Preface
Thank you for purchasing the tracker. This manual shows how to operate the device
smoothly and correctly. Make sure to read this manual carefully before using this
product. Please note that specification and information are subject to changes without
prior notice in this manual. Any change will be integrated in the latest release. The
manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in this document.

1.Summary
Working Based on existing GSM/GPRS network and GPS satellites, this product can
locate and monitor any remote targets by SMS or internet.

4. Charge the Battery

Do charge the battery to capacity in 3 -5 hours for first use. Please use the battery and
charger provided by the manufacturer. This unit adopts built-in Li-ion battery When
you charge the battery the LED will be long bright. After finish the charging the LED
will show dark.
5.power ON/OFF
ON: push the SIM card into the slot , then press the on/off button about 3seconds.
OFF: press the on/off button ,after 3seconds.,The LED will be dark, the power off.

7.Operating Instructions
default password is 0000.
7.1 Set up administrator
the command SMS: #710#administrator1#administrator2#administrator3#password##

When you sending successfully, it will reply 710CONFIG OK when the pass word is
wrong; it will reply 710PASSWORD ER then all the alarm sms will be send back
the administrator number .
7.2. Set up the call number

Sms command: #711# call 1# call 2##password##

Example:#711#138000138000#13811138111##0000##
after the command is set successfully, press the call1 button about 3seconds, the gps
will dial the NO:138000138000
7.3 Change the Password
The command SMS: #770#new password#User password##

When you sending successfully, it will reply 770CONFIG OK when the pass word
is wrong; it will reply 770PASSWORD ER
7.4 Read the parameter
The command SMS: #901#userpassword#

When you sending successfully you will get the sms include the admin number
password and the IMEI.
7.5 The interval of gps data
The command SMS: # 730# time # data groups # User password ##

For example: #730#20#2#0000##

When you sending successfully ,the terminal will stored the gps data every 20seconds,
when the data groups amounts to the 2times, that will send out to the server
7.6 Set up the APN
The command SMS: #802#apn #apn user name#apn password# User password ##

example 1: the APN is internet, not user name and passwored

Command: #802#internet###0000##
example 2: the APN is internet , the APN user name:guet passwrod:a1234
Command: #802#internet#guest#a1234#0000##
When you sending successfully, it will reply 802CONFIG OK when the pass word is
wrong; it will reply 802PASSWORD ER
Note: The default APN is CMNET.
7.7 Geo-fence alarm

The command SMS: # 751 # fence radius # sampling interval # longitude # latitude #
user password ##

For example: #751#500#5#22.5442N#113.91E#0000##

After the setup is successful, the setting mobile phone will receive a piece of config ok
command. Then, when the ward leaves this area, the terminal will send the alarming
information of being out of the fence to the center number. The alarm sms is :
#354923033045862##0#000#OUT#1#v#113.3454E52.67850000.##

Note: Send 9860000 reply of longitude and latitude this standard

7.8 Reading Geo-fence information
The command SMS: # 752 # user password ##

after the command is set successfully, the terminal will read the data of the module
fence working status and return message to the sending mobile phone, or PASSWORD
ER if the password is wrong.
For example: #752#0000##
Return: #open:1#lat:11456.209400#lng:2233.470100#distance:500#time:5#status:2
Where, open: 1 indicates fence open; Open: 0 indicates fence closed;
lat:11456.209400, latitude;
lng: 2233.470100; longitude;
distance: 500; fence radius;
time: 5 sampling interval;
status: 2 , terminal has obtained valid satellite data, fence works normally;
status: 1; fence open, but there are no valid satellite data have been received;
status: 0, no electronic fence is set.
7.9 close the Geo-fence
The command SMS: #760 # user password ##

Example: #760#0000##
When you sending successfully, it will reply 760CONFIG OK all the Geo-fence
will be cancelled. when the pass word is wrong; it will reply PASSWORD ER
7.10 Monitoring Function

The command SMS: #555#call number#userpassword##

Example: #555#138000138000#0000##
When the terminal received the sms command, it will aut dial the NO:138000138000.
7.11 Factory Default
The command SMS: #906##

When you sending successfully, will get the reply: Reset ok. All the setting will be
Restore factory settings
7.12 SOS alarm

When the SOS button is pressed for 3 seconds or more than 3 seconds, the terminal
will dial the administrator number .
7.13 low battery alarm

When battery voltage is lower than 3.7V(25%). The

the

administrator number

8. Real time tracking

8.1 SMS tracking

Example:6660000.
Send this SMS command to the terminal, it will reply latest longitude and latitude
information.
(2)9880000
Send this SMS command to the terminal, it will reply the Google maps link
If GPS is not located at all, the terminal will reply:
34592303105400 Can not get a valid location!

8.2 Real time tracking ( platform server)

The terminal will send position information to the platform server timely. Users can
check the position on the platform.
