We live in a modern society, and our educational system is developed too in some ways. Also our
students have the right to choose what is better for their life. Nobody can't say that you should study or
not, you should know what you want to develope your social life. Somebody after 9th form prefer to work
instead of studying, but mojority of them are obliged by his parents to study at universities, or high
schools. As student life is the most important and the most beautiful part of life, the students also has to
complete a lot of duties and responsibilities if they choose to study. He has to take preparation for the
future life, and at the same time has to maintain his duties towards the families, society and nation. At the
end I can say: to study it's a right and a duty at the same time because everybody should know what can
enhance your knowledge to have a decent life.
The modern teenagers' lifestyle and education is no preparation for the challenges of grown up
life. To what extent do you agree
To begin with, that nowadays there are really a lot of young people who lead unhealthy lifestyle. For
example, they use alcohol, drugs and other harmful substances.
According to the Internet statistics the public in general tend to believe that the situation in our country is
catastrophic. That is why, Russia is starting to test schoolchildren for drugs for the first time the world. As
for me, I believe this issue is controversial.
On one hand, young people can not live in isolation. They are looking for dialogue, want to have fun
and a good time. That's why the majority of young people are trying to make friends and join the big
companies in various youth groups. For example, some of these groups are engaged in research,
compose and perform music, go to the mountains, exploring the past of our country studying the past of
our country and take care of veterans.This is great! But there are youth groups that choose to use alcohol
and drugs, they are promoting hatred, violence and racial hostility. This is a bad group.Young people are
very hard to choose because they lack life experience. That's why young people need to listen to the
views of parents and teachers.
On the other hand, I will never enter into the group that ruin my life and health because its my life and
I dont want to live in problems. And there are many young people who think so. I believe that it is illegal
to test me for drug or alcohol. It is humiliatingly and unfair. I think young people should be free and have
equal rights with adults.
5) In conclusion, I want to say that everyone chooses his own way in life. I think nothing makes a person
to love life, you just need to look seriously into the future and think about a career, your future work and a
family.

Healthy lifestyle
Today in society , more people are fighting for a healthy lifestyle. They do not smoke , do physical
exercise , do not eat unwholesome food. Their main goal - to maintain health, to be active and live
longer . I also support a healthy lifestyle.
Whatever the man did , it affects her body. If you long to harm him in small doses , sooner or later all this
harm will develop together. Then the person is sick . And because we want to be healthy, we give up bad
habits. That Nepal, do not use drugs, do not drink alcohol.
Still worth a walk outdoors, regularly ventilate the apartment , doing morning exercises to practice a
particular sport. Yes , we support your body in good shape.
Another sign of a healthy lifestyle - a proper diet. It should adhere to the meal, eat only organic foods. For
example, I try to eat as little as possible fast food, sweets, sausages, overcooked . And all kinds of
products with dyes and preservatives : chips , drinks and more. Though sometimes entails incredible to
eat, but I understand that great food often useful , but simply harmful. These meals should be replaced
with delicious fresh fruit or vegetables.
People who are fighting for a healthy lifestyle also learn less irritated, less spoil your nerves. No wonder
they say : the nerve cells do not recover .
I believe that a healthy lifestyle is good - and support it. However, not all over , so I still have something to
strive for . Because I want to be tough , strong and healthy, so do not waste your time on diseases and
medicines.

My favourite teacher - ...

I consider that all teachers - darlings. But my most favourite teacher is a teacher of biology-
... . To be the teacher - very responsible task. After all from it we receive
knowledge which we use further. And knowledge has to be true, deep and useful. It seems to me that
each teacher wants that his pupil achieved successes in studying of its subject, in adult life, and even
surpassed the teacher. It will be the best gift and will mean that the teacher managed to teach everything
that is able.
But often we resist to receive valuable knowledge: we shirk, we don't carry out homeworks, we are rude
to teachers and we get up to any nonsenses. And they after all, in turn, need to suffer, understand and try
to correct something by means of one means - the word. ... always
understands you and can help if you didn't understand something. She can forgive if you were late. We
never will forget the teachers, opened to us the road to life!

My favourite teacher
In lyceum, where I`m studying, there are a lot of wonderful teachers and each of them is good in his or
her own way, but I want to tell you about my History teacher. Marina Vladimirovna is a very versatile,
understanding, sincere, kind and bright person. Every lesson she tells us a lot of interesting stories about
the former governors of our and foreign countries. In addition, when we talk about the culture of any
country. At her lessons you will never be bored, on the contrary every lesson she charges us with energy
for the rest of the day. But as any good teacher, Marina Vladimirovna wants that we know history very
well, so she is critical to us, aside from a school textbook, she advises us to read different books about
history, and do unusual presentation and projects, of course, sometimes it is very difficult, but I think that
when I finish school and pass exams, then I will be sincerely grateful to her for all she has done for us.

Mass media play an important role in our life. They are usually defined by encyclopedias as any of the
means of communication, such as radio, television, newspapers, magazines, etc. that reach and
influence a very large audience, at least as large as the whole population of a nation. The term was
coined in 1920s with emerging of nationwide radio networks and of mass-circulation newspapers and
magazines. I believe mass media are so influential because they can be used for various purposes:
popularisation, for business or social concerns (advertising, marketing, public relations, and political
communication), education, entertainment, video and computer games, journalism, public service
announcements. Media include radio and television, films, various types of discs or tapes used for music
and computer, Internet, publishing on paper (books, magazines, and newspapers).Mass media play a
crucial role in forming public opinion. They do it in a number of ways: first, they communicate the world to
individuals. Much of the news media is made up of newsgathering by large organizations. Just four main
news agencies AP, UPI, Reuters and Agence France Presse claim together to provide 90 % of the
total news output of the world's press, radio and television. Second, they reproduce modern society's selfimage by forcing attention to certain issues. They build up public images of political figures. They are
constantly presenting objects suggesting what individuals in the mass should think about, know about,
have feelings about. Because some of the media produce material which often is good, impartial, and
serious, they have respect and authority. If we look into the reasons why the mass media shape public
opinion, we will see, first of all, that in practice the ethics of the press and television provides a vital
support for the existing order. Second, many of the mass media in practice cater for the tastes of some
social group. Shaping the public opinion inside this group, they create the audience which supports them
financially by buying the newspaper or watching the TV channel.But how much do the media influence the
modern society? Early critiques suggested that the media destroys the individual's capacity to act
autonomously. Later studies, however, suggest a more complex interaction between the media and
society. People actively interprete and evaluate the media and the information it provides.

Reading must be one of the hobbies of a teenager.

Todays teenagers don't read as many books as a teenager even ten or twenty years back used to. Why is
it so? Is it because other forms of communication, learning and
entertainment have taken over the ever popular "book" or is there some other reason?
I feel that reading is important to teenagers. There are many types of books that can
be found everywhere, such as fantasy, real-life stories and humour. Reading not only
broadens our knowledge, it also increases our creativity, which can be useful for
students when they are writing their essay. Along with that you developer your concentration and attention
giving skills. Most of todays "multitasking teenager" is
talented but he has a very short attention span. This can be a problem in later
life. Reading gives them much needed practice - practicing to concentrate and think in one direction
keeping the mind open and responsive at the same time.
I think that teenagers do not really read is either because they do not have the
interest or is too busy to use any of their time to read. Also, it may be due to video
games or Internet. As there are are more video games for teenagers to play, they would usually choose to
use their free time to play rather than spend some time reading.
Hence I think that reading is important.

The Internet has forever changed the way we live.

Perhaps it is no secret that the Internet is an integral part of modern life . Probably today will be very hard
to find someone who has never used the Internet . Modern children master computer, and with it the
Internet , far faster than the periodic table . Today , the internet can do : communicate with your friends ,
search for new friends, order things , to buy equipment . It should be noted that today, thanks to the
internet we can learn world news , weather, read books, listen to music, not attached nor any effortlessly
than pressing a few buttons. Today, all universities have their own websites where students can find and
download all the lectures , just take online- tests , communicate with teachers via e-mail , which is
problematic to meet. The Internet has become an integral part of our lives . The Internet gives us the
opportunity to communicate with each other , make new friends , learn, earn , and just killing time with
pleasure.
Yes, the Internet has become part of my life . Because on the Internet , I spend a lot of free time. Here I
play online games, chat with friends in social networks that are far away from me , including abroad ,
talking on Skype , I read many interesting articles , reviews about cars, household appliances. On the
Internet you can find information about any device , on any technique , different processes , materials. On
the Internet I read the news , and watch videos on YouTube and other sites , downloading useful
instructions and programs , share photos . In general - the Internet weight goodies ! It's really part of my
life .

How do change in society influence peoples culture? What can slow down or speed up
cultural development?
Social change can come from various forces both inside and outside a community.
The impact of social change on culture can be seen in social movements such as the civil rights
movement in the United States. For example, the civil rights movement in the US changed the way U.S.
culture views race and racial inequality. It also impacted other cultural views, such as those concerning
women.
The basic elements of culture like language, religion, philosophy, literature, faith and values will take long
time to change due to the influence of another culture, but it can be influenced by social changes.
The biggest social change I see is due to social networking and the related technology. The constant
access both of them is changing society in some good and not so good ways. We can easily reach
anyone, just about twenty-four hours a day. But at the same time the violence we see can cause other
actions of bigger violence. Bad language used on social networks can slow down the culture of a whole
nation.
Social projects developed by different organization and clubs can speed up the development of our
culture and make the world better.

:" What is your idea of an ideal family? Speak about family values.
The family is seven "I"! The family should be big and amicable. Unfortunately, presently it is a rarity. In my
class 11 persons, and only two from large families. At the others, including I have, on one brother or the
sister. It seems to me, that two children is very little. As it is healthy, when is with whom to play, about
itself to care, at whom to study.
Each member of family is a person. It is necessary to respect each other, to reckon with opinion each
other. And the main thing to love each other, in fact without love there will be no neither respect, nor a
understanding, supports.
My family very amicable. When to me it is bad, something is impossible or simply bad mood, I know, that
houses will necessarily support me, will help. And if mum or the daddy not in forces to help to me they will
necessarily find a way it to make.
Except for mum, the daddy and the brother I have it is a lot of relatives of whom we very much are
friends, therefore our family holidays pass all very cheerfully and interestingly. Adults organize to children
of game, dances, competitions. We take pictures much, in fact the photo is a memory. Will pass many
years, and I can show the family what was when went to school.
Probably, my family not at all ideal because it is impossible. But I hope, that when time to me will come to
build the family, I shall try, that it was similar to family of my parents, but it is little bit better.
