I dedicate this book and give special thanks to my family and friends. A special feeling of
gratitude to my loving parents, Mr. Alfredo Mateo and Mrs. Claudette Mateo for their continued
support and words of encouragement that kept me finish my studies. My brother, Davey Boy
Mateo who kept me smile when I am in my topsy-turvy and are very special.
I also dedicate this book to my MPA friends and classmates for the many hours of sharing
camaraderie that really made my studies an enjoyable experience.
Finally, to God above for the unceasing blessings that he gave.
