Lanang, P.O.Box 202, 96007 Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia being a registered 70%
shareholder in this company and pursuant to our LETTER OF AUTORIZATION
dated awarded to M/S.GERUNSIN BALAYONG &
COMPANY hereby:1. Undertake to pay and release all the money amounting to RINGGIT
MALAYSIA FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE MILLION FOUR
HUNDRED FIFTY ONE THOUSAND and SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY
RM423,451,630-00)ONLY to GERUNSIN BALAYONG & COMPANY to
disburse to a following person namely :
1. NELUS AK NYELANG (WN.KP.
2. RANI ANAK ENGONG(WN.KP.
3. SO TECK KEE

for their commission for the disposal of 70% of our share and interest in
RINWOOD PELITA (MUKAH PLANTATION SDN.BHD (hereinafter
referred to as the Company)
2. This payment of a commission will be subject to 5%
of
Real
Property Gain Tax which will be deducted before all of their commission
to be paid to all those name as mentioned above
3. The payment will also be subject to 26% tax (estimated subject to Inland
Revenue Boards confirmation) in which the tax receipt would be given to
you
4. We agrees that the buyer shall make payment of the above mentioned
share/properties in RINWOOD PELITA (MUKAH) Plantation SDN.BHD
through your office as a stakeholder
5. Our Company undertake to pay the commission within five (5) working
days upon signing and conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement
and transfer of shares.
