Yoga

fitness
is

way
for
kids
to
cultivate
self-esteem

body
awareness.

mimicking
animals

objects
in
nature
kids
develop
strength,
flexibility,
coordination
and
an

a
healthy
lifestyle.
As
kids
play
in
yoga,
exercise
and
games
they
learn
to
focus,
to
cooperate
with
others
and
to
have
fun

staying
healthy.

yoga

games

incorporated
