance on Feminists and Homosexual Activists and To Utterly Crush the Feminist and Homosexual Insurgencies
As part of these deep and wide-ranging restructuring of the
world and human societies God is mandating world leaders to carry out a coordinated and comprehensive judgment
and punishment of feminists and homosexual activists and
a comprehensive purging of homosexuality from human
societies and feminist laws and policies in every nation on
earth. And let this be clear. God is not asking or requesting national leaders to undertake these reforms. He is commanding and mandating them to do it. There is a great difference between God asking you to do something according
to your volition and God commanding you to do something
as his unchallengeable sovereign due and will. As regarding
the first you have a choice whether you will obey him or not
because what God is asking you to do have relation to your
free moral agency. For instance God may ask you to forgive
your enemy. But as a free moral agent you may obey God
or disobey him regarding this request. He will not force you
to love your enemy. Your willingness to love anyone should

be a completely free will decision stemming from your free

moral agency. However in regard to Gods role as the Creator
and Judge and Owner of the Earth and the institutor of human government and authorities God has an absolute sovereign right to command human governments and authorities
to do his will. He made this clear when he raised up the Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar in the ancient world to use
him to carry out some purposes. God mandated and commanded certain rulers in that world to subject themselves
to the rule and commands of Nebuchadnezzar. He made it
clear to these rulers that they had absolutely no choice in the
matter. Disobedience to the command would unfailingly be
met with swift and terrible divine retribution.
In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim the son of
Josiah king of Judah came this word unto Jeremiah
from the LORD, saying, 2 Thus saith the LORD to
me; Make thee bonds and yokes, and put them upon
thy neck, 3And send them to the king of Edom, and
to the king of Moab, and to the king of the Ammonites, and to the king of Tyrus, and to the king of Zidon, by the hand of the messengers which come to
Jerusalem unto Zedekiah king of Judah; 4And command them to say unto their masters, Thus saith the
LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Thus shall ye say
unto your masters; 5I have made the earth, the man
and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great
power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it
unto whom it seemed meet unto me. 6And now have

I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts
of the field have I given him also to serve him. 7And
all nations shall serve him, and his son, and his sons
son, until the very time of his land come: and then
many nations and great kings shall serve themselves
of him. 8And it shall come to pass, that the nation
and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put
their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that
nation will I punish, saith the LORD, with the sword,
and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I
have consumed them by his hand. 9Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor
to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your
sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not
serve the king of Babylon: 10For they prophesy a lie
unto you, to remove you far from your land; and that
I should drive you out, and ye should perish. 11But
the nations that bring their neck under the yoke of the
king of Babylon, and serve him, those will I let remain
still in their own land, saith the LORD; and they shall
till it, and dwell therein.
12I spake also to Zedekiah king of Judah according
to all these words, saying, Bring your necks under the
yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him and his
people, and live. 13 Why will ye die, thou and thy
people, by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence, as the LORD hath spoken against the nation

that will not serve the king of Babylon? 14Therefore

hearken not unto the words of the prophets that speak
unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you. 15For I have
not sent them, saith the LORD, yet they prophesy a
lie in my name; that I might drive you out, and that
ye might perish, ye, and the prophets that prophesy
unto you. 16Also I spake to the priests and to all this
people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Hearken not to
the words of your prophets that prophesy unto you,
saying, Behold, the vessels of the LORDS house shall
now shortly be brought again from Babylon: for they
prophesy a lie unto you. 17Hearken not unto them;
serve the king of Babylon, and live: wherefore should
this city be laid waste? 18But if they be prophets, and
if the word of the LORD be with them, let them now
make intercession to the LORD of hosts, that the vessels which are left in the house of the LORD, and in
the house of the king of Judah, and at Jerusalem, go
not to Babylon. 19For thus saith the LORD of hosts
concerning the pillars, and concerning the sea, and
concerning the bases, and concerning the residue of
the vessels that remain in this city, 20Which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took not, when he carried
away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of
Judah from Jerusalem to Babylon, and all the nobles
of Judah and Jerusalem; 21Yea, thus saith the LORD
of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning the vessels that
remain in the house of the LORD, and in the house

of the king of Judah and of Jerusalem; 22They shall

be carried to Babylon, and there shall they be until
the day that I visit them, saith the LORD; then will
I bring them up, and restore them to this place. --Jeremiah 27
We clearly see through this prophecy of Jeremiah that as
Creator and Ruler of the universe God has the absolute unchallengeable right to command nations and kings (presentday presidents, prime ministers and so forth) to do his will,
whatever it may be, and they must do it. In the same manner
that he commanded the kings of the ancient world to obey
him his command by subjecting themselves to the rule of
King Nebuchadnezzar God is commanding and mandating
all national leaders on earth (presidents, prime ministers,
judges, legislators and so forth) to begin a sustained, comprehensive and coordinated work of purging until homosexuality and feminism have been utterly wiped out from all
nations and their legalization purged out from all laws and
policies.
Gods Mandates and Commands to National Rulers: Punishment of the Masterminds of the Homosexual and Feminist Insurgency
Beyond the purging of feminism and homosexuality from
national laws and policies, God is commanding and mandating national leaders to also undertake a comprehensive
prosecution and punishment of those who masterminded

and participated actively in the homosexual and feminist rebellions. The world can term the crimes perpetrated by these
homosexual and feminist insurgents and subversives as:
Crimes against humanity.
They can also term the abortion holocaust instigated by feminists such as Michelle Obama, Hillary
Clinton, Naomi Wolf, Camille Paglia and Jessica
Valenti as crimes of mass slaughter perpetrated
against unborn humanity or the holocaust of the
unborn.
They can also term the instigation to mass slaughter of unborn humanity perpetrated by feminists
such as Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Naomi
Wolf and Camille Paglia as crime of instigation
to mass slaughter of unborn humanity or unborn
children.
Etc
He wants abortion, embryonic stem cell research and related destruction of nascent human life during the feminist era
to be termed the holocaust of the unborn. He is mandating
world leaders to carry out such comprehensive prosecution
and punishment of these enemies of nations and societies
and of these perpetrators of crimes against humanity not
just in the same manner that German and Japanese war
criminals of WWII and the perpetrators of the Rwandan
genocides and Bosnian atrocities were tried and punished
but in a far more comprehensive fashion and greater mag54

nitude. God wants all the leaders and masterminds of these

homosexual and feminist crimes to be terribly punished as
a warning and deterrent to present and future generations.
And God is going to hold every single national leader on
earth to account concerning this command. For those of
them who refuse to obey his command to judge the perpetrators of these crimes against humanity and this holocaust of the unborn, God is going to judge them in the same
manner he judged King Saul of Israel who refused to carry
out Gods decree of judgment of death against the Amalekite King Agag. Through the prophet Samuel God commanded King Saul to kill the Amalekite king and all his
people because they were implacable enemies of Israel who
had sworn to destroy the Hebrews. Such was Gods abhorrence of the Amalekites that he commanded King Saul to
utterly destroy not just their king and all the people (men,
women and children) but also all their livestock, one of the
normal booties or spoils of war. He wanted every trace and
vestige of Amalek to be wiped off the face of the earth. The
reason why God asked King Saul to ensure the utter annihilation of King Agag and the Amalekites was because the
Amalekites were such implacable and dangerous enemies of
the Hebrews that if they continued to exist as a nation they
would always threaten the existence of the Hebrews. Either
the Hebrews destroyed them or they would always try to destroy the Hebrews --- and thus be used by Satan to prevent
the raising up of the Savior of the world through the Jewish people. Not only that, the Amalekites had rejected God
and chosen Satan (thus transforming themselves into bestial

reprobate humanity, spiritually unredeemable and eternally

allied with Satan in his warfare against God), and God had
foreseen that their future generations were likewise going
to decisively reject him and chose Satan. God never orders
the destruction of those who will obey him, receive him and
serve him. He only orders the destruction of those, old and
young alike, whom he has foreseen will reject his hand of
salvation and righteousness and chose the wickedness and
evilness of Satan. Saul obeyed God by mobilizing the Israelites to go to war against King Agag and the Amalekites. With
Gods help he utterly defeated the Amalekites. But instead
of completely obeying Gods commands he went only half
way by sparing King Ahab and taking as spoils of war the
best livestock of the defeated Amalekites. Gods wrath was
kindled against King Saul because of this half step of obedience. He sent his prophet Samuel to him with an indictment
and a chilling message.
Then Samuel said unto Saul, Stay and I will tell thee
what the Lord hath said to me this night. And he said
unto him, say on. And Samuel said, When thou wast
little in thine own sight wast thou not made the head
of the tribes of Israel and the Lord anointed thee king
over Israel? And the Lord sent thee on a journey and
said, Go and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites and fight against them until they be consumed.
Wherefore then did thou not obey the voice of the
Lord but didst fly upon the spoil and didst evil in the

sight of the Lord?--- 1 Samuel 15:17-21

For a defense King Saul gave as reason for his non-destruction of Agag and the best of the livestock the fact that the
people had pressured him to spare them. But even that excuse as good as it seemed did not suffice to save King Saul
from the judgment of God for not fully obeying the divine
commandments. And because King Saul feared the people
more than he feared God, because he respected and obeyed
them and disrespected and disobeyed the Lord God Almighty, who had raised him up to be king, judgment fell on
him by the mouth of Gods prophet.
Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and
sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold
to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than
the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft
and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because
thou hast rejected the word of the Lord He hath also
rejected thee from being king.
Thus as a result of King Sauls non-obedience to the mandate and command of God to punish and utterly destroy this
wicked nation and its king God judged and punished King
Saul by removing him as king. Bible also has many other
examples of other kings who would not walk in obedience
to God and how God used all kinds of curses to punish their
rebellion. King Jehoram of Israel was an exceedingly wicked
king who would not implement the spiritual and moral laws

of God in his nation but rather promoted immorality and

perverse laws. God decreed his death by a disemboweling
disease. King Asa of Judah began as a humble, obedient servant of God. But he ended his reign in rebellion and defiance
of Gods will and commands. He died a miserable death. Because of his obedience to divine will King Nebuchadnezzar
found favor with God. But as he grew economically and military strong and dominant he appropriated for himself the
glory and honor due to God alone. Divine judgment fell on
him, and he became insane for seven years. His sanity was
restored to him only after he repented of his defiance against
God. In more contemporary times, President John F. Kennedy was one of the most charismatic presidents the United
States ever had. He was a man endowed with great leadership abilities. But he turned the White House into a sort of
brothel and helped set the stage for a culture of immorality
and hedonism that eventually plunged the United States and
the world into a hell of hedonism. He did not live long. For
years the Nigerian dictator Sani Abacha willfully disobeyed
the command and will of God that national rulers, whether
they profess saving belief in God through Jesus Christ or
whether they are outright pagans, should have good character and rule justly. He used his rapacious whoremongering,
adultery and kleptomania to transform Nigeria into one of
the most lawless nations on earth and to progressively turn
it into a nation of whoremongers, harlots, thieves, robbers,
swindlers and sellers of death (drug pushers). Like John
F. Kennedy he transformed the presidential house into a
whore and whoremongers den of iniquity. But it was inside

that very presidential mansion that he had transformed into

a high-end brothel and a looters paradise that the cold and
merciless hand of death sought him out and cut short his
wicked life one day. For decades Saddam Hussein perpetrated one of the most terrible reigns of terror a ruler ever
carried out against his own people. In flagrant disregard to
the will of God, he caused his own people to be brutalized
and murdered by the thousands. It seemed that no power on
earth could make him pay the price of his defiance of God
and oppression of the human creation of God. He exercised
unchallenged power. The masses feared him and trembled at
the mention of his name. Full of hubris because of the great
fear and terror he inspired, he thumbed his nose at God and
defiantly refused to rule his people according to the wisdom
and commands of written by the hands of conscience on the
hearts of all rulers. But one day his cup of rebellion against
the Most High ran full and God decreed his death. And he
died --- and a most terrible death it was. Caught like a rat,
he was hanged from the gallows where in defiance of Gods
will and commands he had sent multitudes to their unjust
deaths. A word is enough for the wise.
National leaders come from different belief systems. Some label themselves Christians, others Muslims, some Sikhs, others Buddhists. Yet others like Chiles Michelle Bachelet say
they do not even believe in the existence of any being known
as God. This is not the place to argue about these things.
But whatsoever be the beliefs of national leaders, events in
the forthcoming months and years will be the clearest judge

as to whether God exists and whether he judges with judgments too terrible to imagine against national leaders who
defy his will and commands. Does God judge in open and
visible ways, during their lifetime on earth, every national
leader who defies his will and command? Perhaps not. Some
national leaders who perpetrate terrible evils and defy Gods
will and commands do manage to live long and live well and
some seem to die peacefully. But the hell they created for
their fellow human creatures on earth through their evil rule
will be nothing compared to the torment they will face in
the hell of eternity. But as a means of showing examples of
how terribly foolhardy it is to defy his will and commands,
God oftentimes chooses to visit his wrath upon many national rulers here on earth and before the full gaze of the entire world as the examples of Abacha, Kennedy and Hussein
attest. In the coming years and even decades to come the
masses of the world will be witnesses to the unbelievable terror of Gods vengeance and chastisements on national leaders who defy his will and commands regarding the feminist
and homosexual insurgencies mankind has been waging
against him. It is to the interest of all the national leaders
on earth to heed Gods command and to comprehensively
purge homosexuality and feminism from their nations and
terribly punish the perpetrators of these abominations.
This command is not just to some nations. It is a command
to all nations. This command is not just a command to some
national leaders. It is a command to all national leaders. What
happens if some national leaders and some nations decide

not to obey these mandates and commands of God? God

has vowed that most assuredly he will destroy those leaders
and nations. In the case of such rebellious leaders God will
use death in various forms as well as extremely cruel and
cunning humiliations and all kinds of curses to destroy such
leaders who refuse to purge feminism and homosexuality
from their laws and policies. And regarding those nations
whose populations and electorate allow their leaders to refuse implementing this divine command, God has vowed
that he will hold both them and their leaders guilty and will
judge such nations and peoples with his classical terrible
judgments of famines, diseases, terrible natural disasters
and every other judgments of terror and bloodshed available to him. Lest anyone be deceived into thinking so, this
is no idle threat. This will not be the first time God warned
nations that if they promote homosexuality and gender role
distortions and gross immoralities that he would wipe them
off the face of the earth. Examples abound of cities and nations who would not heed Gods command to purge themselves of the abomination of homosexuality and other gross
immoralities and which God ultimately destroyed.
It was precisely because of the gross homosexual immoralities of Sodom and Gomorrah and other surrounding cities
that God used what seemed to be earthquakes to destroy
them. And it was because the Canaanite nations of Moab,
Ammon and many other nations, in defiance of Gods moral
laws and commands, committed homosexual sins that God
eventually used the nation of Israel and pagan nations to

destroy them from the face of the earth and they ceased to
exist. And in the days of prophets Jeremiah and Ezekiel God
carried out some of the most sweeping judgments of kings
and of nations ever seen in human history. Many of the nations in that then world, like so many nations today, had
gone into deep rebellion against God and would not repent
of their rebellion. Moab like some present-day African nations like Nigeria, Senegal and Benin were exporting vile
idolatries and demonisms to many world regions. Tyre and
Sidon (like the United States of America, the nations of the
European Union and other nations like China today) had
become a nation of exceedingly mercantilist lust. Edom like
some Arab nations today was oppressing the Hebrews and
trying to annihilate them. Egypt like India, China and other
Asian nations today were exporting destructive idolatries to
other nations. Through prophets like Jeremiah and Ezekiel
God pronounced terrible judgments against these kings and
nations. For some of the kings he decreed death by various
means. And for many other nations he decreed utter annihilation. As a result of these divine decrees of annihilation, many of these nations were utterly destroyed from the
face of the earth. They ceased to exist. Of the nations mentioned in the judgment prophecies of Ezekiel and Jeremiah
perhaps only Egypt and Russia (which according to some
bible scholars are Gog and Magog mentioned by the prophet
Jeremiah) still exists as intact nations. Most of the rest, by
divine judgment and decree, were dumped into the dust bin
of history. In case you are a king or king-like one (president,
prime minister, cabinet minister, judge, legislator etc) and

you doubt that God uses terrible judgments such as terrible

diseases and horrible deaths to judge earths rulers who rebel
against his commands and will let the terrible examples of
these foolish rulers teach you wisdom and prudence.
King Asa of Israel: And at that time Hanani the
seer came to Asa king of Judah, and said unto

him, Because thou hast relied on the king of Syria, and not relied on the LORD thy God, therefore is the host of the king of Syria escaped out of
thine hand. 8 Were not the Ethiopians and the
Lubims a huge F68 host, with very many chariots
and horsemen? yet, because thou didst rely on the
LORD, he delivered them into thine hand. 9For
the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout
the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.
Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from
henceforth thou shalt have wars. 10 Then Asa
was wroth with the seer, and put him in a prison
house; for he was in a rage with him because of
this thing. And Asa oppressed some of the people
the same time. 11And, behold, the acts of Asa,
first and last, lo, they are written in the book of
the kings of Judah and Israel. 12And Asa in the
thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in
his feet, until his disease was exceeding great: yet
in his disease he sought not to the LORD, but to
the physicians. 13And Asa slept with his fathers,

14 And they buried him in his own sepulchres,
which he had made for himself in the city of David, and laid him in the bed which was filled with
sweet odours and divers kinds of spices prepared
by the apothecaries art: and they made a very

King of Egypt: And it came to pass in the elev-
enth year, in the third month, in the first day of

the month, that the word of the LORD came unto
me, saying, 2 Son of man, speak unto Pharaoh
king of Egypt, and to his multitude; Whom art
thou like in thy greatness? 3 Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with fair branches,
and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high
stature; and his top was among the thick boughs.
4The waters made him great, the deep set him
up on high with her rivers running round about
his plants, and sent out her little rivers unto all
the trees of the field. 5Therefore his height was
exalted above all the trees of the field, and his
boughs were multiplied, and his branches became
long because of the multitude of waters, when he
shot forth. 6All the fowls of heaven made their
nests in his boughs, and under his branches did
all the beasts of the field bring forth their young,
and under his shadow dwelt all great nations.
7Thus was he fair in his greatness, in the length

8The cedars in the garden of God could not hide
him: the fir trees were not like his boughs, and the
chestnut trees were not like his branches; nor any
tree in the garden of God was like unto him in his
beauty. 9I have made him fair by the multitude
of his branches: so that all the trees of Eden, that
were in the garden of God, envied him. 10Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast
lifted up thyself in height, and he hath shot up his

and their nations were devastated by pestilences and natural disasters. God is determined to wipe out homosexuality
and feminism from the nations of the earth. And he will do
whatever it takes him to achieve this. If it takes the death of
national leaders who despite his warnings obstinately continue to use laws and policies to promote these abominations God will have them killed by one means or another.

who wickedly, obstinately and destructively defy his good
and gracious will for mankind.
If it takes the destruction of entire nations whose people
continue to condone homosexuality and feminism despite
Gods warnings God will set his face against such nations
and peoples and devastate them with terror and calamities.
If any national people doubt that God will visit such depths
of terror and devastation upon them for refusing to stop

to history and see what happened to the Germans for trying

in the United States a chance that comes rarely in the life
of a nation to re-establish the moral and spiritual foundation of this nation --- and to re-attract the favor, blessings
and protection of God. The founding fathers of the United
States wrote the founding constitution of this nation and
tried to use as much wisdom, insight and foresight they
could muster to make the supreme laws of this land as morally, ethically and spiritually sound and farsighted as possible. Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Alexander Hamilton
and other framers of the constitution drew on their human

experience, wisdom and insight about the human nature to

write a constitution that would bless and protect individuals, families and communities living in this nation not only
for their own particular generation but for many succeeding
generations as well. The men that wrote the founding constitution and those who later amended it were wise and knowledgeable men. Some were men of extraordinary vision. They
were men of extraordinary foresight. But as wise as they may
have been, as knowledgeable as they may have been, as foresighted as they may have been, as understanding of human
nature as they may have been, they were still limited in their
ability to foresee and anticipate the future.
When they were writing the constitution they wrote it based
on what were the most important issues of their days and what
they believed would be some of the most important issues of
future generations. In their days, the greatest moral issues they
faced were issues like slave trade and slavery, religious freedom
(many of them were persecuted religiously or were children of
those who were persecuted religiously in the Old Continent),
nationhood. This was why they made these issues the central
subjects of the constitution. Most of them probably never
knew nor foresaw that in future generations marriage, the
family system and fatherhood and gender roles --- some of the
most important pillars of any nation --- would be the object
of relentless attack by forces bent on perverting and destroying them. This probably may explain why the founding fathers
and framers of the Constitution did not see fit to address these
issues adequately enough in the Constitution.

James Madison and John Adams and other framers of the

constitution are yesterdays fathers of the nation. They did
their fatherly duty for the nation. But they are dead. They
cannot answer some of the moral and ethical challenges that
threaten the existence of this nation today because, limited
by the finite nature of human knowledge and foresight, they
did not address these adequately or address them at all in the
constitution they wrote. Only todays fathers of the nation
can address these issues. However vast and deep the wisdom
of the fathers of any generation may be it is a wisdom that
present and future generations owe it as a duty to themselves
to revisit and upgrade by virtue of new knowledge, insight
and foresight if necessary. The only Father whose wisdom
and knowledge cannot be upgraded because it is perfect is
the wisdom and knowledge of God the Father. It is not wise
to tinker with national constitutions, tweaking them at will
to suit fancy notions. National constitutions, because they
serve as the moral, legal and ethical foundation of the nation, should only be changed when conditions make it absolutely and imperatively necessary. However, it is not good
either to adopt a position on the other extreme: regarding
national constitution as so sacred and so sacrosanct that it
is nearly impossible to effect changes in them when such
changes are imperatively needed for the continued blessing
and protection of the nation.
Even God saw fit to allow the modification of some laws of
ancient Israel when such changes became necessary. If the
United States is to continue to survive and thrive as a nation,

if it is to recover from the forthcoming judgments of terror

and famine and regain its pre-eminent position among the
nations of the earth it must effect sweeping amendments to
its constitution. It must undertake an expeditious constitutional conference that would carry out a thorough going and
comprehensive review and reform of the constitution to first
and foremost appease the wrath of God and secondly to reestablish this nation on a spiritual, moral, ethical and legal
foundation that would enable it to attract Gods favor again
and become even more powerful and influential than it has
ever been. If the fathers of this nation will humble themselves as Daniel, Ezra, Nehemiah and other fathers of Israel
did in regard to the sins of the Jews, if they will repent and
call upon God to forgive them and the people of this nation
for their terrible acts of wickedness and rebellion toward
the Almighty God, if they will manifest that repentance by
a comprehensive constitutional reform that incorporates
Gods spiritual, moral and ethical laws and principles, if they
will manifest that repentance by re-founding this nation solidly on biblical moral values, God will forgive this nation its
sins, he will heal it, he will restore it from the heap of humiliation and will make it more powerful and influential than it
has ever been in its entire history. Not only that, God will
make the enemies of this nation his personal enemy and he
will fight for this nation against its enemies the same way he
fought for King Jehoshaphat and Judah when their enemies
arrayed themselves against them to destroy them.

seek my face and turn from their wicked ways then

visit upon this nation the same judgments that he visited on
Israel when it refused to repent of its sins. Through his servant Moses, God promised the Israelites that he would make
Israel a pre-eminent nation in the world if they obeyed and
worshiped him.
And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe
and to do all his commandments which I command
thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on
high above all nations of the earth: 2 And all these
blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if
thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy

God wants to use America as a model-nation to illustrate
to the entire nations of the world the veracity of this biblical
word of wisdom: Righteousness exalteth a nation but sin is
a reproach to any people. God yearns to bless America. He
yearns to lift up this nation and tremendously bless its people.
These are some of the blessings that a comprehensive constitutional and legal reforms based solidly and primarily on the
wisdom of the Word of God will bring to this nation.
Unprecedented Military Superiority
If America carries out these constitutional amendments in

line with Gods will and word, America will rise up from the
ashes of humiliation to become militarily stronger than it has
ever been in its entire history. God himself, the Sovereign of
the Universe, will see to that. No nation will rival America
for military power. If America humbles itself before God
and carries out these constitutional and legal reforms, God
himself will become the protector and fortress of this nation.
From being an avenger against this nation God will become
a protector and a defender. He will war against those who
war against this nation. He himself will humiliate every nation and every people who want to humiliate this nation.
He will enable this nation to achieve military strength and
prowess that no other nation can match. If America humbles itself before God, God will use all manner of snares and
strategies to weaken all military rivals and adversaries of
America until America emerges again as the pre-eminent
world military and overall superpower. If America humbles
itself before God and obeys him, God will make this nation
so militarily powerful that it will be feared and dreaded as
never before even by the so-called mighty nations of today.
If America obeys God, God will use all manner of strategies
to sap the military strength and power of Americas military
rivals and adversaries even as he builds up Americas military strength to unsurpassable levels. He will not strengthen
America and weaken these other nations because he loves
Americans more than he loves the Europeans or the Chinese or the Indians or the Russians or Africans. He loves
Indians, Africans, Europeans, Chinese and Russians no less
than he loves Americans and he wants these nations to enjoy

his blessings no less than he wants America to. He wants to

elevate America militarily above all other nations because
in all his dealings with human beings whether at the individual or national or global level he always operates through
a hierarchy where the one at the top is the leader over those
below, hierarchies in which he uses the one at the top to lead
and bless those below. God is equitable by nature but he is
not an egalitarian. He believes in hierarchy, not oppressive,
exploitative hierarchies, but just ones --- the kind of hierarchy he wants to establish in the post-feminist world and over
which he wants America to preside so he can use it to lead
and bless the nations of the world.
Unprecedented Economic Superiority
True repentance by America as clearly manifested by thorough constitutional and legal reforms based on the will
and word of God will see America restored as the strongest
economic power on earth. If America indeed carries out
these reforms in accordance to Gods will, God himself will
weaken Americas economic rivals and adversaries. As economically powerful as communist China and pagan Europe
and Japan may be God is going to weaken them and make
them economically subservient to the United States for generations. As we said earlier God will not do this because
he loves Americans more than he loves the Chinese, the
Europeans or the Russians. He loves all ethnic and national
peoples equally. But God by virtue of his Sovereign will and
according to his divine purposes of salvation for all man93
kind has chosen America to be a nation above other nations.

Just as he destines particular individuals for greatness God
also destines particular nations for greatness that through
their greatness he can bless other nations and peoples. He
has chosen this nation to be the chief of nations. He wants
this country to lead other nations. He wants this nation to be
economically head and shoulders above every other nation.
And he does not just intend this for a few years. He intends
that for decades and for generations America will remain
the most powerful nation economically in the world. It does
not matter how much effort other nations make to catch up
to America or even surpass her economically, if America
obeys God and carries out a comprehensive constitutional
and legal reforms based on the Word of God, God himself
will ensure that all such efforts will be doomed to failure.
God himself will ensure that decade after decade and generation after generation America will remain the strongest
economic power on earth.
Unprecedented Scientific and Technological Superiority
For decades now many nations have been catching up with
America in terms of scientific and technological advancement. China and India which lagged far behind America are
now poised to catch up with her technologically and scientifically in a matter of a few decades.
(Note: If China, India and other aspiring world leaders humble themselves before God and become leaders in

laws on earth, and extending the frontiers of a global patriarchal order.)
God wants America to remain the foremost nation scientifically and technologically. It is Americas drift away from
God that led to her progressively losing her scientific and
technological leadership. But if America will humble itself
before God and reform itself constitutionally God will cause
this nation to recover its unchallengeable scientific and
technological superiority over every other nation. Given the
current dizzyingly fast pace of scientific and technological
development in rival nations this may seem very much unlikely. But let us remember this: God is the Sovereign of the
earth and the universe. If he wills that America (and he wills
it) will recover its unchallengeable scientific and technological superiority over its rival, he will follow up his willing
with doing: he will cause a series of military, political and
other events that will set these nations back decades behind
America in technological and scientific development. God
wants America to become more scientifically and technologically stronger (vis a vis) other nations than it has ever
been. But it is up to America to do that which will enable

God to do his will. All it takes is true repentance evidenced

by sweeping constitutional and legal reforms based solidly
on the wisdom and knowledge of the Word of God. But if
America persists in her rebellion then the same judgment
of diminishment and ultimate destruction that God decreed
against Rome and the Empire British amongst others will
befall it and these other nations will become her economic
masters and subjugators.
A Summary of the Curses of Disobedience Against the
Divine Will
Military defeats and humiliation: The Lord shall cause thee
to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way
against them and flee seven ways before them. --- verse 25
Forced Exile and Dispersion to Foreign Land: The Lord
shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemiesand
thou shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth
And it shall come to pass that as the Lord rejoiced over you to
do you goodThou shalt see it no more again: and there ye
shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen

Great Depressions and Terrible Economic Hardships:

Diminished Economic Power and Humiliation: The LORD

Let America not think God will not execute these terrible
judgments in the face of continued defiance to his will. If
America refuses to carry out these constitutional reforms
God will set his face against this nation as he did against rebellious Israel and he will inflict terrible judgment upon terrible judgment upon this nation until it is utterly destroyed.
It happened to Israel. Everything God warned from Deuter97
onomy 28:15 to Deuteronomy 28:68 should Israel continue

her rebellions against him happened to Israel. It became literally a cursed nation.
Environmental Degradation
Another curse contained in Deuteronomy 28 for willful rebellion against Gods moral laws is environmental disasters
that will degrade and devastate the land. This is not an idle
threat by God as attested by the history of ancient Israel.
When Israel first dwelt in the Promised Land of Canaan it
was an unbelievably lush and verdant fertile land. But as a
result of Israels rebellions toward God the land of Israel is
today mostly a desert landscape. God used hostile elements
of nature to devastate this green and fertile land and turn
it into a burning and barren desert. Only the technological
ingenuity of the modern Jewish people has made it a habitable place today. A similar judgment of environmental degradation is happening to Africa because of its extreme and
long-running idolatrous wickedness and rebellions toward
God. This is why Africa, once a lush and verdant continent
is continually blighted by droughts, voracious swarms of
locusts, famines and diseases. Compared to some of the
geographically and environmentally blighted regions of Africa, America today is a land of unbelievable natural beauty.
Fewer places on earth are more blessed environmentally
and topographically than this nation. The sheer beauty of
the landscape and topography can be overpowering. From
the majestic peaks of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and

New Mexico to Californias Sierra Nevada region with its

towering and majestic millennia-old sequoia trees including
the General Sherman Tree (the largest tree on earth) to the
prairies of Texas, Kansas, Illinois, South and North Dakota
and Nebraska to the sun-kissed beaches of Florida, America
is a land of breathtaking beauty.
But the beauty of this place will become nothing but a memory if this nation continues its rebellions against God. He
will use droughts, he will use volcanoes, he will use dust
clouds, he will call in his terrible armies of natural disasters
and in the space of a couple of generations this once beautiful land will become a desolate and wasted barren landscape. Anyone who doubts God can do it should take a look
back in history and revisit what happened in the southwestern United States in the 1930s and 1940s. Lands that were
formerly so fertile that they produced record bumper crops
and watermelons as big as a man became wasted by years
of droughts that transformed the lush and green landscapes
into nightmarish visions of desolation and barrenness. Year
after year, the rich top soil was blown away by endless dark
tempests and gusts of howling winds and dust storms, some
said to be as high as two miles, elongated over 100 miles
and traveling at more than fifty miles an hour. These invading and retributive armies of nature stripped the land of all
its fertility, causing a terrible famine and one of the greatest
internal migrations in all of American history. Hundreds of
thousands of farmers and families devastated by the famines abandoned their homes and roots in Oklahoma, South

Dakota and other affected states and began a massive trek

across America, fleeing to other states. It is estimated that
between 400,000 to 2.5 million people became internal migrants because of that unprecedented natural disaster and
famine. It took years before a big federal government-led
effort helped to restore the fertility of the devastated lands.
It would do the generations of today, old and young, a world
of good to know why that terrible famine happened in an
area of the United States which was known as one of its most
fertile. Those terrible dust storms, and blizzards and the resultant famine were divine judgments of God against an
America whose unprecedented 1920s-era explosive growth
of wealth had deceived her into plunging into unparalleled depths of hedonism, homosexual debaucheries and a
nascent insurgent feminism. As documented fictionally in
books like John Steinbecks Grapes of Wrath, America was
indeed tasting the bitter and terrible wrath of Gods vengeance. The 1920s and the decades preceding and following
it were generally a period when feminism in various forms
was making a progressive and steady entry into American
national life. In 1919 the feminist movement scored a huge
victory when the Senate passed the 19th Amendment which
gave women the right of suffrage. Also during that era, ever-increasing numbers of American women, responding to
the clarion calls of forerunner feminists like Elizabeth Cady
Stanton and Susan B. Anthony and radical contemporary
ones like Charlotte Perkins Gilman, were abandoning their
homemaker roles and babies and rushing off to the aca100

demic world and to workplaces. These first decades of the

1900s also saw the growing emergence of a lesbian culture
in the increasing numbers of all-female boarding secondary and tertiary schools. The thirty or so years of the 1900s
also saw an emergent sexual revolution among American
women. This was characterized by unprecedented levels of
sexual promiscuity and hedonism of all sorts by American
girls and women. The 1920s was also the era when homosexuality and lesbianism and bisexuality were slinking out
of the dark fringes of society and insinuating themselves
into the mainstream. Lesbian singers like the black female
jazz singer Bessie Smith, the black female entertainer Gladys
Bentley and Hollywood lesbians and bisexuals such as Joan
Crawford and Tallulah Bankhead were the rage in popular
culture. Motion pictures such as Cecil B. DeMilles (1932)
The Sign of the Cross and Pandoras Box (1928) celebrated
and helped to popularize homosexuality and lesbianism.
According to historical accounts songs like Ma Raineys
Prove It on Me Blues helped to use the medium of music
to popularize lesbianism and bisexuality in the popular culture. Also, during these years nightclubs and cabarets proliferated where homosexuals and lesbians could meet. In addition, the literary culture of those decades saw an increasing
celebration of homosexuality and lesbianism. Well-known
writers such as Gertrude Stein and Ernest Hemingway used
their books to titillate the masses with tales about the secret
pleasures of homosexuality and lesbianism. These were also
the decades that saw the emergence of a massive modern

abortion killing industry. It was in these decades that a then

little-known woman called Margaret Sanger began a determined crusade to establish access to abortion and contraceptives as a right to every woman. It was in these decades
that Sanger co-founded the American Birth Control League,
which blazed the trail for the creation of a worldwide culture of contraceptives and abortion, which in turn helped
lead to unparalleled female sexual decadence and femaleled mass slaughter of tens of millions of unborn babies begotten through contraceptive-enabled sexual lawlessness. It
was this American Birth Control League established in 1921
that later morphed into Planned Parenthood which today is
a behemoth network of child-killing organizations operating in 189 countries, financed by the United Nations and the
European Commission and many governments. And just as
is happening today, Americans of the first three decades of
the 1900s used the great wealth of those years to plunge into
unprecedented levels of debauchery and to wage a feminist
and homosexual rebellion against God.
Does it sound all too familiar? It should for it is the very
same wickednesses and rebellions perpetrated in those decades that are happening today, the only difference being
that todays feminist and homosexual rebellions are happening at a much greater magnitude. For the 1920s Ma Raineys
who used a provocative album cover suggestively depicting
lesbianism there are the 21st century equivalents in the likes
of Madonna and Britney Spears who used video musicals
to glamorize homosexuality. For the early 1900s Comstock

notice of there are the spate of 21st century toothless antiimmorality and anti-homosexuality federal and state laws
which homosexuals and sexual hedonists flout at will. As
the Good Book says there is nothing new under the sun.
During these decades of decadence and rebellion God used
his spiritual and secular emissaries such as Alfred Comstock
to warn America against persisting in their feminist and homosexual insurgencies against him. America laughed them
to scorn.
God is very merciful and it takes a lot to provoke his wrath.
It is not an easy thing to exhaust the forbearance and longsuffering of God. Yet hedonism-drunken America managed
that feat. Having exhausted his resources of reasoning and
pleading with the unreasonable Americans, and having seen
that they had rejected all the spiritual and secular prophets he sent to warn them in regard to their rebellion, God
resorted to some of his classical chastising weapons of last
resort. He called and sent in an army of storm clouds, blizzards, droughts and these implacable troops ravaged everything in their path. They stripped the land of its covering of
fertile top soil and left it infertile, naked and alternately shivering and burning with heat as the cruel natural elements
punished her for the sins of her inhabitants. It is these same
punishments that will be visited on America if it does not
repent and forsake her homosexual and feminist rebellions.
This time around, though, the dust bowls of 1930s southwestern America will look like childs play compared to the

Wars and Military Defeats
Ancient Israels refusal to repent and effect the needed spiritual, moral, ethical and legal reforms turned this once militarily redoubtable nation into an effeminate wimp of a nation that any invader could attack and defeat. Nations that
once feared Israel now penetrated and raped it at will. For
this once mighty patriarchal nation had used its worship of
the vile goddesses of Tyre and Sidon and other pagan nations to emasculate itself and transform itself into a harlot of
a nation which anyone could invade and ravage. In the event
of a refusal to repent and obey the will and commands of
God a similar fate will befall the United States. From being
one of the most feared nations in military history, the United States will become an effeminate wimp of nation that will
be easily subjugated by her enemies. That process of military
feminization has already started as clearly evidenced by the
way she fled cowardly before a bunch of Kalashnikov-toting
rag tag army of louts in Somalia in 1993 and her inability to
stomach man-to-man street fighting against Islamist guerrillas in Iraq. Compare the military effeminacy of the United
States as demonstrated in the past several feminist decades
to the proven bravery and battle prowess displayed by past
American generations when a form of patriarchy and manhood still existed in this nation and you cannot fail to connect the dots. You cannot fail to see that it was both the
homosexual feminization and the psychological, spiritual,

will not carry out these reforms and continue to bring up
their children in a culture of wickedness and immorality and
moral lawlessness then God will utterly remove his hand of

young and future generations of this nation. These warnings
have a purpose: to make the fathers and the people of this
nation know that they have been forewarned by God. All it
takes to avoid these curses and attract Gods blessings is true
repentance evidenced by thorough constitutional reforms
that incorporates biblical spiritual, moral, ethical and legal
laws and principles. Nothing less than these comprehensive

constitutional reforms can and will appease the wrath of God

and lift his hand of judgment from this nation.
The holding of 40 days of national mourning and repentance by the leaders and the masses of this nation will not
do it. Massive church attendance in the wake of the judgments will not do it. God has seen it all before and it will
not move him in the least. After the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, shaken and terrified by the savagery and
terror they saw on their television in their living rooms,
bedrooms, offices, classrooms and workplaces American
trooped to churches in record numbers. They did not go to
church because they were sorry for their sins and wanted to
draw close to God and turn away from their sins. Many of
them had not seen the inside walls of a church for decades.
They trooped back to churches and began to mention the
name of God again simply because the earth had caved in
under them and it seemed as if being but the God they used
to mock and ignore could make the world look safe again.
But no sooner did the sense of dread and terror subside and
the nation seemed to be returning to some normality than
they began to abandon those same churches where terror
had made them to troop inside and return full-force to their
wicked ways again. So God knows the hypocritical self-deceiving ways of this people. No act of contrition no matter
how well and skillfully and convincingly staged (for years of
immersion in a feminized and feminist Hollywood culture
of all pretense and no true feelings had made this people
to be extremely deceptive) can make God to lift his terrible

hands of judgment from this nation. The only thing that will
appease Gods wrath is sweeping constitutional and legal reforms in every single area of life where he wants those reforms to be carried out.

Writing and Ratifying
the Constitution
Make the Constitution Very Clear and Simple
Those drafting the amendments to the constitution should
emulate God in simplicity, clarity and specificity. When God
gave Moses Israels constitution and laws and regulations he
made the constitutional and legal provisions say what they
meant and mean what they say. There was little ambiguity as
to what a particular law said and meant, meant and said. This
helped to considerably reduce room for misunderstanding,
misinterpretation or manipulation of the law. God knew
Moses was not always going to be around to interpret the
laws for the Hebrews. Moses would die and new generations
of judges would emerge and would have to clearly understand and clearly interpret the law for the people. Thus it was
necessary to make the laws simple and clear with their original intentions and spirit clearly spelled out so as to enable
future generations interpret them and apply them as faithfully and as closely as possible to the original intentions and
spirit. The drafters of the constitutional amendments should

emulate God and Moses. Make the constitutional amendments say what they mean. Make them mean what they say.
One advantage is that this will greatly help to prevent social
subversives and their lawyers and subversive judges from
being able to misinterpret and twist the meaning of the constitution to serve their subversive agendas.
God is not Calling for the Establishment of a Theocracy
God is not using the call for these constitutional reforms to
charge for the establishment of a theocracy in the United
States or other nations. God is simply calling for the fathers
of this nation to re-establish this country on biblical spiritual,
moral, ethical and legal laws that will enable him to protect
and bless this nation and use it for his divine purposes. He
is calling for a nation based on good biblical moral laws and
principles. The original and eternal and immutable form of
government God has designed for humans is theocracy, the
direct unmediated rule of God over his human creation. Sin
for a time has impeded but not destroyed this divine will
for it cannot be destroyed. Ultimately, in the full course of
time, it will happen. But in the interim God wants nations to
be theonomic, the Greek derivative terms of this compound
word, theos meaning God and nomos meaning law. In other
words theonomy means rule by the laws of God. We take
care to emphasize here that we do not understand and apply
this term theonomy as some people in the Christian Reconstructionist movement and likeminded theological and other schools of thought do. We are not Christian Reconstruc110

tionists. We simply use it to underscore the clear biblical

teaching that even in this era of humanity contaminated by
sin God still wants and wills nations and societies to order
themselves in every aspect of life (educationally, economically, commercially, scientifically, technologically, legally
etc) according to the fundamental and unchanging laws and
principles he laid down in both the Old and New Testaments
of the bible. Whether you call that system of government
and social and economic ordering republic or democracy
or constitutional monarchy or whatever is not the real issue.
The real issue is whether that form of government and social
ordering is based justly, wisely, fundamentally and primarily
on the laws and principles of the bible. God the creator of
earth and its human inhabitants is the Supreme and Eternal
King and Legislator. And he has mandated patriarchs in all
human eras to act as his surrogates in the roles of king and
legislator by basing their rule fundamentally on the wisdom
and laws of God as found in His Word. Human kings and
lawmakers are but mere servants of Gods laws and will.
Their duty consists in using Gods laws and wisdom to rule
human societies. Thus although God is not calling the United States or other nations to institute theocratic states, he
is mandating this nation and all other nations to base their
existence and functioning on theonomy, rule by the laws of
God as found in the Christian bible.

Constitutional Amendment Section: God Wants the

Constitutional Amendments to be Based Solidly on the
Wisdom of the Bible
God wants the constitutional amendments to be based
solidly on the wisdom of the Word of God. Why? Because
through his model-people, the ancient Jews whom he raised
up to show the peoples of the world his will as pertaining
to spiritual, moral and ethical ordering of the world, God
clearly indicated that he wants the kings and rulers of the
earth to rule the masses according to the wisdom of God as
derived from his word.
When thou art come unto the land which the LORD
thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt
dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me,
like as all the nations that are about me; 15Thou shalt
in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD
thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren
shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a
stranger over thee, which is not thy brother. 16 But
he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the
people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should
multiply horses: forasmuch as the LORD hath said
unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that
way. 17 Neither shall he multiply wives to himself,
that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly
multiply to himself silver and gold. 18And it shall be,
when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that

Also through King Solomon, one of the wisest kings that
ever ruled on earth (before he unfortunately turned foolish in his old age because ruled by women), God clearly instructed that he wants the kings and the rulers of the earth
to rule by his wisdom. (Here is not the place to quibble with
bible scholars as to whether it was really Solomon who authored the following words).
By me kings reign and princes decree justice. By me
princes rule and nobles, even all the judges of the
earth. --- Proverbs 8:15,16:
God also made it clear through another mighty biblical sage,
the prophet Daniel, that he wants the kings and the rulers of
the nations of the earth to rule by his wisdom.

And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom
unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know
understanding: 22 He revealeth the deep and secret
things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the
light dwelleth with him. --- Daniel 2: 21, 22
And through the apostle Paul God described the kings and
the rulers of the earth as his ministers, servants through
whom he maintains physical, moral and ethical order in the
universe. Servants serve according to the instructions and
wishes of their master.
Obey the government, for God is the one who put it
there. All governments have been placed in power by
God. 2So those who refuse to obey the laws of the land
are refusing to obey God, and punishment will follow.
3For the authorities do not frighten people who are
doing right, but they frighten those who do wrong. So
do what they say, and you will get along well. 4The
authorities are sent by God to help you. But if you
are doing something wrong, of course you should be
afraid, for you will be punished. The authorities are
established by God for that very purpose, to punish
those who do wrong. ---Romans 13: 1-4:
Servants depend on the wisdom and instructions of their
masters to serve well. There are only two inspirational sources of all wisdom: God and Satan. Man does not have origi114

nal wisdom. All wisdom that man lives by either derives its
origin from the mind of God or it derives its origin from
the mind of Satan. Men may want to flatter themselves by
believing that the wisdom that they live by originates from
them. But that is not so. There are only two original fathers
and sources of wisdom: God the source of all good wisdom
and Satan the source of all evil wisdom.
God uses principally the means of the bible and His Holy
Spirit to impart his wisdom into the mind of men and he uses
men to teach men this wisdom. Satan uses the means of his
demons (injection of ideas into the minds of men), and the
sinful carnal mind that is innately rebellious and antagonistic toward God and books written by false human teachers
to impart corrupted wisdom into the mind of men, and he
uses men to teach men this wisdom. All wisdom that has its
original source from Satan, no matter how good it may seem,
is ultimately destructive. All wisdom from God, no matter
how foolish they may seem to the human mind, ultimately
blesses if they are lived by. Kings and the rulers of earth can
only bless the masses of the earth by ruling according to the
wisdom of God as revealed in his holy book, the bible. Gods
wisdom is simple, accessible and it blesses extraordinarily.
If lived by it blesses cross-generationally, leaving its mark of
blessing from one generation to another. God wants to bless
the nations of the earth. This is why he wants kings to rule by
his wisdom. This is why he wants the laws that govern the
nations of the earth to have the bible as their principal source
of inspiration and guidance and enlightenment.

This is why God is calling upon the public and governmental fathers of the United States, both military and civilian,
to carry out a comprehensive constitutional reform based
solidly on the Word of God. The extent to which this nation bases the supreme laws of this land on His Word is the
extent to which God is going to be able to bless and protect
this nation for many generations to come if Christ tarries.
Every structure is only as strong as its foundation and pillars. The stronger the foundation and pillars the stronger the
structure and the longer it will last. If the fathers of this nation want this nation to survive and thrive and remain the
greatest military, economic and political force in the world
for generations to come then let them obey the will of God
by re-establishing the supreme laws of this land as solidly as
possible on the spiritual and moral laws of the bible. Good
laws deriving their inspiration from the bible are the preservatives of nations. It is an easy temptation for Americans to
look around and see the greatness of their military, economic, scientific and technological might and think that they
achieved this superiority because they are innately wiser and
more intelligent than people of other nations. It would be
foolish thinking.
The only reason America (and Europe before that) achieved
a higher level of human civilization and power is because

of the bible and Christianity. The laws and principles of

the bible and the enlightening influence of the Holy Spirit
gave the minds of Americans (and their European forebears
from whence derives the origin of Americas civilization and
greatness) the edge over the minds of peoples of other nation. It was the influence of the bible, it was because many of
the laws and social policies of America were based on biblical principles, this was why America achieved its superiority
over the other nations. (Note: But we hasten to add that God
and the bible has nothing to do with the lust and materialism
that fuelled much of the growth of rapacious American-style
capitalism and its daughter, American crass consumerism
and mindless materialism. All that toxicity came from Satan
and rebellious carnal Anti-God human nature.) Ever since
feminism pushed America on the path of outright rebellion
against God, ever since America began to reject God and his
biblical wisdom, America has progressively been losing its
scientific and technological edge over its rivals.
Before America began to mount its feminist and homosexual insurrection against God, America used to attract
the wealth and investments of other nations. But ever since
America went on the path of rebellion its wealth is progressively flowing out and feeding the economic and military
growth and power of its rivals, enemies and potential enemies. This is a sure mark of Gods judgments for this nations sins. For as we saw earlier in Deuteronomy 28, one of
the classical manifestations of Gods judgment on a wicked
and rebellious nation and people is that that they will labor

but others will reap, they will accumulate wealth but only to
see it slip from their hands to ensconce itself in the abode of
their enemies. Were this nation to continue its homosexual
and feminist rebellions against God it would take only a few
more decades for it to lose its superiority and find itself in a
subservient and subjugated position vis a vis other nations.
This should be a compelling reason for the fathers of this nation to repent of their sins and to re-establish the laws of this
land solidly on biblical wisdom and principles. If America
were to do this God would enable this nation again to regain
its unrivalled military, economic, scientific and technological superiority over the rest of the world. It would become
stronger and more influential than it has ever been. God
would make it stronger while weakening economically and
militarily its pagan rivals and adversaries. It is the simplest
thing for God to do this.
How the United States and the Nations of the World Can
Implement the Constitutional and Legal Reforms and
Punish Feminists and Homosexual Activists Who Perpetrated Crimes Against Humanity
Constitutional and legal reforms are normally difficult to
do. So how can the United States and the other nations of
the world carry out these constitutional and legal reforms?
They will do it by making a difficult process into a simple,
straightforward process. The United States and the other
nations of the world will carry out these radical, deep and
wide-ranging reforms by copying, for instance, how Post118

WWII Japan got a new constitution and legal reforms. The

old constitution was suspended. A new one was written by
a select group of people. The difference though is that those
who re-wrote the constitution of post-war Japan did not use
the wisdom of the bible to do so. Another difference is that
some women participated in the re-writing of the Japanese
of the Japanese constitution. These terrible errors must be
avoided.
The Worldwide Constitutional Reform Projects Must Be
A Work Undertaken Exclusively By Males
Nations must ensure that the comprehensive reform of their
constitutions is a work undertaken strictly and exclusively
by males. Not a single female should be allowed to serve
in the constitutional reform projects. Not a single female
will be allowed to make authoritative contributions to the
re-writing of national constitutions. Not one. The biblically supported God-approved legitimate needs of females
(such as their intrinsic equal humanity with males for both
male and female are made in the image of God, their need
to be treated with as much dignity as males etc) must be
fully incorporated in the reformed constitutions and laws
of nations. But this protection of the needs of females must
be a work undertaken for them by the patriarchs of the nations. The chief objective of this worldwide constitutional
reform project is the revival and expansion of patriarchy in
all its facets worldwide. The God-willed purpose of reviving
patriarchy is not to favor males and discriminate against fe119
males. God loves the male and the female equally alike. The
purpose of making this project all-male is because that is the
will of God right from the dawn of human creation and that
will remain his will for eternity. By Gods eternal and immutable design and will the male both in his divine and human
capacity is the lawmaker, the lawgiver and the law enforcer.
By Gods unchanging will the female has absolutely nothing
to do with lawmaking, lawgiving and law enforcement. All
these roles are the exclusive preserve of males.
From the creation of Adam, the first human, all the fundamental laws governing human creation were entrusted to
the exclusive stewardship of males. It was to the first male,
Adam, that God entrusted the first laws he made for humanity. And it was exclusively to the males, to the patriarchs of
the post-flood Noahic world--- Noah and his three sons --that God entrusted the patriarchal laws and government of
the post-flood world. It was through the patriarch Abraham that God resurrected and restored patriarchal laws and
customs in an idolatrous world filled with goddess worship
and different variants of gender role distortions in marriage,
religion, government and other aspects of life. It was exclusively through patriarchy chiefly in the person of Moses that
God expounded and codified all the laws regulating worship, marriage, sexuality, trade, diplomacy, dressing, gender-based life roles and every other single facet of life. It was
through the prophet-patriarch King David that God established the laws and principles ordering worship, economics
and all service to God and to the society in Israel. And in

the New Testament era of grace, it was exclusively through

Christian patriarchy, mainly in the persons of the apostles of
Christ, the evangelist Luke and the apostle Paul that all the
laws and principles regulating mans relationship with God
and his fellow man was revealed, expounded and codified.
For every single law revealed by God and expounded and
codified by his human agents no single female was involved
be it in the pre-Old Testament era, or the Old Testament era
itself or the New Testament dispensation of grace. In other
words lawmaking, lawgiving and law enforcement is the exclusive prerogative of the Heavenly Patriarch and his earthly
patriarch-representatives. They are exclusively rooted in the
male gender.
If nations, for whatever reasons, make the foolish mistake of
allowing their females to make authoritative contributions
to the reformed constitutions and laws they will ultimately
regret it and incur the wrath of the Almighty. God has delimited roles for females. These roles are not any less worthy
than those of males. The roles which God designed for females and created them for are just as valuable in his sight
as those he designed for males. And the unalterable eternal
truth and reality is that God never designed the female for
the roles of legislator and law enforcer for human societies.
And as all human history has fully borne out whenever the
gender-rooted roles created by God for the male and female
are overturned it always ultimately unleashed long-term
spiritual, social and other consequences on human society.
It is for these reasons that nations must not allow any female

contributions to the comprehensive review of their constitutions and laws.
How the United States and the Nations of the World Can

The Government Will Suspend the Constitution

and Empower itself to Rule by Special Decrees:
The government, whether military or civilian, if

in accordance with the will and laws of God.
The Government Shall Select and Appoint a
Body of Wise and God-fearing Men to Re-write
the Constitution: With the constitution suspended
and the government ruling by decrees and edicts,
the government shall then appoint a select carefully chosen body of wise and God-fearing men to
re-write the entire constitution. This body shall be
composed exclusively of wise and God-fearing men.
They shall retain portions of the constitution that is
good for society. They shall expunge portions that
are bad. And they will make the God-commanded
additions.

The Constitutional Reforms is Not About Pleasing the Will of the Masses But About Obeying
the Will of God: Of very particular relevance, it
should be noted by the leaders of the United States
and the nations of the world that this constitutional and legal reform work is not about pleasing
the masses or obeying the will of the masses. It is
first, last and foremost about pleasing the will of
the One who made the masses. It was the masses
who abused the democratic process by electing
leaders who they knew had agendas to legalize the
mass murder of defenseless unborn children. It was
the masses who abused the democratic process by
electing politicians who the masses knew wanted to
promote the homosexual culture. It was the masses
who abused the democratic process by electing to
power politicians who the masses knew wanted to
destroy the traditional marriage and family institutions. God wants every single ruler to rule and
treat the masses kindly, justly and wisely. The bible
makes that authoritatively clear. God hates despotic
and oppressive rule. But he equally wants rulers to
know that they owe their obedience and allegiance
to him and to the masses. Yes, he expects leaders
to be accountable to the masses in terms of how
they manage the resources of the nation and run
the affairs of government. But when it comes to the
making of laws, it is to God and not to the masses
that every single ruler owes his primary and most

important allegiance; it is from God and not from

the masses that ruler derive their lawmaking legitimacy. And God wants the leaders of the United
States and the nations of the world to know that ruling power, contrary to what many believe, does not
derive its legitimacy and source from the people or
the masses, but from the one who made the earth
and the masses who inhabit it. This is why the constitutional reforms do not have to, and should not,
follow the normal democratic process of election
of constitutional representatives and ratification by
the masses. God has given the leaders of the nations
the power, mandate and legitimacy to appoint wise
and God-fearing men who will carry out this work
of constitutional and political reforms. The legitimization of ruling power does not come from the
masses. It comes from God.
The Re-writing of the Constitution shall be followed by a Process of Ratification: The government, using its special power of decrees, may appoint a constitutional assembly to debate and ratify
the re-written constitution. The constitutional assembly will be made up of a male-only body of wise
and godly men. The ratified constitution should
closely reflect and incorporate all the changes that
God has mandated and commanded.
The Ratification Process Should Not be Based on
Mass Participation But Rather on the Wisdom of
Select Groups of God-fearing and wise Men: It

will be a gross mistake and a snare which they will

terribly regret if nations in the post-feminist world
allow the masses to use the normal electoral process to control or determine the ratification of the
draft constitutions. Why? Why would this be a gross

pornographer that masquerades himself as a photographer and artist? Who transformed common
harlots called film stars and pop stars into goddesses at whose feet they cravenly and foolishly bowed
and worshiped? Who turned their own very daughters into harlots by allowing them to begin practicing pre-marital sex at ages as young as 12 and who
bought them clothes that transformed the bodies of

by margins of as much as 50 percent and even 60
percent to demand that abortion and homosexual
marriage should be legally permitted? Who allowed
--- and urged --- wicked and hubristic scientists to
use God-created human life, embryos, unborn embryonic children, as scavenged spare parts ruthlessly
murdered so that other more fully formed humans
could live? Who allowed and voted for laws to be
made that would transform this world into a Darwinian jungle where only the powerful can survive
and the weak will be killed and culled with the most
persuasive and hypocritical rationalizations that
evil human mind can come up with? Who allowed
the Internet to be transformed into the vilest, wid126

est and deepest ocean of pornographic filth which

this world has ever seen and who gleefully swam in
that filth? The masses. The masses in Nigeria. The
masses in Mexico. The masses in the United States.
The masses in China. The masses in Morocco. The
masses in Africa. The Masses in Asia. The masses in
Europe. The masses in North America. The masses
in South America. The masses in every single nation on earth. It was the masses who abetted and
participated with feminists, homosexuals, pornographers and other moral subversives in the most
relentless and systematic and savage assault on all
the institutions of God. Gods will is that the masses
be led, led well and justly and wisely and kindly, but
led. The masses must never lead. They must be led.
Not allowing the masses to have a controlling influence in the forthcoming constitutional reforms of
nations does not mean that they should be excluded
forever from the running of the affairs of the nations. The masses should be allowed to participate
in the affairs of nations when they have been purged
of the foolishness deeply embedded in them by a
matriarchal-feminist culture. But wise nations and
fathers of nations should not allow them too much
of a role in the re-making of laws and national constitutions in the immediate aftermath of the crushing of feminism. This is for the simple reason that

roles in the making of laws in the post-feminist era
only after wise fathers of nations have used a sufficient period of time, of years of patriarchal political, academic, media and other types of education
to significantly erase and minimize the feminist and
subversive ways of thinking of the masses and to replace that feminist mindset with a wiser patriarchal
one. Then and only then should nations allow the
masses a greater role in the making of laws. How
nations work this out is up to them. But the wisdom, insight and foresight to do it is in the mind of
the fathers of nations that will be running the various countries in the post-feminist because God who
raised them up for a time like this has put in their
minds all the wisdom, insight and foresight needed
for this work.

Patriarchal Rule of Families and Nations: Constitutionally, patriarchal rule of families and nations
will be restored. The husband will be the legal and
economic head of his wife. The father will be the
physical and legal guardian of his children until the
son reaches the age of majority and the daughter
marries. An unmarried daughter, irrespective of her
age, remains the legal ward of her father.

given priority and preponderance in the allocation
of all the economic resources in the nation, the economic and business sectors of each nation will be

opportunities in the nation, at least 90% of all employment positions in the nation will be controlled

of these gender-rooted functions for the male and female.
In addition, governments will constitutionally prohibit any
effort to make the male and female androgynously similar
psychologically, physically, sexually and in any other aspect
of life. Governments will constitutionally ensure that gender
differences between the male and female in terms of sexuality and life roles are irreversibly established. Governments
will then define feminism to mean any political, intellectual,

Governments will comprehensively and constitutionally define gender. Governments will define gender as comporting
two fundamental and general meanings. First, governments
will constitutionally define gender in terms of biologicalprocreative sexual identities (the male sex and the female
sex). Governments will constitutionally and irreversibly
establish that the primary purpose of the biological-gender
differentiation and complementarity of the male sex and the
female sex is for procreation and the renewal and replenishment of the human population within the sole boundary of
marriage. In this respect, governments will constitutionally

etc) to androgenize the male or the female sexually or biologically. Secondly, governments will constitutionally define

1. The ideology known as feminism is declared to be a

ideology it shall not be used or taught under name,
form or guise in the educational system or be used
as a basis for preparing educational curricula.
2. Feminism shall not be used as a basis for enacting
laws and making public policies in any of the states
and territories of the United States.
3. The ideology known as feminism and feminists are

against the state and the nations of the world:
