Each movement in the TACFIT programs has four stages or levels, which
incrementally progress in sophistication, so the movement is always doable and
challenging regardless of whether you are an elite athlete or have never worked
out a day in your life! The stages are:
Delta for those completely new to fitness,
Gamma for the people who have been practicing TACFIT for a
few weeks,
Beta for the brave folks who have been training for a few months,
Alpha is strictly for bragging rights, requiring you to have the right
combination of character flaws to want to do it!

Many other programs and boot camps select a randomized set of exercises,
have a lack of effective warm up and cool down protocols, and often become
dangerous through their push harder and faster ethos. TACFIT has been
created through years of study, and has proven time and time again to
create elite fitness in a safe and effective way. Each TACFIT workout has been
specifically crafted to address weak movement patterns and make you fitter as
you go through the program, whilst remaining INJURY FREE.
The exercises are performed with kettlebells, clubbells, parallette bars, medicine
balls, pull-up bars, gymnastic rings or straps, sandbags and plyometric boxes,
as well as bodyweight exercises, all designed to help you get leaner, fitter,
