Leadership Training Program

Goals:
To cascade the Vision Mission of Philex Mining Corporation in a more detailed and holistic approach.
To instill into student leaders Values of Integrity, Work Excellence, Teamwork, Respect for Individuals, Environmental and Social Responsibility
To encourage and motivate cadets commit to the Vision, Mission and Values of PMC
