The SEEALL ACADEMY Theater Company presents...

FINAL AGREEMENT and TERMS OF ENROLLMENT
AFTER SCHOOL HOURS: Tuesday 3:20-5PM and Thursdays 2:30-5PM
1.

Cooperation: All students must report to rehearsal after school if attending. You will not
be allowed to leave the building after dismissal and return into the school.

2.

Commitment: means adhering to the schedule and being ready to work. Your child will
grow with us and reach their highest capabilities, but ONLY if they are focused on attending
all rehearsals, practicing at home, and not letting other priorities get in the way of our
rehearsal schedule.
a. If a child is absent from schedule rehearsals more than 3 times, because of other
priorities he/she may lose their role. This includes family events, sports, dance or other
after school rehearsals, unless cleared with Ms. Langella or Ms. Holcombe.
b. Students are expected to stay for the full length of rehearsal.
c. If the need arises, roles may be filled by individuals outside of the group.

Communication: Important messages about rehearsal will be posted outside of Ms.


Langellas room 203. All other important messages will be sent to you via e-mail from
Llangella@schools.nyc.gov. Please add this e-mail to your address book and always update
Ms. Langella with a new e-mail address.

Appropriate Attire: Please come dressed in clothing that is easy to move in and in
shoes that are appropriate for dance/movement ( dance show or sneakers).

5.

Use of Cell Phones: The use of cell phones is prohibited during class time. If a child
needs to have a cell phone for parent contact, the phone must be kept on silent. The use of
cell phones for texting, pictures or videos IS NOT ALLOWED during class time.

6.

Parent Volunteers: will be needed. If you would like to volunteer in any way, please sign
off on the final page. VOLUNTEERS ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

FEBRUARY: 2nd, 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 28th


21st & 23rd: NO REHEARSAL Schools Closed

MARCH: 1st, 6th, 8th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th, 29th


13th: NO REHEARSAL PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES.
APRIL: 3rd, 5th,17th, 19th, 24th, 26th
10th & 12th: NO REHEARSAL: SPRING RECESS
FINAL DRESS REHEARSALS AND SHOW DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED
FINAL AGREEMENT PAGE TO BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED
