Our Microsoft Operations team is responsible for the global operations of our
Commercial, Consumer, Services, Microsoft Business Solutions, and original
equipment manufacturer (OEM) businesses. We focus on the strategy,
development, and execution of launch planning, agreement processing,
invoicing, and supply chain solutions for Microsofts products and services
worldwide.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or within six months of graduation from full-time MBA studies
Demonstrated ability in program or project management, preferably in the
technology field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on multiple
projects simultaneously, deal with ambiguity, make trade-off decisions,
meet deadlines and drive for results.
English language & local language fluency for all roles (non US locations)
Full unrestricted work authorization for your chosen location (non US
locations)
Some of our Operations positions are part of our MACH Program, which
provides additional onboarding and training within our global community.
The MACH Program is an 18-24 month comprehensive on-boarding and
development program custom designed for our newest university hires in
various professions, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Services, IT, and
Operations.
The MACH program enables you to start strong, build your networks and
drive your long-term careers at Microsoft. We do this by offering you worldclass training designed to set you up for success at Microsoft, a global
community with thousands of current MACHs and MACH program alumni in
over 60 countries and coaching from some of the brightest minds in the
industry. The MACH program is global in scale and encompasses all of our
regions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (MEA), Asia Pacific (APAC), the
Americas, Greater China and Japan.
