Beatrice Ng
(www.beatrice-ng.tumblr.com)
Who is he?
Soh Ee Shaun is a self-taught artist and illustrator whose art has made
numerous appearances around Singapore (including permanent murals at
the Bishan Circle Line MRT station), as well as in group exhibitions around
the world. Represented by Mulan Gallery, his works are always fun and
free-flowing, and feature child-like imagery.
Who is she?
Beatrice Ng picked up papercutting while doing her Design
Communication course at Lasalle College of the Arts. She continued to
meticulously create card and sticker designs using this traditional art form
even after she found a full-time job, as it keeps her mind fresh with ideas.
Kai Prints
(www.society6.com/kaiprints)
Who is she?
Anchalee Temphairojana holds a full-time job handing oil operations at
Shell, but always had a passion for creating art. Having picked up basic
watercolour techniques under a part-time enrichment programme at the
Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, she now creates watercolour paintings
and digital prints during the weekends and sells them online.
What does home mean to her?
The inspiration for this piece is Singapore, the city I consider home. As our
country prides itself on being a City in a Garden, I have surrounded the
word home with florals to portray this. The illustration is a combination
of hand-drawn line work using ink on paper, and then digitally coloured.

John Lim
(www.society6.com/Seez)
Who is he?
At his day job, Mas Shafreen often creates
to-do lists for his staff on Post-it notes. To
make his requests less antagonising, he would
include doodles on it as well. Thats where it
all began, and now his cheery drawings can be
seen on everything from customised chairs to
corporate merchandise.
What does home mean to him?
Home is where we feel most comfortable.
While our homes may vary in size and location,
they are all on planet Earth. Thats why I
decided to call this piece Planet Home. As
an artist, I hope my works find their way into
as many homes as possible. Then I can say,
Home is where my art is!
Who is he?
John Lims love of digital illustrations was ignited while he
was studying animation at Nanyang Polytechnic. Now a
motion graphics designer, John still hasnt stopped sketching
and designing during his free time. His art is fun and cheeky,
and he puts up new work regularly on his online store.
What does home mean to him?
This piece is a fusion of modern and vintage elements a
contradiction that is at the core of the hipster culture. Its
just my humble take on the design-focused lifestyle that
many Singaporeans today aspire to have!
