The plant parameters shall be viewed from a remote place (Kolkata) by a group of experts round the
clock & required advices will be given to the plant engineers. The Knowledge base shall be maintained
at a central location at Kolkata.
The central expert group shall maintain equipment history, efficiency parameters, Preventive
maintenance plan, spares management & feed back of all the plants and deliver knowledged services
for all the O&M projects.
Few modifications to the plant shall be done to reduce human interventions and few artificial intelligence
shall be added for trouble free auto operation.
Plant wise drawings & documents(in soft form) shall be maintained at Kolkata for instant advices to the
plant O&M group.
