10.1

Title: Optimization of Network performance-by traffic report for GSM

network & KPI monitoring.

10.2 Objective:
On completion of this visit/ practical exercise, the participant will be able to:
a) Understand traffic report collected from OMC-R.
b) Explain and understand how to monitor important KPIs in GSM network.
10.3 Venue/Site: Training Location

same will be carried out through field visit]

Set up/Equipments Required:

a) Traffic Report
b) OMC-R Terminal if avialble.
c) Cell site Database

Reports to be taken/ referred:

KPI reports like OSS/OMCR/NPO reports etc having KPIs - Traffic channel
congestion, SDCCH Congestion, Call Drop, Call Setup Success Rate etc. of
recent past preferably of last 2-3 days
