Dispositivo medidor de presin

Se analiza el lazo 622, se va a monitorear la presin que soporta la tubera de 8

pulgadas que transporta materiales slidos en este caso la puzolana.

Puzolana son materiales silceos o alumino-silceos a partir de los cuales se produca

histricamente el cemento, desde la antigedad Romana hasta la invencin del
cemento Portland en el siglo XIX. Hoy en da el cemento puzolnico se considera un
ecomaterial.
Las condiciones de trabajo de este lazo nos da como resultado que considerando el
material de la tubera y que el material que pasa por la tubera es un slido se podra
manejar una presin aproximada de 100kPa o 14.5 psi.
Tambin se debe tomar en cuenta que la temperatura extrema que trabaja cada
tubera sera los 100 grados centgrados temperatura mxima considerando que no se
encuentra cerca la tubera de los hornos o calderos.
Se podra trabajar con una estabilidad en el tiempo normal pues el flujo de la puzolana
al ser un material slido ser moderado.
Se considera un ambiente que siempre estar en vibraciones pero esto afectar la
medida entonces el sensor no debera tener respuesta a vibraciones

En conclusin el uso de un elemento piezoelctrico sera el ms ptimo para la

aplicacin que deseamos.
