operation of limbs disposal. The ghosts of the people that felt they had been treated in a
disrespectful manner in the course of disposing their bodies arose and haunted the building.
Rumor has it that a medical doctor was possessed by one of these spirits, and he went ahead

Location - Southington, CT
The movie The Haunting in Connecticut which has thrilled a lot of fans was released over 5
years ago. The film tells a story of a once lovely family which was later ruined after they
relocated to a house that has been besieged by a terrible secret past. The most horrific part of
the film was that it was based on a real-life event. Most of what was portrayed in the movie
actually took place in the real world. It all started in 1986 when the Snedeker family moved into

a building in Southington, Connecticut, so as to be in the proximity of a hospital where their

child has been receiving treatment. Unknown to them, the building once housed a morgue at
the cellar.
Shortly after they moved in, weird things began to occur. Some of which includes an unusual
behavior exhibited by the ill child, water turning red and kitchen utensils moving or changing its
position. Lorraine and Ed Warren, who are specialists in occultism, affirmed that the cellar has
been used by necrophiliacs and necromancers when they examined the home. The Warrens
reported that before the house was exorcised in 1988, the activities of these spiritualists
resulted in the haunting.
