Short-range (0.8 to 20 m) and Long-range (15 to 70 m) models in 6 configurations

EZ-SCREEN systems have passed vibration and shock tests according to IEC 61496-1 and -2. This
includes vibration (10 cycles) of 10-55 Hz at 0.35 mm (0.014") single amplitude
(0.70 mm peak-to-peak) and shock of 10 g for 16 milliseconds (6,000 cycles).
Status Indicators
Emitter:
Bi-color (red/green) Status Indicator indicates power ON, RUN mode, TEST mode, or LOCKOUT mode.
7-Segment Display indicates scan code, normal operation, error code, or noise detected.
System Power Requirements
Receiver:
Bi-color (red/green) Beam Status Indicators indicate status of each beam (clear, blocked, or weak signal).
Yellow Reset LED indicates RUN mode or waiting for reset.

EDM Input
Signals from external devices can be monitored (single-channel, dual-channel, or no monitoring) via
EDM1 and EDM2 terminals of the receiver. Monitored devices must respond within 200 milliseconds
of an output change.

Two diverse redundant OSSD (Output Signal Switching Device) safety outputs:
Solid-state current sourcing outputs for switching 24V dc loads at up to 0.5 A each.

system. The Module allows the machine to mute the primary safeguard by monitoring
redundant inputs (two or four) and automatically suspend the safeguarding function of a
