RECYCLING EQUIPMENT AND THE PRINCIPLE

Open the door of the cracking reactor then put scrap tires into the body of the cracking reactor.
Then the body of the cracking reactor will be heated up by the fuel under it. The scrap tires will
decompose when it heated up to a certain temperature in the cracking reactor. The
decomposed tires transformed into exhaust gas and crude oil in the cracking reactor. Exhaust
gas will be processed in the desulfurization deduster transmitted by the pipe on the top of the
cracking reactor. Then by the processing of water film cyclone, the harmful gas will changed
into clean air then release out. When crude oil gets through the gas separate, the impurities
will be filtrated, so that crude oil can be refined. Crude oil get through the depositing tank to the
condenser and water tank, then transform into liquid. Liquid crude oil will delivered to tanks for
store, and the exhaust gas from the crude oil in the tank will transported to exhaust gas recycle
system, then transported to the bottom of the cracking reactor as fuel to heat up the cracking
reactor.

1. The body of the cracking reactor: In the body of the cracking reactor, when the scrap tire
heated up to a certain temperature it will decompose into two parts: crude oil and slag gas.

2. Desulfurization deduster & water film cyclone: they will get rid of the harmful elements and
dust, then purifying the waste gas.

3. Draft fan: it can quickly take out the waste gas from the reactor.

4. Gas separate: when crude oil gets through into this part, as the higher density of the
impurities in crude oil, it will deposit to the bottom.

5. Depositing tank: the crude oil will be deposited to the tank for refining.

6. Condenser: the heat of crude oil will be rapidly eliminated in the condenser.

7. Water tank: it will cool the crude oil further.

8. Oil tank: when the oil chill down, it will stored in the oil tanks and waiting for the further
processing.

9. Waste gas recycles system: waste gas recycle system can collect waste gas into the tank,
and then transport it to the body of the furnace for combustion.

10. Waste gas burner: the recovered exhaust gas burned by gas burner to heat up the
cracking reactor.

11. Furnace: there are fuels in its body, the fuels burned to heat up cracking reactor.

12. Blower: blower inhale air from the outside into the cracking reactor so that oxygen in the
cracking reactor will increased and promote combustion of the fuel more efficient.

13. Carbon black slag system: When the scrap tires are heated up to a certain temperature it
will be decomposed. After one batch finished and cooling down, you can open the door of
carbon black, increase the rotate speed, spin the reactor; carbon black will be moved out
automatically.
