Plaintiff, PATRICK CHIN SHUE and JULIE CHIN SHUE, sues Defendants, RONALD
GILINSKY and ANN MARIE GILINSKY, and any other individual in possession, and alleges:
COUNT I
TENANT EVICTION

This is an action to evict a tenant from a residential rental property in
Palm Beach County, Florida.

Plaintiffs are the owners of the property located at 6346 Bengal Circle, Boynton
Brach FL 33437.
Defendant has possession of the property under a written lease agreement to pay
the monthly rent of$2,000.00, per month, and currently owe the total sum of$4,825.00 in past
due rent.

Defendants were notified that they would have to pay the past due rent owed or
vacate the property, via a Three Day Notice, on or about June 18, 2010. To date, Defendant has
failed or refused to either pay the rent owed or vacate the property.

Plaintiff served Defendants with a notice to vacate on June 18, 2010. A copy of
the notice is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment for possession of the property against
Defendant.

On or June 18, 2010, Plaintiff informed Tenant of a violation of the terms of
the lease, namely, to pay rent. Once Tenant failed to correct his actions Plaintiff informed him of
his intention to terminate the lease.

Defendant failed to vacant the unit and forced Plaintiff to commence legal action
for Eviction.
9.
Defendant is indebted to Plaintiff for double the rental payment from the time he
failed to vacate the ptoperty. The total amount due is $4,825.00.
Plaintiff is entitled to recover a reasonable attomys fees for the legal action taken.
