and Lessons Learned regarding the Project Management Processes to better
understand the required steps to every project and every project phase.

3. Review a Project Charter to recognize the components that establish the
project boundaries.

4. Conduct a Stakeholder Assessment to understand the process necessary to
capture and manage project stakeholder requirements and expectations.

5. Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in order to better understand
how to define project deliverables to control what is or is not included in the
project scope.

6. Develop a Project Schedule and calculate the Total Float to create a baseline
that will be used to ensure timely completion of the project.

7. Calculate Earned Value Metrics to determine project performance compared
against established Project Planned Values and Actual Costs.
