I have attached the company script that is used to inform potential clients of our lending
capabilities and minimum requirements criteria. The potential borrower will be required to
show proof of income, with a minimum of $12,000.00 monthly via Merchant processing
statements and/or Bank Deposits into your (borrowers) business account.

MERCHANT BUSINESS LOAN. The potential borrower will be required to show proof
of income, with a minimum of $12,000.00 monthly via Merchant processing statements
and/or Bank Deposits into your (borrowers) business account. Based on the average (4)
monthly income statements, the borrower will be eligible for 120%-200% of the average.
To be re-payed with an additional 25% service charge within 12-24 months.

HARD MONEY LOAN: (Borrowers collateral is required)
Maximum borrowing limits will be based on the borrowers collateral value (Property Deeds
& Titles), Business income statements for the last 2 years, and tax statements will be
needed. Borrowers limits will be assessed after all due diligence has been made. An
appointment for a conference call will be set up for the initial inquiry on the Hard Money
Loan. There is a 5 million dollar cap for first time borrowers. Please complete general Short
application, to begin, we will need:

LAW SUIT SETTLEMENT-(CASH ADVANCE):


In the case of a Law Suit Settlement, we are able to give a cash advance toward the
Settlement that is pending. The Settlement case must be in the final stages and the
judgment must be pre-determined by the attorneys involved. A lien will be place on said
settlement funds, between our lenders and the borrowers Attorney, to cover all funds in the
amount of the Cash Advance, including all of its services fees and charges. An appointment
for a conference call will be set up to determine each case. Please fill out the short
