Durante lutilizzo del software EOBD2 chiudere tutti

i programmi che utilizzano trasmissione dati in
streaming e in Voip come SKYPE, MSN Messanger,
ecc; e chiudere inoltre tutti i browser con pagine
operanti su social network come Facebook, Twitter, ecc.

Windows XP: Installazione Driver - Driver installation

Di seguito mostriamo la procedura di installazione
dei driver da eseguire solo nel caso in cui il vostro
computer non riconosca linterfaccia quando si
connette il tool alla porta usb.

We show of succession the procedure for installing

the driver to execute only if your computer doesn't
recognize the peripheral when you connect the tool
to the usb door.

Windows 7: Installazione driver - Driver installation

possibile che dopo aver installato il Setup.exe in
Windows 7, collegando lo strumento tramite il cavo
USB non venga riconosciuto poich i driver non
sono stati installati.
Nella Gestione dispositivi della Gestione computer,
lo strumento verr visualizzato con un triangolo
giallo come in figura successiva. Cliccare col tasto
destro del mouse sulla periferica e poi Propriet.

After installing the Setup.exe, with Windows 7 is

possible that connecting it via USB cable may not be
recognized because the drivers were not installed.
In the Computer Management the tool appears with a
yellow triangle as in the figure below.
Click with the right mouse button on the device and
select Properties.

e spuntare Includi sottocartelle

Attenzione: Pu capitare che il driver non venga

installato; apparir il seguente messaggio:

Attention: It may be happen that the driver is not

installed; the following message appears:

In questo caso, occorre scegliere manualmente il

driver nel computer:

In this case, you must manually select the drivers on

your computer:

Quindi, ritornare sulla Gestione del computer >

Gestione dispositivi, tasto destro sulla periferica
FGTech e cliccare Propriet.
Aprire la scheda Driver, cliccare Aggiorna driver
e fare Click su Scegli manualmente da un elenco di
driver di dispositivo nel computer:

Properties.
Open the Driver tab, click Update driver and
then Click on Let me pick from a list of device

selezionare USB FGTech Driver e cliccare avanti:

Windows 8: Installazione driver non certificato - Installation driver not signed

possibile che dopo aver installato il Setup.exe in
Windows 8, collegando lo strumento tramite il cavo
USB non venga riconosciuto poich i driver non sono
stati installati. Provando a forzare manualmente
linstallazione tramite la gestione delle periferiche
apparir il seguente messaggio di errore.

After installation of the Setup.exe in Windows 8,

when you connect by USB the interface is possible
that the pc dont recognized since the drivers are not
installed. If you try to install manually the driver
through the peripheral management it will appair the
follow error message:

possibile risolvere il problema seguendo la stessa

procedura di Windows 7. Clicca qui per vedere.

It i s possible resolve the problem following the same

procedure of Windows 7. Click here to see.

Se non dovesse nemmeno accettare i driver

manualmente, necessario disabilitare il
controllo della firma dei driver.
Seguire le seguenti istruzioni:

Even if it does not accept the drivers manually,

you need to disable the control of the driver signing.
Follow the followin instructions:

Riavviare il pc in modalit avanzata, quindi dal

desktop, aprire la Charm bar di destra e cliccare
Modifica Impostazioni PC:

Restart the pc in advanced mode, so, from the

desktop, open the Charm Bar to the right and click
on Change PC Settings:

A questo punto si apre la schermata delle

impostazioni del PC, cliccare sulla sinistra la
scheda Generale e poi a destra Riavvia ora:

8.1 SEGUIRE I SEGUENTI 3 PASSI:

FOLLOW THE FOLLOWINGS 3 STEPS:

Aprire la Charm bar di destra e cliccare

MODIFICA IMPOSTAZIONI PC

Open the Charm bar to the right and click

CHANGE PC SETTINGS

Cliccare Aggiorna e ripristina:

Click Update and restore:

Click Restore
and then Restart now to the right:

Cliccare Ripristino
e poi a destra Riavvia ora:

Il PC si riavvier in modalit avanzata.

Dopo aver effettuato il riavvio, sia con Windows 8

che con la versione Windows 8.1, si aprir
la seguente schermata, cliccare

premere il tasto 7 corrispondente a:
Disattiva impostazioni firma driver.

Compatibilit Windows XP in Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 8.1

Se si sta utilizzando il sistema operativo Windows

Vista o 7 o 8 necessario impostare la compatibilit
Windows XP al software EOBD2 e, se presente,
anche al software WINMAP.

If you use Windows Vista or 7 or 8 operating system

it need to set the Windows XP compatibility mode in
the property to the software EOBD2 and, if you
have, to WINMAP.

Aprire la cartella dove installato il software

Per eseguire gli aggiornamenti software, i rinnovi

di licenza e visualizzare la data di scadenza
abbonamento, utilizzare FGTech_UPDATER.exe
che si trova in:

con estensione .bin. Questo file dovr
essere inviato via e-mail al nostro
supporto tecnico per richiedere il rinnovo
di licenza.

utilizzare questo pulsante per richiedere una
nuova licenza per un altro anno di utilizzo.

Caricamento Licenza

Load Licence

Dopo aver ricevuto dal nostro supporto tecnico il

file per lattivazione della nuova licenza,
necessario caricarlo a sistema cliccando il tasto
LOAD LICENCE.

After received the file for the activation of the new

licence from our technical support, you need to
upload to the system click the button
LOAD LICENCE:

Attenzione:
La connessione ad internet deve essere attiva.

Si aprir una finestra di caricamento file;

selezionare il file ricevuto chiamato

LOG File
Allinterno della cartella FGTech in cui
installato il programma, presente una cartella
che contiene i file di LOG chiamata
EOBD2_LOG:

To the inside of the FGTech briefcase in which is

installed the program, there is a folder that contain
the LOG files called EOBD2_LOG:

In questa cartella il programma salva tutti i file di

errore relativi a problemi avvenuti in fase di
comunicazione con le centraline.

In this folder the program save all the error file

about problems happenes in case of comunication
with the ECUs.

Quindi, in caso di un errore di questo tipo,

inviare i file di LOG (con estensione .gal) che
trovate allinterno di questa cartella allindirizzo
e-mail support@fgtechnology.it relativi al
problema della centralina con cui state
comunicando.

So, In case of error, send the LOG files (with

extension .gal) that you can find in this folder at the
e-mail addres support@fgtechnology.it relative to
the Ecu with which you are communicating.

The technical support will answer as soon as

possible for resolve the problem.

Il supporto tecnico risponder appena possibile

per risolvere il problema.

Laltra cartella dei file di log chiamata:

FTP_LOG e viene creata nella stessa directory
in cui presente il programma
FGTech_DOWNLOAD_UPDATE.exe

The other folder of log file is called

FTP_LOG and it is created in the same directory in
which there is the program
FGTech_DOWNLOAD_UPDATE.exe

In questa cartella il programma salva tutti i file di

errore relativi a problemi di connessione al
nostro server del programma di aggiornamento
FGTech_download_update.

In this folder the program save all the error file

about problems of connection to our server of the
program FGTech_download_update.

Quindi, in caso di un errore di questo tipo,

inviare il file di LOG (con estensione .gal) che
trovate allinterno di questa cartella allindirizzo
e-mail support@fgtechnology.it.

So, In case of error, send a LOG file

(with extension .gal) that you can find in this folder
at the e-mail addres support@fgtechnology.it.

Il supporto tecnico vi risponder appena

possibile per risolvere il problema.

Crypt-decrypt SLAVE
Cliccando il tasto Master sulla finestra
principale dellEOBD2 puoi aprire la sezione di
criptaggio e decriptaggio file dello Slave:

window you can open the section of crypt and
decrypt of the Slave files:

Caricare il file criptato mandato dallo Slave nella

prima riga, poi scrivere il nome del file
decriptato nella seconda riga a cliccare il
pulsante Decrypt & Save.

You have to load the crypted file of your slave in the

first row, then write the name of the uncrypted file in
the second row and click on Decrypt & Save
button.

Ora il file decriptato salvato con nome come in

seconda riga.

Now you have saved the uncrypted file whit name

like second row.

Modificare il file e ricriptarlo prima di spedirlo

allo Slave.

You can tuning the file and you have to crypt it again
before sending to your Slave.

Per ricriptarlo caricare il file ricevuto nella prima

riga della sezione Crypt, poi caricare il file
modificato (non criptato) nella seconda riga e
scrivere nella 3 riga il nome del file finale da
spedire.

For crypting you must load the crypted file recived in

the first row of Crypt section, then load the
(uncrypted) tuned file in the second row and write
name in the 3 row of the final crypted file to send.

Ora cliccare il tasto Crypt & Save e si crea il

file modificato e criptato per lo slave, Exit.

Now you can click on button Crypt & Save end

Exit.

ATTENZIONE:
Se dovete inviare file allo Slave di centraline che
non si possono leggere e quindi non avete il file
proveniente dallo slave ma da un vostro archivio
master, possibile caricare su Costumer File
Crypted un qualsiasi altro file dello stesso slave
e procedere normalmente per gli altri campi
Source File mod. e Destination File Crypted
Mod.

ATTENTION:
If you have to send a file to the slave of Ecu that they
could not be read and so you therefore don't have the
deriving file from the Slave but from a your Master
file, is possible load in the Costumer File Crypted
an any other file of the same Slave and proceed
normally for the other fields Source File mod.
and Destination File Crypted Mod.

In dotazione sono presenti due adattatori:
- Adattatore Standard
- Adattatore Volvo/Renault Truck

In endowment there are two adapter:

- Standard Adapter
- Volvo/Renault Truck Adapter

Prima di iniziare a comunicare con una vettura

tramite presa OBD, collegare ladattatore Standard
alla presa DB15 dellinterfaccia com in figura:

Before to communicate with an ECU of a

vehicle through the OBD, connect the Standard
Adapter to the DB15 of the tool like in figure:

ATTENZIONE:

ATTENTION:

Se si sta lavorando con JTAG o con processori

Renesas non bisogna utilizzare ladattatore
STANDARD.

If you are working with JTAG or with

Renesas processors dont use STANDARD
adapter.

Nel caso di comunicazione con centraline Volvo

Truck o centraline Renault Truck, togliere
ladattatore standard dal lato DB15 del tool, ed
inserire lAdattatore Volvo/Renault Truck tra la
spina del cavo OBD e la presa OBD del camion:
