MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 078-2014

APPROVING THE REQUEST OF MS. LETICIA L. PARDIAS FOR LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WAREHOUSE ON HER PROPERTY LOCATED AT
BARANGAY TRAVESIA (FORMERLY PART OF SAN RAFAEL), THIS MUNICIPALITY, AS A
REQUIREMENT OF THE HOUSING AND LAND USE REGULATORY BOARD.

WHEREAS,
a Locational Clearance is a pre-requisite in the issuance of a Building
Permit to ensure its conformity with the Municipalitys Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning
Ordinance;
WHEREAS,
this august body was in receipt of a letter-request from Ms. Leticia L.
Pardias, requesting for the approval of her request for Locational Clearance for the construction of
a warehouse in Lots 1037-B-3-U and 1037-B-3-V under TCT Nos. T-154577 and T-154576,
respectively, situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this municipality, particularly at Barangay
Travesia (formerly part of San Rafael);
WHEREAS,
upon due perusal of the documents submitted and upon much
deliberation, the said request is hereby found to be with merit as the same is in conformity, and not
in violation, with the Municipalitys Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance, as
certified by the Local Planning and Development Coordinator/Officer;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in
session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the request of Ms. Leticia L. Pardias for
Locational Clearance for the construction of a warehouse on her property located at Barangay
Travesia (formerly part of San Rafael), this Municipality, as a requirement of the Housing and Land
Use Regulatory Board.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished Ms. Leticia L. Pardias,
and such other concerned offices/agencies, for their information and appropriate action.
