Archangel Anael,
you have the romantic affairs of humankind under your divine rulership,
I watch this candle flame burn
and behold the strength and the power of the bond of love
to overcome all resentment and disharmony.
I ask that you cleanse our vision of all illusion
so that we may see the truth and the beauty in one another
and transcend all earthly barriers and limitations.
If this petition is for all good in its conception,
may it succeed.
I see the archangel Anael pouring out blessings upon us as if from a horn of ple
nty;
and these blessings merge into one brilliant shaft of light,
which penetrates the heart of our love
so that it may be healed and be whole.

A Picture of yourself
I Shall Not Want oil
A red flannel bag.
A vigil light adorned with picture of Jesus Christ.
Inspired by the beauty of Psalm 23 I formulated the "I shall not want" bag as a
perpetual abundance mojo. It calls on the Divine promise issued in Psalm 23, and
Christ the Shepherd for its power.
On the back of the psalm you should declare all areas in which you shall no long
er want in your life; money, love, career, friendships, knowledge, peace of mind
etc. Then cover and cross it with your name seven times. Seven is the number of
Christ but it's also the number of victory. Dress it with I shall Not Want Oil
in the quincunx pattern. Fold this up towards you and wrap it around the Master
root, then wind it up with red thread praying: the LORD is my Shepherd I shall n
ot want. Tie it off.
Take the picture of Christ the Shepherd and place upon it your pic, so that you
are being held by Jesus. On that put the magnet/lodestone and feed it magnetic s
and and I Shall Not Want oil. On the magnet place the three coins. I use these l
ittle Chinese lucky coins that I bought in bulk because I send bags all over the
world and I like to use a universal symbol for money. Also, they are really pre
tty!
Next, fold the holy card around all of this to form a packet and tie it in with
thread to keep it together.
Take every single ingredient, one at a time, and pray the 23rd psalm over it - d
eclaring at the end of the psalm once again the areas in which you shall no long
er want:
The LORD is my Shepherd I shall not want for money.
The LORD is my Shepherd I shall not want for friendship.
The LORD is my Shepherd I shall not want for safety.
etc...
Place them in the bag as you do this and then finally breathe life
and tie it off. Feed it some oil and whiskey and place it in under
d bowl so that you can burn a the vigil over it. Dress and fix the
it and let it burn over the bag. Take the bag in your hands daily
m 23 over it, feeding it oil and breath each time you do. When the
e burning the bag should be rocking and ready to go!

psalm 91. I like to pray it loudly and with faith seven times till that energy
is really cooking. Next, petition St. Michael and light his candle. Under his pu
rview fix and tie the mojo, sew the St Michael medal onto the mojo bag, and plac
e it inside the circle, sprinkling some rose petals all around it. Light white c
andles one by one calling on St Michael's angelic army to surround the client as
you do. Keep working spiritually until you feel the work is done - then leave
the candles to burn down overnight. Once its all burned down the mojo is ready.

1. Aum Shri Ganeshaya Namah. It means " praise to Lord Ganesha". This is the man
tra of invocation, adoration and worship. It is repeated at the beginning of rel
igious ceremonies and matra recitation to invoke Ganesha's blessings for the aus
picious beginning of a task, project, change of life, community undertaking or s
imply to offer Him praise. This mantra is usually taught to children for their g
ood education. It increases their memory power, and they become successful in th
eir examinations. Of course, people of any age may use this mantra when taking c
ourses in a school or university, and for success in attaining their degree.
2. Aum Gum Ganapataye Namaha. This is Lord Ganesha's mula ("root") mantra. It is
also known as His bija mantra, for it combines Ganesha's bija ("seed") sound, "
gum," with the phrase, "Praise be to Ganapati." This is a mantra from Ganapati U
panishad. One may always use it before beginning a journey, new career or job, o
r before entering into any new contract or business so that impediments are remo
ved and your endeavor may be crowned with success.
3. Aum Vakratundaya Hum. This is a very powerful mantra. When something is not w
orking properly, individually or universally, nationally or internationally, or
when the minds of the people turn crooked, negative, depressed or discouraged, t
he attention of Ganesha may be drawn by this mantra to straighten their ways. Th
e HUM symbolizes "Delay no more, my Lord, in straightening the paths of the croo
ked-minded ones." In addition, this mantra could also be used for healing any sp
inal deficiency, such as curvature of the spine or curved limbs. Dedicate 1,008
repetitions of this holy word to straighten and heal such deficiencies.
4. Aum Kshipra Prasadaya Namah. Kshipra means instantaneous. If some danger or n
egative energy is coming your way and you don't know how to get rid of that trou
ble, with true devotion, practice this mantra for quick blessing and purificatio
n of one's aura.
5. Aum Shrim Hrim Klim Glaum Gam Ganapataye Vara Varada Sarva Janamme Vashamanay
a Svaha. There are several bija (seed) mantras in this mantra . Among other thin
gs, it signals, "Shower Your blessings, O Lord. I offer my ego as an oblation."
6. Aum Sumukhaya Namah. This mantra has a lot of meaning, but to make it simple,
it means you will be always very beautiful in soul, in spirit,in face, everythi
ng. By meditating on this mantra, very pleasing manners and a beauty comes on yo
u. Along with that comes peace, which constantly dances in your eyes; and the wo
rds you speak are all filled with that power of love.
7. Aum Ekadantaya Namah. Ekadanta refers to one tusk in the elephant face, which
means God broke the duality and made you to have a one-pointed mind. Whoever ha
s that oneness of mind and single-minded devotion will achieve everything.
8. Aum Kapilaya Namah. Kapila (red) means that you are able to give color therap
y. You are able to create colors around yourself and around others, bathe them i
n that color and heal them. As per the mantra you create, so will you create the
colors. Another meaning is "wish cow," the "cow of plenty." It means that whate
ver you wish, that comes true. There is a wish-cow inside you. Whatever you wish
, especially for healing others, comes true immediately.
9. Aum Gajakarnikaya Namah. The ears of Ganesha, the elephant, are constant fann
ing, which means people may talk a lot,but you are not receiving inside anything
other than that which is important. It also means that you can sit anywhere and
tune this cosmic television (the body) with seven channels (chakras) and all 72,
000 nadis, to any loka and be able to hear ancestors, angels, the voice of God o
r the voice of prophets. That kind of inner ear you will develop through this ma
ntra.
10. Aum Lambodaraya Namah. This means you feel that you are this universe. It me
ans that all the universes are within you. Like an entire tree is in the seed, t
he whole universe is in the sound of creation, which is Aum, and that Aum consci
ousness in you makes you feel that you are the universe. Therefore, if you say,
realizing the oneness with the universe, "shanti to the world" every day, then t
he grace of God will come and there will be world peace, universal peace. It is
the universes within Aum and Aum within you.
11. Aum Vikataya Namah. This means realizing this world as a dream or a drama. W
hen you are in that high consciousness, this whole world looks like a dream. All
of us have taken a role. We have to play our role in life as wife or husband or
children or citizens, all consistent with the role we have taken. When an actor
bitten by a sponge cobra that is brought on the stage falls, the entire audienc
e cries; but that boy who has fallen knows it was not a real cobra and he is not
dead. Life is a drama --definitely life in this material world, this physical w
orld of ego, is a drama. But inside, like the boy on the stage who is quite happ
y knowing that he didn't die by the bite of the sponge cobra, like that, the tru
th never dies in us; it is immortal. So everything else you consider as drama. T
hat consciousness comes to you by knowing this mantra.
12. Aum Vighna Nashanaya Namah. This mantra invokes the Lord Ganesha to remove e
very impediment in your life and in your works. By constant meditation on this m
antra, all obstacles and blocked energy in your physical and astral bodies are r
eleased.
13. Aum Vinayakaya Namah. Vinayaka is the name of Ganesha in the golden age. So
by realizing this mantra, your life will have a golden age. In your office, in y
our work, you'll be the boss. Vinayaka means something under control. Vinayaka m
eans the Lord of problems.
14. Aum Ganadhyakshaya Namah. This mantra is so important. Suppose you have a gr
oup, a country, neighbors, or any kind of group therapy, group healing or a whol
e country needing healing, then you have to bring that entire group to your mind
's arena and say this mantra. A group healing takes place by this mantra.
15. Aum Bhalachandraya Namah. In Sanskrit, bhala means the forehead center. Chan
dra means the crescent moon. Bhalachandra means that chakra from where the necta
r drips. That is the secret of all healing. It is to feel yourself as Siva, iden
tifying yourself with the Truth and feeling constantly that you are carrying the
crescent moon, the symbol of growth and nectar and peace.
Desiderata
Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even the dull and the ignorant;
they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons,
they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain and bitter;
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs;
for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals;
and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself.
Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love;
for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment
it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful.
Strive to be happy.
Virtues
The most powerful and direct links to power are the development of
virtues. Your energy bodies continuously manifest according to the
type of person you are. When you develop virtues, your energy system
is more powerful than if you where continuously in ritual and spiritual
practice. With virtues developed, it is like if you where in a continuous
state of ritual, of meditation, of contemplation of the beauty of the
world. With virtues, you are always in a state of power towards the
universe, and the universe obeys to those who have developed the
means to command it.
Although there are many virtues
Temperance
Do not give in to anger. Do not give in to judgment. Be
compassionate. Endure when it can help others discover love. Smile
and be happy of what life has given you. Accept your role in the
universe, and work to discover it. Do not be susceptible. Do not take
anything personally. Be careful of your words when you answer back
to some offense. When people offend you, say you are sorry if you
have offended them.
Justice
Integrity, honesty, truth. Act in ways you know are right. Do your
best to respect the human laws of your country. Over that, do what
you think is best according to the laws of the universe. It can take
some time to understand the laws of the universe, but deep within, all
of us know what is right or wrong. Do not take decisions that would
lead you to abuse. Do not let yourself abuse by anyone. Accept to
earn less when it is right to do so, and defend your right to profit
when it is right to do so.
Strength
Move, do not stop unless it is necessary. Determine yourself to
peaceful actions. Make a plan and deploy the necessary energy to
accomplish it. Do some physical exercises to enhance your physical
strength. Then, transpose the feeling of strength to a higher level,
with analogy as a tool. This will help you understand the mystic
symbolism of inner strength.
Faith
The universe, the great Love of the universe, it will take care of you.
Know that you are in a classroom, in an experience to learn to master
yourself. Realize all of your projects with the assistance of God. Take
care of the matters of God, and God will take care of your human
matters. God is without shape, without name, without any definite
identity. He is the absolute truth of the universe, and he loves you.
You are never alone.
Charity
Give to others without any return. Do not expect recognition or
payback. Give without any expectation. Do not ruin yourself. Do not
give your physical means of subsistence; It would not be prudent.
Give your time, give compassion, take care of others, and take care of
yourself in the process. Give love just to give love. Give yourself the
opportunity to love others more than you have done yesterday. Take
care of your heart in the process, and do not play the savior game.
Prudence
Think about it before you move. Develop trust, and develop a sense
of responsibility. Make sure of what you are doing. Be careful with
any detail. Do not think that nothing will go wrong, take care of it
personally. Study, set in place, and counter verify. Then act, do not
stop because of fear; hesitation is not prudence.
Hope
A higher version of having a positive attitude, hope is a more tangible
expression of faith and self-trust. It is a determination to never give in
to negativity, never to play the victim of the events that compose your
life. Smile, trust yourself, be positive, and know that all will be fine. It
is easy to keep this attitude alive when you know, deep inside, that
every event that seems negative is only a lesson to go thru, and
experience of knowledge sent by the higher consciousness.

These Seven Principles will be discussed and explained as we proceed with these
lessons. A short explanation of each, however, may as well be given at this poin
t.
1. The Principle of Mentalism
"THE ALL IS MIND; The Universe is Mental."--The Kybalion.
This Principle embodies the truth that "All is Mind." It explains that THE ALL (
which is the Substantial Reality underlying all the outward manifestations and a
ppearances
which we know under the terms of "The Material Universe"; the "Phenomena of Life
"; "Matter"; "Energy"; and, in short, all that is apparent to our material sense
s) is SPIRIT
which in itself is UNKNOWABLE and UNDEFINABLE, but which may be considered and
thought of as AN UNIVERSAL, INFINITE, LIVING MIND. It also explains that all the
phenomenal
world or universe is simply a Mental Creation of THE ALL, subject to the Laws of
Created Things, and that the universe, as a whole, and in its parts or units, h
as its existence in the Mind
of THE ALL, in which Mind we "live and move and have our being." This Principle,
by establishing the Mental Nature of the Universe, easily explains all of the v
aried mental and psychic
phenomena that occupy such a large portion of the public attention, and which,
without such explanation, are non-understandable and defy scientific treatment.
An understanding of this
great Hermetic Principle of Mentalism enables the individual to readily grasp th
e laws of the Mental Universe, and to apply the same to his well-being and advan
cement. The Hermetic
Student is enabled to apply intelligently the great Mental Laws, instead of usin
g them in a haphazard manner. With the Master-Key in his possession, the student
may unlock the many doors
of the mental and psychic temple of knowledge, and enter the same freely and int
elligently. This Principle explains the true nature of "Energy," "Power," and "M
atter," and why and how all
these are subordinate to the Mastery of Mind. One of the old Hermetic Masters w
rote, long ages ago: "He who grasps the truth of the Mental Nature of the Univer
se is well advanced on The
Path to Mastery." And these words are as true today as at the time they were fir
st written. Without this Master-Key, Mastery is impossible, and the student knoc
ks in vain at the many doors of The Temple.
2. The Principle of Correspondence
"As above, so below; as below, so above."--The Kybalion.
This Principle embodies the truth that there is always a Correspondence between
the laws and phenomena of the various planes of Being and Life. The old Hermetic
axiom ran in these
words: "As above, so below; as below, so above." And the grasping of this Princi
ple gives one the means of solving many a dark paradox, and hidden secret of Nat
ure. There are planes
beyond our knowing, but when we apply the Principle of Correspondence to them we
are able to understand much that would otherwise be unknowable to us. This Prin
ciple is of universal
application and manifestation, on the various planes of the material, mental, an
d spiritual universe--it is an Universal Law. The ancient Hermetists considered
this Principle as one of the most
important mental instruments by which man was able to pry aside the obstacles wh
ich hid from view the Unknown. Its use even tore aside the Veil of Isis to the e
iquidity.
2. Filtration, the mechanical separation of a liquid from the undissolved partic
les suspended in it.
3. Evaporation, the changing or converting from a liquid or solid state into a v
aporous state with the aid of heat.
4. Distillation, an operation by which a volatile liquid may be separated from s
ubstances which it holds in solution.
5. Separation, the operation of disuniting or decomposing substances.

PRAYER TO BUDDHA
THOU in whom innumerable creatures believe!
Thou, Buddha, Victor over the hosts of evil!
Thou, all-wise Being, come down to our world!
Made perfect and glorified by in-numerable by-gone revolutions; always pitiful,
always gracious toward all creatures!
Look down upon us; for the time has come to pour out blessings on all creatures.
Be gracious to us from thy throne built in thy heavenly world.
Thou art the eternal redemption of all creatures, therefore bow down to us with
all thy unstained heavenly societies.

True, without falsehood, certain, most certain. What is
above is like that which is below, and what is below, like
that which is above, to make the miracle of One Thing.
And as all things were made from contemplation of One,
so all things were born from one adaptation. The father
is the Sun, its mother is the Moon. The wind carried it
in its womb, the earth breast fed it. It is the father of all
works of wonder in the world. Its power is complete if
turned towards earth, it will separate earth from fi re, the
subtle from the gross. With great capacity (Wisdom) it
ascends from earth to heaven. Again it descends to earth,
and takes back the power of the above and the below.
Thus you will receive the glory of the distinctiveness of
the world. All obscurity will fl ee from you. This is the
most strong strength of all strength, for it overcomes all
subtle things, and penetrates all solid things. Thus was
the world created. From this comes marvelous adaptations
of which this is the procedure. Therefore I am called
Hermes Thrice-Crowned because I have three parts of the
Wisdom of the whole world. And complete is what I had
to say about the work of the Sun.

LU-DONGBIN From a royal family, this patron of scholars was given a magic sword

The Sirens would appear to have been personifications of those numerous rocks an
d unseen dangers,
which abound on the S.W. coast of Italy. They were sea-nymphs, with the upper pa
rt of the body that
of a maiden and the lower that of a sea-bird, having wings attached to their sho

with such wonderful voices, that their sweet songs are said to have lured marin
ers to destruction.
Historically a psychic vampire has been a creature that lurks in the dark or sho
ws up in ones dreams and drains them of their
life force, leaving them listless and ill. Folklore and literature is full of o
ccurrences of these psychic vampires. What significance
does a psychic vampire have in today s world though?
Some would say that the past psychic vampires were simply a way of describing wh
at today would have been diagnosed as
leukemia, chronic fatigue syndrome, or iron deficiency. Without words in the pa
st to describe these illnesses, people assumed
they must be caused by something evil like a psychic vampire.
However presently there are many people who describe themselves as psychic vampi
res and try to help, teach and educate
us about them. A psychic vampire would be described as a person who is unable t
o generate their own energy or store their
own energy and therefore needs to obtain vital energy from outside sources. A ps
ychic attack then takes place where the psychic
vampire receives energy and the victim experiences a great loss in energy. Many
psychic vampires are not even aware of what they
are doing consciously.
These are some traits of a psychic vampire:

Like many Celtic spirits, the Banshee can appear both as a haggard crone or as a
beautiful maiden. As a crone she has glowing red eyes and
flowing white hair. She wears a green dress under a gray cloak. As a maiden, sh
e has long red hair and is dressed in white. She is sometimes
described as having red shoes.
Notes:
- Old Celtic families were believed to have their own banshee who attended only
that family and sang the death song for its members.
Some of the families knew their banshee by name, such as Cliodna (of the McCarth
y family from South
Munster) and Aoibhill (of the Dalcassion family of North Munster). A banshee con
nected to a specific family will follow that family even if the
immigrate to another country.
- The Banshee is very similar to the Washer at the Ford. The Washer at the Ford
is most often depicted as an old woman kneeling by the
water washing the bloody clothes of someone about to die in battle. Unlike the
Washer Woman, the Banshee does not specialize in foretelling the death of warrio
rs.
- The Banshee is occasionally reported to be combing her hair as she wails. Some
times the comb is silver and sometimes it is gold.
- There is no agreed time of day or night at which the banshee wails. Some say i
t is in the morning or late at night, while others claim she usually wails at no
on.
- The banshee is often linked to Celtic goddesses (i.e. Aine)
- Red and green were both colors associated with the fey. This explains the desc
ription of the banshee as wearing green and having red hair
The sirin is a female creature with the body of a bird and the head of a woman.
She rewarded saintly people by coming down from the skies and
singing a sweet melody. I m not sure why this was considered a good thing since he
aring her song caused the individual to immediately forget everything and die.
Origin: Russia
Characteristics: Unlike the siren of Greek mythology, the Russian sirin did not
sing its sweet song to lure sailors to their deaths. As previously mentioned,
hearing her song was a reward of sorts, despite the decidedly grim result.
In some notes, the individuals that heard the song of the sirin died from not ea
ting or sleeping while they mindlessly followed the bird and its beautiful song.
It is always stressed that only the virtuous and deserving ever heard their son
g, but once again, I do not understand why this was supposed to be a good thing.
But mermaids have a darker side. They lure young men to their death and their ap
pearance presages storms and disasters. They often lure mariners to
their destruction and are said to gather the souls of the drowned in cages. Acc
ording to such beliefs, mermaids not only bring misfortunes but also provoke the
m.
They are said to be born without souls, and the only way they may obtain one is
by marrying a human
Glamour is magic that creates an illusion. An ugly old hut may appear as a beaut
iful castle, a snake as a handsome man, and a handful of berries as
a small fortune in gold coins. This type of magic can be used by any number of c
reatures, including fairies, witches, sorcerers, and deities.
When used by fairies, glamour is most often used for one of two reasons: 1.) all
owing the fairies to hide themselves and their homes by making
them invisible, and 2.) playing cruel tricks on humans (i.e. making a path appea
r to be a human s way home when in reality it will lead him to his
death in a bog or making dirt appear as gold so the human will skip home with jo
y only to find the riches have become a handful of earth).
Glamour can be an innate magic for some creatures, while for others it may be ti
ed to an object. For instance, according to the Reverend Robert Kirk,
some fairies use the seed of a certain fern placed on the back of their hands t
o make themselves invisible. Others use a magical cap, usually red, to
make themselves disappear.
Origin: Celtic (glamourie), Gaelic (sian)
Notes:
- Glamour spells end suddenly
- Fairies often become very angry if someone manages to pierce their glamour and
my blind the individual who does so
- Glamour can be defeated by using fairy ointment or by holding a shamrock up to
your eyes
- Cinderella s dress and pumpkin carriage are a famous example of glamour

In joy and woe, in good and ill,

WANDS
General History
Like the Magik Staff, magik wands have been around for a very long time. Some of
the first depictions of a wand
come from Egypt, in the hands of Pharaoh. Not only did he carry a scepter for h
is kingdom, but also a wand. He
was a 'God' after all. And magik was supposed to be part of his royal talents.
The Greek God Hermes (Mercury) is represented by a wand entwined with a snake an
d winged top. In legend, this
wand is a sleep-producing wand. The famous musician Arion, had a wand of Ivory.
Linguistic research shows the the
symbol "cel" of the word Celts and "ger" of the German, both mean "wand". And bo
th cultures used the wand as the
symbol of the axis of the spring and summer solstices.
In Celtic legend, the three wise women who guide the steps of mankind (the Tripl
e Goddess) are often seen or
depicted with wands. Using these tools to direct their energy or control their
desires during various events. One
legend tells of the wise women facing cave dwelling giants, using their wands t
o dislodge boulders and rocks from
the mountain to rain down upon the giants.
In Norse legend, Thor sets out to visit Geirrod without his weapons. The Hag Gri
d, warns Thor of the dangers he faces.
She gives him her belt and magic wand to do battle upon his long journey. In thi
s story Thor flings a boulder and breaks
the back of a giantess with the wand.
In Aurthurian legend, Merlin casts his magik with the use of a silver wand; pres
umably constructed from the hardened
blood of a unicorn that he helped to save from a dragon's attack.
But the wand isn't just seen in pagan paths. In catacomb frescoes of the third a
nd fourth centuries, Christ is frequently
represented performing miracles by means of a wand.
Scholars believe the wand found it's roots in the drumstick of a shaman. Especia
lly from Siberia and Central Asia when
drumming was used to raise energy before and during ceremonial rituals. Then poi
nting the wand at the recipient of that
energy; such as a patient who required healing. From these humble beginnings, t
he wand has become a staple in magik
practices through the centuries and into modern magik.
