MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 020-2014

CONCURRING JOINT MDC & MDRRMC RESOLUTION NO. 03-2014, APPROVING THE
ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN FUNDED OUT OF THE 20% ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND
(EDF) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE ALLOTMENT (IRA) CY 2014.

WHEREAS,
submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan, through the Committee on Finance,
Budget & Appropriations, is Joint Municipal Development Council (MDC) and Municipal Disaster
Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) Resolution No. 03-2014, Approving the
Annual Investment Plan (AIP) Funded Out of the 20% Economic Development Fund (EDF) of the
Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) CY 2014;
WHEREAS,
the concerned Council, through this resolution, has provided the much
needed developmental budgets for its various priority projects concerning social and economic
developments as well as environmental management of the LGU in accordance with its approved
long-term and short-term Local Investment Programs;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in
session assembled, to concur as it hereby concurs Joint MDC & MDRRMC Resolution No. 032014, Approving the Annual Investment Plan Funded Out of the 20% Economic Development Fund
(EDF) of the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) CY 2014.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that said Joint MDC & MDRRMC Resolution No. 03-2014 is
hereto attached and marked as Annex A.
RESOLVED FURHERMORE, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Offices of the
MDC and MDRRMC, and such other concerned offices/agencies, for their information and
appropriate action.
