Rainpipe drains are fitted at the end of external rain downpipes in the ground. The
rainwater from steep roofs flows into the connecting pipe via roof channels and
rain downpipes through the rainpipe drain.
The suspended bucket or sieve grating collects the dirt, thus preventing obstruction of the connecting pipe.

Cast iron

Rainpipe drains consist of a single or multi-component housing with inlet sleeve,

outlet socket, dirt bucket and inspection cover.
The rain downpipe of the roof channel is connected to the inlet sleeve. The outlet
socket is linked to the connecting pipe.
Rainpipe drains are produced with and without odour seal.
