Kind & Peaceful Greetings Ms. Minor:
This complaint is being formally registered with the Department of Federal Student Aid (FSA),
Program Compliance against Full Sail University (FSO), located 3300 University Boulevard,
Winter Park, Florida 90031. I, Queen Searles, am requesting that an investigation into gross abuse
of federal educational funding to students by FSO officials, be conducted. I was a Graduate student
from July 31, 2012 to May 21, 2014, with only two courses before earning a second Graduate
Degree, and maintained a 3.9 GPA. I was unjustly expelled from the Full Sail University
Entertainment Business Masters of Science (EBMS) program on June 19, 2014.
It is my contention that the atrocities complained of in Students Accrediting Commission of Career
Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) Complaint, included herewith, and published at
https://www.scribd.com/doc/246804202/ACCSC-Complaint-RE-Full-Sail-University; are outside of
FSA Program Compliance. They have left Complainant facing undue financial, as well as, social
purgatory. Additionally, FSO is constantly sending harassing bills for services they refused to
render. In GOOD FAITH, student availed herself to opportunities provided through government
incentives to create a wealthier America by creating businesses, careers and jobs. Student worked
pertinaciously, pursuing real Billion-Dollar Dreams. Then, the course prior to completion of FSOs
acclaimed, Shark Tank Ready Business Plan, student was unduly harassed and expelled from the
university.
The treatise herein provides full details, including links to Complainants impeccable student work
history, and all supporting supplemental documents, demonstrating gross pedagogical
unprofessionalism, breach of FSOs fiduciary duty to provide a quality education and to protect
student from retaliatory and discriminatory grading practices, including, but not limited to:
i. Point pilfering;
ii. Ineffective teaching methodologies and communications;
iii. Unfair and Retaliatory grading practices, as well as;
iv. Failing to address specific Student Concerns relative to a faculty members abuse
of their position and mean-spiritedness toward Student;
v. Neglecting to provide accessible instructors who inspire students with current
knowledgecreate exceptional professional product, for the EBMS Digital
Marketing course, and for;

FSA Compliance 2 of 2
vi. Ultimately expelling Student from the EBMS Program and FSO, without an
effective due process procedure and operational plan, as required by the
Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), nor refund.
It is my request that upon investigation, Full Sail University be required to reimburse FSA for all
funds related to said debt and that student, Queen Searles be found not liable for the payment of
related government loans. Student further request that pending investigation, all payments are
deferred, as this situation has depleted all of students available resources, including her entire
pension and business investments.
For future correspondence, please contact me at the above address, by email or by phone. Thank
you for your just and professional consideration regarding resolution to the issues herein.
Respectfully,

Queen Searles
