Asean community is a community consists of 10 south east countries there are indonesia,

malaysia, thailand, philipan, myanmar, brunei, laos, singapura, camboja and vietnam that
they will be a unity by ignoring regional bondery of each countries for being ASEAN
COUNTRY that has one vision, one identity and one community.this Asean community will
be implemented in 2015.
The purpose of ASEAN COMMUNITY is making the Asean region for being stabil and has
high competitive atmosphere by equalizing economic condition. It will be shown by
decreation of poorness and economic social status.
There are 3 pillars of AC.
1. Asean Economic Community
AEC is community that emphasizing on the single market and single production
which are supported by free floow of goods, service, investment and labors.
Single market means : every goods, service, investmen and labors are free to enter
ASEAN country with low or even no tax.
Single production means : every person can build their factory in every country of
ASEAN with free
2. Asean Political and Social Community
ASEAN Political-Scurity Community (APSC) purpose is to keep political relation and asean
security to the high place, establishing peace region with democratic and harmony
environment. APSC helps security and pertahanan of asean country if there is some conflict
happen, they will solve it with peace.
3. The ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community aims to contribute to realising an
ASEAN Community that is people-oriented and socially responsible with a
view to achieving enduring solidarity and unity among the peoples and
Member States of ASEAN. It seeks to forge a common identity and build a
caring and sharing society which is inclusive and where the well-being,
livelihood, and welfare of the peoples are enhanced. ASCC is focused on
nurturing the human, cultural and natural resources , culture, knowledge,
technology, environment, healthy, and others social thing. for sustained development
in a harmonious and people-oriented ASEAN.

Ladies and gentlemen, so what we have to preapre as young generation to face AC in 2015?
1. We have to increase our hardskill, softskill and lifeskill.
a. Hardskill is skill which is thought by our teachers, books, and exc that is helping
us to increase our knowledge.
b. Softskill is ability for comunicate with others people, ability for speaking, leading,
and time work.
c. Lifeskill

Advantage : AC will give us a chance to get job not only in indonesia but in all countries in
Asean without any boundaries.so only Those people who has good knowledge,
communication skills in english, good in team work will be the winner in this competition.
Why i call it as competition? Because for getting a job we have to defeat our competitors, and
now just iomagine AEC give chance for every asean ppl to work every where that they want,
so our competitors are not only indonesian ppl, but 9 others countries also. Of course only
them who qualifed that can be accepted and get good position.
