Introduction:

StudentsxCEOs (from words Students and CEO) is a program to meet a chosen group of students
up with business leaders coming from variant businesses. CEOs, Business Owner, and Social
Entrepreneurs Champion in Indonesia are coming to have discussion directly, consult, and tell some
stories about their own life.
The goal of StudentsxCEOs (SxC) is to increase the students awareness as the role of agent of
change by making some changes or impact for the communities and citizens through entrepreneurial
(pendekatan) and being focused on economic development movement. Main programs of
StudentsxCEOs are meeting, sharing, and having discussion between students and leaders coming
from variant background.
StudentsxCEOs is also found for applying the benefits and knowledge from the main programs
participated to the real world. StudentsxCEOs has three applicative activities which the
StudentsxCEOs team also utilizes all of the resources for giving impact to the communities and
citizens. The applications are done by:
1. CEO meeting attended by StudentsxCEOs team
2. Information spreading and knowledge from the discussion through social media because we
believe todays generation is living in information era so we give the impact through this way.
We will give publication through video, pictures, or news.
3. Spread the spirit of Share, Learn, and Impact! by StudentsxCEOs city representatives in
Jogjakarta, Solo, and Semarang
StudentsxCEOs is found to be enabler for students have passion in global economy, entrepreneurship,
organizational management, and personal development so they have set of skills, knowledge, and
network to run their own initiative project, either it is social project, startups, or anything.

Mission :
Prepare students and grads as global leaders in business and/or industries, this mission demands:

2. Build capabilities of global leaders

Objective: Learning and building the basic foundation as a CEO

Outcome: Better and comprehensive understanding of the basic foundation to be the CEO

`Activities:

Meet the CEO is the main program of StudentsxCEOs which is in line with the values of learn, share,
and impact. In CEO meeting a small student group are given a chance to meet the prominent CEO and
share with them for around 2 hours so that they can learn from CEOs experiences, stories, and
knowledge.
