1 INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is to propose a website which will act as an online profile of
Dr. Desai, provide its visitors with valuable information about the medical center and allow
patients to book appointment with the doctor right away. Further, this document will detail
the key marketing services that ESIPICK will offer to Dr. Desai.

2 INTENDED AUDIENCE
ESIPICK and Product Owner, and all others personnel who will be directly or indirectly
involved in the definition, planning, design, development and approval/sign-off of the
artifact.

3 SCOPE OF SERVICES
People are always conscious about their health and do seek insight about the practitioner
before going for a consultancy. For a doctor, it is extremely important to have an online
existence as this is the best way for patients to find him/her. Dr. Desai Medical Center (later
referred as DDMC) will bridge this gap for both the doctor and the patients. The visitors of
the website will learn about the services offered by Dr. Desai at the medical center and also
book their appointments online. ESIPICK on the other hand will assist Dr. Desai by managing
his digital marketing which will include management of social profiles and website blogs.

4 ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Following items detail the acceptance criteria to be fulfilled by Product Owner and ESIPICK
teams to further the development work:
Product Owner will carefully go through the complete SOW document and provide his
feedback within two (2) working days of receiving this document
ESIPICK team will incorporate the feedback and send the revised SOW document within one
(1) working day of receiving the feedback from Product Owner
Product Owner and Esipick will sign the agreed version of the SOW

6.1 DDMC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

6.1.1 WEBSITE ATTRIBUTES

The website will have following attributes.

6.1.1.1 CMS Based Website

DDMC will be developed on a globally trusted CMS (Content Management System) Wordpress. This
CMS will allow Product Owner to manage the content of his website with ease and without
depending upon the development team. Further Wordpress CMS will allow the Product Owner to
comfortably create and manage his blogs.

6.1.1.2 Default Web Bowser

DDMC will work properly on all the following web browsers. However Google Chrome will
be the default web browser for this website.

6.1.1.3 Responsive Interface

The website will have an intuitive user interface and be responsive to different screen
resolutions so that the user may use the website on any desired platform like desktop,

This section will detail about the features of the webpages of DDMC.

6.1.2.2.1 Home Page

Home Page is the landing page of a website. This creates the first impression for the visitors
depending upon which they decide to stay on the site or leave. To keep the site attractive and retain
the visitors, we can have following features in the home page:

Running Banners with attractive images

Introductory video (if desired by the Product Owner)
Interactive and detailed navigation to make the site pages easily accessible
A section giving overview of the Medical Center and Dr. Desai
Key Achievements of Dr. Desai
News & Events sections

A section to book appointment with the doctor

6.1.2.2.2 About Us
This page will contain information about

The information can be in the form of content, images or videos.

6.1.2.2.3 Services Page

This page will contain list of all the services being offered at DDMC. Upon selecting a service
following information will appear

Service Video (can be uploaded from the computer or embedded from any video
sharing website)

Any subcategories of that service

In case a service has subcategories, then the page will contain details about the categories
and subcategories. Details of subcategories may appear in new child pages, as desired by
the Product Owner.
6.1.2.2.3.1 Within Service Search

There will be search field inside the services page which will allow the visitors to search
keywords from within that particular service only.

6.1.2.2.4 Appointment
Visitors will be able to book appointment with the Product Owner from within the website. The
application will take some mandatory information to book the appointment. Once booked, the
system will send an email to the Product Owner with the details of the appointment. However
admin will be able to cancel the appointment which will be notified to the patient. Also the
application will provide admin with a calendar view which will detail all upcoming appointments. The
application will also allow Product Owner to define available and busy times too.

6.1.2.2.5 Achievements
This page will contain list of all achievements of the Product Owner. The admin will be allowed to
manage this page.

6.1.2.2.6 Blogs
The admin will be able to add and manage blogs on the website.

6.1.2.2.7 FAQ page

This page will contain FAQs related to DDMC which will be managed by the admin.

6.1.2.2.8 News & Events

This section will contain news and upcoming events related to DDMC. These news and
events will be visible on the home page in News & Events section as well as in the News &
Events page. Admin will be able to create and manage these news and events.

6.1.2.2.9 Contact Us
This page will provide contact information of DDMC. This page may contain

There will be a Site Map which will help users in finding their desired information within the
website with ease and without wasting time.

A smart search box will be present on the website which will allow users to search for their
desired information through keywords. To narrow down the search, the users will also be
able to select the service from which they would want to search the content/information.

6.1.3 DATA STORAGE AND MIGRATION

The data will be stored on the cloud servers for higher performance of the website.

6.2 DDMC DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES

Apart from developing the website, ESIPICK will also provide digital marketing services to the
Product Owner. Following services will be offered by ESIPICK

6.2.1 SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILE MANAGEMENT

ESIPICK will manage following social media profiles of Product Owner. In case any profile is not built
as yet, ESIPICK will also build those profiles on behalf of Product Owner. Following social media
profiles will be managed by ESIPICK

6.2.2 BLOG MANAGEMENT

ESIPICK will create and manage a set number for blogs for Product Owner each month. However, the
content of those blogs will be provided by the Product Owner.

7 PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS
This document has been created based on the following assumptions;

Product Owner will provide the detailed requirements including all the Product
features and functionalities.

Product Owner will take care of the domain purchase for the web website (e.g.
abc.com) and will provide the site hosting details for hosting the web website.
