TWO YEAR FULL TIME POST GRADUATE PROGRAMMES: PGP ACM, PGP PEM,

(2015-17)
The details of total amount of fees payable for two year full time post graduate programme are given
below.

The admission fee (Rs. 15,000/-) is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
The security deposit (Rs. 3000/-) is refundable on completion of the programme (after adjustment of
dues if any from the student).

The following conditions apply for the payment of fees and other dues
i. The fees and other dues payable at the time of admission are mentioned in the admission offer
letter.
ii. The fees are payable as per the schedule given, failing which, late fee will be charged as follows:
Rs.100/- for first seven days and thereafter, Rs. 250/- per day of delay.
iii. The above fee includes the cost of two NICMAR T-Shirts, one tie and one student bag.
Institute reserves the right to revise any/all of the components of above policy, including

HOSTEL AND LIVING EXPENSES

Hostel accommodation is available at Pune, Hyderabad, Goa and Indore. Girl students granted
admissions are housed separately. All students have to strictly abide by the Code of Conduct issued
by the Institute.
Hostel allotment will be done on programme-wise merit basis.
Pune Campus
This campus has four hostels, which all together provide 904 single occupancy rooms for boys and
194 shared occupancy for girl students.

In case, students cannot be accommodated in the campus hostel facility, they may be accommodated
in close proximity to the campus.
Mess package charge is Rs. 170/- per head/day. The package includes breakfast with tea, buffet
lunch, evening snacks with tea and buffet dinner.
The Institute mess facilities are run by the contractor hired by NICMAR under the supervision of the
Manager, Premises and Services (P&S). The manager, according to the suggestion of Students
Mess Co-ordinator, prepares menu on weekly basis.
Hyderabad Campus
At Hyderabad campus, NICMAR CISC has established a relation with NAC to provide hostel facility
for our students. NAC hostel consists of 44 rooms (Twin sharing basis) in boys hostel and 22 rooms
(Twin sharing basis) in girls hostel. Due to limited availability of hostel rooms, accommodation will be
provided based on merit list. The present hostel fee is Rs. 9075/- per quarterly and monthly mess
charges is Rs. 4650/- (Rs. 150/- per head/day), which includes breakfast with tea, buffet lunch and
buffet dinner. The rates may vary according to NICMAR/NAC norms from time to time.
Goa Campus
This campus has three hostels, which provide accommodation for 330 students. The hostel has
capacity to house 170 students in Ponda Commerce Center, 80 students in Pearl Hostel and 80
students in Main Campus Building at Farmagudi.

Payment Schedule:
Hostel and mess fees are payable term-wise within 7 days of the commencement of the term. In case
of any delay, a fine of Rs. 75/- per day will be payable for the first 7 days, after which, the fine will be
Rs. 125/- per day. The hostel and mess fees once paid are non-refundable or non-transferable. Mess
facility is mandatory for all students staying in NICMAR hostels.
Typically, the total living expenses including hostel, mess and any other expenses at
Pune/Hyderabad/Goa/Indore are approximately Rs.12,000/- per month.
