The vision of the Fujairah College is to become the most dynamic, gradual and revolutionary
university in the region, transform its corner into a eminent academic leader and deliver
admirable curricular programs armament graduates with the required proficiency and engine
necessary to face the challenges of proliferation as constructive citizens and leaders in a
philosophically varied society. The main vision of the Fujairah College is learning. (College,

professionally in advance subjects so the students achieve their targets and build the society. Aim
to work efficiently and deliver excellent institutional service to create a center of academician,
and build capable professionals and leaders who will play a part in the socio-economic

Fujairah College never compromise in their programme structure. College building day by day
and putting in new plans. The college gets a license in 2006 to operate as a higher learning
institution and in the same year received its status as accredited academic institution. The college
retained to provide the outreach programs through the establishment of the center for continuing
education and executive development in 2007.

4. Analysis:
In this case analysis we compare Fujairah College with Khalifa University United Arab
Emirates. We compare 5 major genes of an institute, of which performance an institute rating
increase or decrease. We select Location, academic programs, faculty, customer services and
university structure as the factor to compare Fujairah College with Khalia University.
We assign .20 weight values to the factors and give a rating value from 1 to 5. The 1 reflects
the poor and 5 as an excellent performance. If we compare location the approach and the area
of Fujairah College is more fixable for the students. Because of this the rate Fujairah College
5 out of 5 and 4 to Khalifa University out of 5. (University, 2014)
Academic programs are a major factor to join any institute. The students are much excited for
the programs offered by any university and college. If we compare both college and
university for their Academic programs Fujairah College offering advance programs and also
introducing more programs and also retained to provide the outreach programs so rated 4 out
of 5 and Khalifa University rated 3 out of 5.
The faculty of Khalifa University is better than the faculty of Fujairah College. So rated 4 to
Khalifa University and 3 to Fujairah College.
Customer service is the service which provided by the front desk and admission office. The
performance of both departments in both college and university are same. Both rated 3.
In the last if we compare the university structure Fujairah replace their campus to in a big
campus. The facilities in the campus for the students and the staff are much better than those
facilities and structure in Khalifa University is not as better Fujairah College. Rated Fujairah
4 and Khalifa University 3.

College administration must follow all the departments and make decision as per the economic
changes. They must need bold steps for introducing more programs for the students. The students
and parents recommend the educational institution where they are offered by a range of programs
