communication technology on organizational agility. Statistical Society of the Research Will include all
faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Khuzestan. Present research method is empirical based on
the target, and based on the method of data collection, is a descriptive research: term of the
relationship between variables is causal research and specifically, it is based on structural equation
modeling. Questionnaires and methods of statistical analysis using of SPSS and LISREL software is
also used to measure the research variables.

Introduction

Quote of the third millennium, according to many experts, including Alvin Toffler only stable operating environment has changed, one of the
most important needs of the organization's ability to adapt to changes in the role of IT as the mother of modern sciences in known acceptance

and 95% (5% error) is used. In the test, whereas the P-Value is greater than 0.05, the variables evaluated with the test (number 3) no significant
difference in outcome in the study population, there is moderate. And if the P-Value is less than 0.05, the variables evaluated with the test (,
number 3) is significant difference in the operating results of the statistical population is desirable.
