As per the analysis above, my leadership profile is situated in the business zone because
as a leader I accomplishes the day-to-day basic administrative and managerial tasks that
are necessary for any group or organization to function well in the short term.
I like working with numbers, analyze statistical information, base my decisions on facts
and figures. I also critically evaluate information, look for potential limitations,
focuses upon errors. I tried to understand motives and behaviors and enjoy analyzing
people.
Also people zone is on the front. Managers that are considered capable make sure that
people have the knowledge, skills and resources they need to get the job done right. They
know how to manage organizational circumstances to accomplish their targets. As a
leader I am approachable and help people feel good about their environment and their
work.
The lower scores are in Reflection zone, which suggests that I lack in an overall
organizational vision that should be improved by stepping back and analyze your own
mistake in order to be better and, of course, to help others, develop.
In order to become a successful leader there are some essential qualities required. First,
every company is seeking profits, and performance is one of the defining elements for a
leader. As we leave in a fast-paced world, Innovation should characterize a leader
somebody. It is very important not to miss that internal motor that help him/her to come
up with new ideas. Courage- the leader must be one who takes after him masses but has
the courage to put himself in danger if necessary. Passion and enthusiasm - authentic
leaders demonstrate passion for their purpose, their value and continuous practice lead
with their hearts and vision . Simplicity because a leader should be able to simply know
how to synthesize and say the essential and the results will come after. When a leader is
simple often is a person who knows to share ( from experience and knowledge) very
easily. And last but not least teamwork and developing people - because you can not be a
leader by your own. Must be able to represent your team.

If all this are encompass by a leader it is guaranteed that he/she will become successful in
their roles.
