Another fantastic season has been completed. Eight years and twentyone seasons strong!

Thank you to everyone who participated and a special thank you to all of the captains for your work. Without the coordination and dedication of all the captains, the Irvine WTT league would not
exist.
We had a hot playoffs, temperature and play wise as there was some
great shot-making and strategy by all the teams. There was a fun, yet
competitive, atmosphere with teams having a great time, but also
wanting to bring home the title.
This end of the season issue of The Drop Shot features the playoff pictures and results, Irvine Summer league options and information on the
June 2 Orange County Breakers promotional event.
If we dont see you out there in the Summer, we hope to have you back

Irvine World Team Tennis
Summer X-Team
Recreational, weekday night co-ed league. This shortened version of the regular WTT league. One 10 game pro-set of mens
and women's singles and mixed doubles. Each team must have
at least two men and two women. Divisions: 3.0 Tuesday, 3.54.5 Wednesdays or Thursdays.

USTA Leagues18 and Over

Summer Tri-Level Doubles
Matches held Saturdays and Sundays in Irvine and throughout Orange
County. Three doubles lines at different NTRP levels. Divisions include: (2.5/3.0/3.5), (3/0/3.5/4.0),(3.5/4.0/4.5). Players cannot play
below their NTRP Rating. Players must have an NTRP rating and a current USTA Membership available at usta.com. All players must register with the USTA and City of Irvine.

Adult Ladder
Adult players of all levels improve quickly by playing matches in this
Pyramid Ladder format. Match format is an 8 game pro-set with no
ad scoring. Matches can be played anywhere in Irvine, but limited
guaranteed court times can be coordinated. For more information,
