The aim of this paper is to give grounds for Integration Management as a best solution for
construction Projects due to its feature of effective and efficient communication network that is
an essential attribute of Integration Management which helps to execute the work in an efficient
manner with a reduced probability of blunders.

Why we feel the need of this New technique: The traditional lack of project management
and systems thinking does not analyze the project from the perspective of the overall objective,
project management, construction, design, project management and management of the
implementation of project are separated.
Because of their management topics are different and have many barriers to communication,
information can all phases of the project will not be delivered on time and release the contents
phases of a construction project is separated, isolated and static, the phenomenon of the
content of the information is missing, and false sharing are legion. While engineering solutions
permanently changed in the future process of construction, the implementation process

(1) Stakeholders of pre-project and the analysis of interests and needs: The main tasks of the
pre-design is an investment decision, feasibility studies, preliminary design of the project to
build the project, the assessment of the environmental impact of the budget, etc., the content
of the work in the time that the main actors are defined or owners, investors, design
contractor, the surrounding tissue and the public, government.
(2) Stakeholders of Interim Project and the Analysis of Interests and Needs:
Investors or Owners: They are most concerned about the return, allowing you to play more
attention on the function and role of project cost estimates, feasibility, appropriateness,
reliability and safety design.
The design contractor: They are concerned about whether their work to meet the
requirements of maximizing the owner, if the reputation of the organization can be improved if
the project money can be paid on time, etc.
The public: They need to get good placement of employees, compensation costs higher.
The contractor: Its main objective is to be constructed in accordance with the contract, what
they are is the most troubling is the payment of engineering, project profits, enhancing their
own image, the relationship to the surrounding tissue, the risks of change, the interests and
needs of producers the project is mainly that if the fruits of labor to see if the wages are paid on
time, if the conditions of humanity and safety, etc.
The construction supervision: It relates that when the parties to perform work under the
contract, if the collaboration and cooperation of the parties is harmonious, if the progress of
the project is successful when their own interests and the interests of the owner to keep, etc.
The suppliers: They mainly concerned with the supply contract compliance, supplier prices and
payment way, support services, supply risk management situation.

Government: They hoped that the construction of the project in line with the national strategy,
has good social and economic benefits corresponding national guidelines and regulations. The
main work of this period is the design and implementation of the project includes project
construction; the resource investment of energy, materials, equipment, technology, etc.
The surrounding tissue and public: Public concern that the impact of the project on their
production and living.
(3) Stakeholders of post-project and the analysis of interests and needs: The post-work refers
primarily to the operation and maintenance is the integration and transformation of the work
until the date of cancellation. Therefore, the main actors of the times are: user, owner and
project manager; Indirect key stakeholders: government, the surrounding tissue and the public.
During this time the project is completed and to maximize the benefits delivered to the owners,
which is the profitable phase occur, the owners are mainly operating costs, operating profit,
service reliability reliability, maintenance and other indicators to the maintenance and to
ensure the added value of the project; Users are buyers and users of the product of the project,
in the hope that the level of product quality, functionality, price and service are the best;
Project managers are more concerned about the treatment, the working environment,
organizational culture, personality development, etc.? Government, especially social problems
of improving the local image, promote local economic development, employment solution,
etc.? surrounding tissue and public more concerned about the improvement of environmental
conditions.
Life-cycle Integrated Management of Construction Project: The project is divided into several
stages in the implementation process; the last stage of the work based on the previous stage.
One of the main ideas of the construction project integrated management is to integrate the
various phases of the project life cycle as a whole, of course, to ensure adequate information
exchange between all phases and aspects of the project are the basic requirements for life

CONCLUSIONS:
A special feature of the management of the project is to diversify the organization and
management of the entire process of design, development, manufacture, integration and
acceptance is inseparably connected with the input and participation of stakeholders. For the
drawbacks of the traditional model, the study refers to the integration management and
systematic thought of the work as an organic system, the approach proposed construction
projects completed by interested parties, integrates all phases of the ideas and behavior of
stakeholders, balancing the interests of all stakeholders in their entirety, strengthening the
exchange of information among stakeholders, the satisfaction of all stakeholders improved,
doing the work to create the greatest economic, social and environmental benefits.
