reading books is a best time pass across the globe . to read books is an art very few people can master .
the best way to read books is to understand what terminologies are associated with the subject based
on which discussions can be imparted with each other when they are busy in understanding society
every book is associated with theme on which the author likes to write and impart knowledge to the
reader . by being associated with terminologies coined by the author and understood by the reader
automatically the reader has multiple options

what are they ???

he can find out mind mapping

he can find out friends
he can find who are dull and who are intelligent
he can find out industry to which he should associate with

the reader later on has to learn how to frame questions with other readers for which the stuff learnt in
books has to be inside the brain cells otherwise he can never discuss with other human beings for a
lengthy period of time say 1 hour in each sitting
so learn terminologies associated with books you read

it is seen by me that country like USA is interfering in other countries and displacing them almost 1/4th
of the population of Syria is living in refugee camps whose information you can get in hard choices

the question here is interference by outside country is done when if it is our country ???

when outside country has permission from ceo's of our country with they getting permission from high
courts
when outside country is able to present its case with the public as public mandate of permission
when outside country takes over our armed forces belt as hostage
when outside country thinks our economy is weak when it has discussion with IAS wing with their
permission and from supreme court later ceo's joining in
when outside country is given permission to run the parliament house by lok Sabha in relation to
permission from rajya Sabha
when outside country thinks militancy in our country has destroyed decision making body of state and
Centre and petition by them is put in general assembly of UN with people of India support
when outside country thinks that public is subjected to atrocities which are beyond the control of
decisions made by them under free will but outside country still has to pass its motion in lok Sabha
Rajya Sabha with media as witness to it.
if the outside party thinks that both politicians and media are party to the atrocity then the alternative
way of communication to the public of India is public mandate under universal adult franchise vote
through internet through survey done with the help of UNITED NATIONS to solve the countries
problems of both crime and social issues
when outside party thinks that students are being given wrong information and student political wing
puts petition to look into it through angle of state and center permission of governance

there are other related issues also if thought by us but above issues are not the only issues on the basis
of interference by countries into our economy . these issues above are not complete by themselves but
to be evaluated by parliament thoroughly with other issues to be looked at when economy is in
jeopardy because of interference

with public support the above issue can be sorted out and given direction through cooperation within
the country

they should be designed by finding out the middle management salaries which vary between 75000 to
1.5 lakhs per month should be the target group for our countrymen to state that they do possess

so writers is the need of the hour and should not be restricted to few but must be in huge numbers

most of the serial talked about food and pan eating and celebrating work in the form of daily household

even the head celebrates money in the form of grocery purchases
ultimately I realized while downloading it once again from you tube the serial

all the people here are diabetic and cancer patients

suppose out of need for extra finance company drafts off more finance into the market through

what happens ???

money with the company is got by increasing authorized capital through different methods mostly by
issuing equity else bonds else types of bonds else mutual funds introduction schemes

when money is got by the company through above methods it is infused back to the public through
administrative work else salaries to economic man else women

they in turn infuse capital back into circulation by spending that money got into firstly from the public
then by economic man to other economic man who run administrative through establishments
money keeps on changing hands from one party to another party increasing many folds through
interests charged by banks at a duration time with each passage of accounts which may be corporates to
economic men at each stage of transfer of funds

so if authorized capital is increased has it benefited the company or not is the question raised ?

it only increased the number of investors for the company and in due course company investors keep
changing hands from one investor to another investor ,

debt for the company to pay to investors in the form of loan taken from the public has increased and
only way they can reduce is buy back of shares option available to them from public to company
capital is used by company for many purchases and usually categorized into

B2B SEGMENT
B2C SEGMENT
C2C SEGMENT

these segments again are circulated money in the form of bank accounts unless the money is black
money
in the balance sheet of the company it is shown in the form that capital account has increased but assets
column it can be in the form of fixed assets or current assets balanced
the authorized capital increase may show profits if used properly else show losses if assets dont work
properly when used to give returns
that returns back policy of money in the form of profits would determine whether the company made
the right decision in the increase of authorized capital when it came to general meeting proposal or not
the money increase can even stay with the company in the form of general reserve where if idle kept
doesnt materialize into further profits
the money under circulation gives returns to the company and not idle kept in general reserve so only
way left to the company is to keep the money in circulation through usage

hence the whole point of the above discussion is

authorized capital once increased only changed hands from public to corporate and then back to public
through money in circulation increasing debt of the company to be reduced through buy back of shares
