Please note: to complete your application, you MUST pay for your test place, and send all
supporting documents to your test centre by the stated deadline. If you do not do this by the

Once you have registered online and paid your IELTS test fees with any of the options
below, your registration is complete.
Remember:
Speaking tests will start up to 4 days before Listening, Reading, Writing test
date
You will get your test schedule via SMS on your mobile at least 2 days before
your Speaking test.
Alternatively, you can retrieve your test schedule on your mobile. Just type from your
mobile and send to 7464:

Step 1: Take a print out of the "IELTS Application Summary page" or autogenerated email confirming receipt of your application

Step 2: Attach a clear photocopy of your valid passport
Step 3: Find out your nearest Service 1 branch (see below for addresses)
Step 4: Fill out a BRITISH COUNCIL EXAMINATIONS DEPOSIT slip and pay
your fees at the payment counter
Step 5: After your payment, please attach the BRITISH COUNCIL COPY to
your form. You should keep the CUSTOMER COPY with you.
Step 6: Now drop your form at the Service 1 booth available at the bank.
