DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is entered into by and between:
Spouses Lani Tubilleja and Pio Tubilleja, Jr., both of legal,
Filipinos, and residing at Barangay Sambag, Jaro, Iloilo City, herein
referred to as the VENDORS;
-andIsabel Tubilleja, Filipino of legal age, single and a resident of
Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental, herein referred to as the VENDEE;
WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the VENDORS are the lawful and registered owners of a
parcel of residential land located at Barangay Sambag, Jaro, Iloilo City, described
as follows:
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE
No. T-93038
A parcel of land (Lot 24-E-6, Psd-06-021017, being a portion of Lot
24-E, Psd- (LRC) -66987), situated in the Barangay of Sambag,
District of Jaro , City of Iloilo, Island of Panay. Bounded on the NE.,
along line 1-2 by Lot 24-E-7of this subd. Survey; on the SE ., along
line 2-3 by lot 27, Cad. 20, Iloilo Cadastre; on the SW., along lines
3-4-5 by lot 24-E-5; on the NW., along line 5-6 buy lot 24-E-3; on
the NE., along line 6-1 by lot 24-E-7, all of this subd. survey.
Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan being, 77-11 W., 462.84 m.
from BBM No. 26, Cad. 20, Iloilo Cadastre, thence S, 54-13 E.,
20.30m. to point 2; S. 37-32 W., 13.58 m. to point 3; N. 52-47 W.,
20.10 m. to point 4; N. 52-52 W., 3.00 m. to point 5; N. 36-43 E.,
13.00 m. to point 6; S. 54-13 E., 3.00 m. to point 1; point of
beginning. Containing an area of THREE HUNDRED EIGHT (308)
SQUARE METERS, more or less.
WHEREAS the VENDORS have agreed to sell to the VENDEE and the
VENDEE has agreed to purchase the above described parcel of land.
WHEREFORE for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Thousand (Php 100,000.00) Pesos, to the VENDORS has paid by the VENDEE
in full and complete satisfaction of the sale, the VENDORS do hereby SELL,
CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY absolutely and unconditionally the whole of the
above-described parcel of land to the VENDEE, her heirs, successors and assigns,
with the encumbrance thereof with the Home Development Mutual Fund to be
assumed by the VENDEE.

consisting of two (2) pages including this page in which this acknowledgement is
written personally signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses, in my
presence, and sealed with my notarial seal.
