Thirty-Fifth Statewide Investigating Grand Jury on December 18, 2014, and of any
prosecution by the District Attorney of Montgomery County stemming from that
Presentment, is GRANTED pending final disposition of In re: Thirty-Fifth Statewide
Investigating Grand Jury, 197 MM 2014.
