Internal communications plan was defined for the Local Chapter, Clients, EPs
& Interns.
HEY AIESEC!
After a follow up on OLC, its time to work for 120. (that rhymes)
Celebrate the same by updating your cover and display pictures on social media
portals, let everyone including AIESEC India notice us for good. On the same note do share your statuses and tweets relevant to AIESEC work with #willfor120, #AIESEC #AIESECIndia & #aiesec_nm;

Apart from defining a mailing system, I had the typical Facebook group which
provided a platform of casual communication.
We are probably one of the few Local Chapters to have an entire Local Chapter
on one Podio workspace. - See Here, This was done as I strongly believe in
accountability - Updates from all departments were recorded on this workspace
and the same information was shared in realtime with the Local Chapter.
For Clients
The year 2014 started with a vision for strengthen CRM and focus on
relationship building & NOT for direct business generation, this was done with
the view that AIESEC In Navi Mumbai had never known the concept of CRM in
its truest definition and also, because expecting to generate business from past
stakeholders in a span of 1 year of relation building is not applicable - atleast in
our reality.
This being said, our communication revolved around thanking clients post delivery
and sharing information on products.
The communication designed was also aimed to ensure that we showcase our
entity as a professional organisation.
Standard Thank You mailer templates were in place (On our Mailchimp account)
and the same were expected to be released by a CIM manager to relevant
clients. This was done with the help of notifications (specially designed
workflow) by ER departments on the Podio workspaces.

For EPs
The idea here was to present AIESEC as a professionally run organization and
also to make the EP connect with the entity as opposed to the person raising
them. Different standardized mailers were in place and sent on relevant times
(When an exchange personnel updates the EP info on their Podio workspace, a
workflow was defined to give a task to my CIM manager as to send the
particular EP the decided mailer. This was again followed by other mailers when
the EP was matched and realised.
We focused on linking the facebook group for EPs to the mailer based
communication in an attempt to gather Impact photos from experience and the
same were collected and given to Marketing department for OGX promotion.
The mailers contained information on NPS, support tool, culture shock and
AIESEC In Navi Mumbai brand.

For Interns
The key point in mind was to ensure proper NPS education & explanation of
right tools in case of queries/issues. Apart for this, communication was designed
to collect impact showcasing content.
