Where the world of physical therapy meets

Preliminary programme

Version 3, November 2014

Message from the President

The WCPT Congress 2015 will be a unique event. It is an opportunity to share our passion for
the profession and to showcase the best of physical therapy from around the world. It will be a
congress for every member of the profession giving clinicians, managers, educators, researchers
and policy makers the opportunity to engage with each other and to debate and discuss
important professional questions.
The programme of the WCPT Congress in Singapore will appeal to all physical therapists, from
wherever in the world you come and whatever your specific professional interest. Attending a
WCPT Congress is a unique experience, providing the chance to exchange ideas and knowledge
as a global community. While we come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of
challenges, we have an enormous amount in common, and by meeting together we can find
solutions and create opportunities for development.
The countdown for the most influential international physical therapy gathering has now begun!
I hope that you will embrace the opportunity to extend knowledge, connect with friends and
colleagues and strengthen the bonds that hold us together as a profession.
I look forward to seeing you all in Singapore at the WCPT Congress 2015.
