'Learners for Life'. It is oriented on supporting the social and economic well-being of young people living in Kutaisi.
Organization is founded by JSC Elit-Electronics.

Supervising and auditing financial operations of the organization; Reporting to the Sponsors, Donors and the Board
of Directors; Fundraising; Developing the organization informational channels; Maintaining the Public Relation and

Community Youth Centres activity and staff daily management in accordance of the LFL project objectives and the
budget, report to and work closely with the Project Director and other project stakeholders to ensure cohesiveness and
continuity of the project.

Remark: Charity Humanitarian Center "Abkhazeti" (CHCA) established in 1995, represents a Georgian nonGovernmental, non-profit organization aimed to improve the social and economic conditions of internally displaced and
other vulnerable populations in Georgia.
CHCA-Charity Humanitarian Center Abkhazeti -- Creation of favorable socio economic environment for the
families living in Zugdidi, Gali, Tkvarcheli and Ochamchira districts -- Program Coordinator, November 2003

Remark: The program was implementing under the coalition of four NGOs (Acction Contra El Hambre, CHCA; Gali
Cultural and Educational association and Young Leaders Association. The project aimed to increase the preparedness
of communities of Samegrelo-Upper Svaneti and Abkhazia to contribute to a peace-building process through economic,
social and civic education development at the community level and to build economic and social capacities at the
community level through the increased participation, coordination and communication within the communities of
Samegrelo-Upper Svaneti and Abkhazia.
Achievements: The program pilot phase was accomplished/ evaluated successfully and it was prolonged for two years.
In August 2004 I was promoted and appointed as an Executive Director of CHCA

Remark: Non-Formal Education Program presented one of the long-term programs of CHCA which supported the
development and integration of IDP and vulnerable local adolescents within the existing social environment through
creating the Youth Development Clubs in 7 cities of Georgia.
Achievements: During my work for NFEP Coordinator the program was developed with its components, management
systems including the communication (internal and external networking systems), reporting, implementation
methodology and other, was increased the geographical area of its' implementation. From November 2003 I was
appointed as a coordinator of Pilot Development Coalition Program.

CHCA-Charity Humanitarian Center Abkhazeti-- Young Leaders for peace and development in Southern
Caucasus Project Manager, March 2001 October 2001
Remark: The project aimed to support the formation of informal young leaders in Imereti and Abkhazia regions,
increase their preparedness to contribute to the peace building process through providing them with different
educational and citizenship activities accomplished under the Youth development Clubs. Lately, the organization of
common meetings, where the teenagers had an opportunity to discuss open and safely about the results "no sparing
war" and future prospects of conflict settlement.
Achievements: The project Young Leaders for peace and development in Southern Caucasus (funded by Academy for
Educational Development AED) was accomplished successfully. It was highly evaluated by the Donor organization and
beneficiaries as well. From August 2001 I was appointed for the coordinator of Non-formal Education Program.
