Administration state is Locked

Operatopnal state is BL-USER

ZERS:BTS=1321,TRX=4&6:L;

LOCKED TRX no 4 & 6 on BTS=1321

ZERS:BTS=1321,TRX=4&&6:L; LOCKED TRX no 4 until 6 (4,5,6) on BTS=1321

Change state from LOCKED to UNLOCK will reseting TRX

ZERS:BTS=1321,TRX=2:U;

UNLOCKED TRX-2 in BTS=1321

After LOCK/UNLCOK TRX

2, 4 and 6, all TRXs
become WO at time

RESET BTS
BTS reset can be done by LOCKED and UNLOCKED BTS
ZEQS:BTS=1321:L; LOCKED BTS 132 and all BTS 1321 service immediately interrupted
ZEQS:BTS=1321:U; UNLOCKED BTS 132 and all TRX on BTS 1321 will reset
