1. John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
(The Word is God, not the Bible! Jesus Christ is the Word of God. The same was in the beginning with
God. All things were made by him; and there was nothing made without him. John 1:2-3 )
Look how ridiculous this wonderful verse becomes, substituting the word Bible for the word Word.
In the beginning was the Word Bible, and the Word Bible was with God, and the Word Bible
was God.
The word is a Spirit, Jesus Christ, whose name is the word of God; it is not a scripture.
For most of Christendom, their faith is in what the Bible says, which is Bible-faith, an outward faith
That is not the faith that the Apostles preached; they preached an inward faith by revelation that is
authored by Jesus Christ. The object of both faiths are the same, but the differences are crucial to
realize the promises of God. The two faiths are:
to concur with history in the Bible that Jesus was the son of God, born of a virgin, rose from the
dead, ascended into heaven, etc.; that is outward Bible-faith,
to hear the Word of God, which word is in your heart to obey this is the word of faith that the
Apostles preached. Hearing and obeying Jesus speak to you from within your heart is operational
faith, inward faith, faith given to you by Jesus himself. With persistent obedience to the
commands heard from God within your heart, this faith within justifies; purifies, redeems, makes
righteous, sanctifies, and saves; to give you peace, joy, and righteousness in union and fellowship
with Christ and the Father this is to see and listen to your beloved, living a holy life that pleases
Him.
In this verse the original Greek (click to see) for "word" in "word of God" is logov <3056> (from logos)
and logos or logov means: of speech, a word uttered by a living voice, what someone has said.
And the word logos appears throughout the bible; often translated as the word but always referring to
the spoken words of the Holy Spirit or the spoken words of the Spirit of Jesus. You can click to see the

2. Heb 11:3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that
things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
The heavens were made by the word of the Lord, and all their host by the breath of
his mouth. Psalms 33:6. Notice! The word of the Lord is a "his" the word is a living being, not a
book, not a writing, not the Bible, not a scripture.
The above two verses prove that the word of God or the word of the Lord is the Lord Jesus Christ, who
created all things in heaven and earth, and whose name is "the word of God."
As George Fox said, "To think the Bible framed the worlds is ridiculous." The word is the
Spirit , not a scripture.

The word rhema appears throughout the Bible, often translated as the word, but always referring to
the spoken words of the Holy Spirit or the spoken words of the Spirit of Jesus. For every verse on this

You cannot be born again by scripture, reading or hearing it read; but you can be born again
by the Spirit, as you respond to hearing and obeying the Spirit, or the word of God within
your heart.

The gospel is not preached to you by a book of scriptures. The gospel was preached to
Abraham by the Lord, and Abraham was before any scripture had been written. The Spirit
of Christ, the Word of God, lives, lasts, and endures forever. The gospel was preached (past
tense) in every creature under the heaven. Col 1:23. Christ preaches the gospel to every man,
as the Spirit, the Word of God, in a man's heart speaks to him.
The word is the Spirit of Jesus, not a scripture.

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt in us; and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only

Christ, not the Bible, was made into flesh; the word is clearly not the Bible. The Bible
cannot be made flesh, but Jesus was made flesh to come to the earth as a man and is made flesh again
when He is fully formed and resurrected in you.

5. 1 Kings 12:22
But the word of God came to Shemaiah the man of God, saying :
The Word of God came, "saying." The Word of God talks. Scriptures do not speak, so the Bible
cannot be the word of God.
The Word of God "came" to Shemaiah. Scriptures do not walk, fly or travel.
But the Spirit of Jesus, whose name is the word of God, both travels and speaks.

This is proof positive that the Word of God or the Word of the Lord is the Spirit of God, the Spirit of
Jesus.
6. John 5:37-40
You have neither heard the Father's voice at any time or seen his form.
And you do not have His word abiding in you, because whom He sent, Him you do not believe.
You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they
which testify of Me.
But you are not willing to come to me that you may have life.
Jesus has just told us that reading the Bible does not lead to eternal life because that is not
coming to Him. From the Word of the Lord within: "Studying the Bible is a work of flesh." It is the
Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and
they are life-giving. John 6:63. He is telling the scripture scholars, (the only ones who had scriptures
at that time), that they could not obtain eternal life searching the scriptures; they studied the
scriptures, but they would not come to Him to obtain eternal life, (which only comes by "coming to
Him," the one thing needed: to sit in humble silence to wait on God, listening for His spoken
words andwatching for His revelations, and then obeying whatever they hear and see.

Just to be clear, the Greek for scripture in verse 39 is grafav (from graphe) <1124>, which

its contents; 3) a certain portion or section of the Holy Scripture.
There are clear differences in the Greek words for both, which shows no possibility of
misinterpretation.
Jesus speaks of His word abiding in you.
Paul said: "The word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart [so you may obey it]; that is,
the word of faith, which we preach. " Rom 10:8. Where is the word again?
It is not in heaven, that you should say, 'Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it to us, that we
may hear it, and do it?'
Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say, 'Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it to us,
that we may hear it, and do it?' But the word is very near to you, in your mouth, and in your heart, so
that you may obey it. Deu 30:11-14.
What good did studying the scriptures do for the Jews? They had the scriptures, but they grossly
misunderstood them because they were not listening to the word of God in their hearts to teach them;
instead they were searching the scriptures. So in colossal error they crucified the Holy One of Israel,
just as the Christians of England and America killed, imprisoned, and seized the property of the early
Quakers; the Christians read the scriptures too, but they too were not listening to God, and so they
hunted and killed many early Quakers that had the Spirit of Christ risen in them to govern
their words and deeds.
You can read the Bible until you have it totally memorized, but the word, (which is a living voice), will
not be abiding in you.
Jesus has just told us the criteria of a person who knows God: they must have heard his voice and seen
his form. The Father and Jesus are known only by revelation that you see Jesus show you and you hear
Jesus speak to you. You must hear his voice and obey what he commands you, doing his will, not yours
this results in cleansing of your heart from sin and receiving the life of God in sin's place; then after you
are cleansed to become pure, you see God. Only the pure will live in the kingdom of God; the impure
will have no part in the kingdom of God or Christ.
To hear and see Jesus, you must obey his instruction: "come to me." You must sit in humble silence
wait for Him to speak to you. Waiting on God is the key to spiritual progress. God is not found in sect
programs or by reading about Him. As George Fox said:
"The Father is in you all, Christ is in you, and the Kingdom of Heaven is in you; there, in your
hearts, is where you will find them all. Know him there searching your hearts, and find him
there trying your minds and hearts; incline your ears, and give ear to him there, who will
render to everyone of you according to your words and works whether they are good or evil."

So Jesus and his Spirit is the Word of God, not the Bible!
8. Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates
even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
The Bible is not living and active, but the words that I [Jesus] speak to you are spirit, and
they are life-giving. John 6:63
So the Word of God is the Living Word, Christ, the Holy Spirit, the Voice of the Lord, who is living
and active.

A book is not a two-edged sword, but Jesus had in his right hand seven stars; and out of his mouth
went a sharp two-edged sword; and his countenance was as the sun shines in his strength, Rev 1:16;
out of his mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: Rev 19:15
A book, or words read from a book, cannot divide soul and spirit, but Christ, the Living Word of God
does.
Christ, the Word of God, judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Psa 90:8, Prov 20:27 , Luke 2:35, 1
Cor 4:5, Psa 26:2
The Bible cannot judge your heart; but Christ, the Word of God, can and does!
I am He who searches the minds and hearts. Jer 17 :10, Rom 8:27 , 1 Chron 28:9, Rev 2:23
The Bible is not the Word of God. It is not living or active.
It cannot judge your heart, penetrate you, or change you; but the Spirit of Christ, the Word of
God, can and does!
9. Ephesians 6:17
Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

So, the sword of the spirit is not the Bible; it is the spoken words from the mouth by the Spirit of
Christ, the Word of God.

Woe be to them, for they have coupled an external form between the love of God to

Why is calling the Bible "the word" the most evil lie in Christendom?because then people read
"Blessed are those who hear the Word of God and obey, Luke 11:28;" thinking it means to read the Bible
instead of quietly listening for God to speak His words to them. Christendom has put a book between
God and man, separating man from God's love, creating a form of godliness with no power: a powerless
substitution for quietly listening for Him to speak to each of us mind-to-mind with spoken words
tailored to our exact understanding, and which impart the life of God, Christ, to us. As the Word of the
Lord within further said: "Woe be to them for they have coupled an external form between God and
man."
11. Daniel 9:2
in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, understood from the Scriptures, according to the word of
the LORD given to Jeremiah the prophet, that the desolation of Jerusalem would last seventy years.

He who is of God, hears God's words.

God.

16. John 8:37
I know that you are Abraham's descendants; but you seek to kill me, because my word [teachings
heard] has no place in you.
The Jews heard the Scriptures read to them every Sabbath, but because the Jews had not been
listening to the Voice of the Lord (the Word of God), they did not have his word abiding in their hearts.
Each time you listen, hear, and obey, the Lord writes his words in the flesh of your heart; which is the
engrafted word, which is able to save your soul. James 1:21 . The more you hear, the more the word
abides in you; the more it abides in you, the more it controls you - the more you are doing his will, not
yours. The more you hear and see revealed in your heart by the Word in your heart, the more you
understand the things of God.

God to us as they are engrafted into our hearts; and since Jesus is the life of God, His spoken words that

This is not hearing the Bible read; this is hearing the voice of the Lord. He who is of God, hears God's

Many sects in Christendom with Bible-faith think the words I have spoken of this verse, by which man
is judged, are words recorded in the Bible. Think about it: how unfair that would be to all those men

When you produce the fruit of the Spirit, you prove yourself to be a true follower of Christ, and you
bring honor and glory to the Father, John 15:8 which is a one-time opportunity.

erroneously teaches that faith comes by belief in the message of the Bible; if so, then how did Enoch,
Noah, Job, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, etc., have faith when scriptures were yet to be
written? Yet Paul has just told us that faith comes from hearing the word, which word is in our hearts;
so to have real faith, you must hear Christ from within your heart and believe whom you hear, to be the
Son of God; and believe enough to completely obey him. If they tell you that "faith comes by hearing
Bible verses (their word of God)," haven't they just cut Christ out of being the author and the
finisher of your faith, by making the Bible their source of faith instead of the Living, speaking
voice from heaven, Christ the Living God? If people insist that Bible verses are the "word of God,"
haven't they replaced Christ with the Bible making the Bible their rule, their judge, their source of
discernment, their authority haven't they made the Bible their God? Think about it, even though it is

By hearing Him speak to you, not a book about Jesus, but Jesus himself is the source and author of
your faith: true faith, of which Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith, Heb 12:2 . By obedience to
the word, Jesus, you have faith: For Jesus became the Author and Source of eternal salvation to all
those who give heed and obey Him. Heb 5:9. To believe is to obey. Obedience leads to salvation.

that we may hear it, and do it?'
But the word is very near to you, in your mouth, and in your heart, so that you may obey it.
