(A) Job Description Summary

Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver IT Strategy and Transformation consulting projects and sustain client
relationships by selling while delivering consulting work. ITS teams work closely with CIOs and IT leaders of client
organizations to define the strategic direction of IT, develop target operating models, plan & execute transformation
programs and align architectures to deliver business goals and benefits.
The requirement is to collaborate with the client IT leaders to
Identify how IT organizations can be better aligned to business to provide greater business value
Help transform the IT function to achieve operational excellence and tight alignment with the business
strategy
Extract the maximum business value from IT investments and position client organizations for the future

(B) Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead project work streams to deliver one or more ITS consulting engagements (or programs) and develop
compelling offerings and value propositions
Build strong and sustainable client relationships, ability to sell while delivering consulting work
Manage small teams of Analysts to deliver project deliverables
Collect and document information on clients IT organization
Perform industry and market research on best practices, similar cases, etc
Perform issue based problem solving and lead efforts to structure and analyze issues
Manage requirements and communication manage scope, traceability, package and communicate requirements
to all stakeholders
Support RFP preparation and pre-sales material preparation; participate in pre-sales client meetings
Work with global teams to create and help maintain ITS assets
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Lead and direct junior team members to achieve project outcomes and manage work load

(C) Must Have Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Deep knowledge of technology issues facing clients today and in the future with experience of helping clients to
address them
Good knowledge of and experience in the IT domain applications or infrastructure or IT operations mgmt. or,
software lifecycle management etc.
Ability to oversee multiple projects and strong skills in project planning and progress controlling
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral)
Issue based problem solving
Ability to work across levels and geographies
Ability to work in cross functional teams
Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to work in startup kind of environment

(D) Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with minimum 3 years+ in consulting or
corporate strategy experience in one of the top consulting firms
Engineering Bachelors degree from premier Tier -1 / 2 institute
Masters/ Diploma in Management from premier Tier-1/ 2 institute
ITIL / PMP/ COBIT certified(preferable)
