3. In developing countries, as Peru for example, there is limited access to the scientific
information and to the equipment for supercritical fluid technology. Its possible to
create a network, in order to allow the mobility of researchers from developing
countries?
Future directions and needs

1. Its necessary to establish a recognized classification of the supercritical fluid
technologies. For example, what is the correct term for this technology:
Micronization or fine particle formation?
2. In order to create research networks, its necessary to create a database of experts

in supercritical fluid technology. This is an example of a database for food experts:
