This is to demand the payment of the amount of SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P60,000.00) which is the principal loan you borrowed from me as evidenced by the Deed of Chattel Mortgage we executed, dated September 19, 2012. We have also come into an agreement before the Office of the Punong Barangay of Poblacion Kalibo that you would pay the aforementioned amount when your husband goes back to work as a seafarer in May or June this year. Your husband has also already boarded a ship as a seafarer but you still failed to comply with your responsibility to pay. I have already agreed to waive the interest of the loan and thus demanding only for the principal. Your failure to comply with the same shall, with regret, compel me to resort to legal action. Please acknowledge receipt of this letter within five business days. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter. Should you have any questions or verifications, you may reach me through the number provided below.
