Supply Chain

Large, complex projects need well-rounded, decisive leaders. We seek MBAs

customer experience. As a Supply Chain professional, youll guide the life
cycle of our technologies and products from the white board to the global
marketplace.
Supply Chain Professionals are the link between our hardware development
teams and the marketplace. Whether collaborating with team leaders and
producers or contacting outside vendors and support businesses, you will
use outstanding communication skills to maximize exposure for products
such as Xbox and Microsoft Hardware, as well as services including Windows
Phone and Xbox Live.
In this role, you will challenge yourself to optimize efficiency and costs as
products are moved between supplier and retail and guarantee that our
supply matches the needs of our partners and customers. You will also
develop best practices to make sure that efficiency consistently improves in
the supply chain. Your leadership as an end-to-end professional will
underpin the strength of our global performance.

Qualifications:

Pursuing an MBA with a focus in Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain

Ability to analyze, explain, and draw conclusions based on complex


data from multiple content areas

Experience with global materials life-cycle management


(development, launch, sustaining, and end of life) and start-up/shut-down
process management is preferred

Experience with ERP material management systems and


implementations is a plus

Business Planning/Analysis & Market Research


Do you want to develop fresh marketing strategies and ideas to help us
achieve growth and revenue goals? In this role, youll analyze existing
industry data sources to determine the end-to-end business and
monetization strategy and monitor performance for the product line,
including new business plans, revenue forecasts, and SKU plans.
Additionally, you will drive product performance through primary and
secondary market research and analytics that brings depth and clarity to
business strategies.
Product Marketing & Product Management
At the center of our global marketing strategy, you will determine the
marketing plans, product content, and internal and external evangelism for
your product line. Conduct competitive analyses and positioning
frameworks, develop launch plans, and create compelling storytelling that
articulates our strongest value propositions to key business decision
makers, customers, and partners. You also serve as the voice of the
customer in product content and development discussions as you finalize
go-to-market strategies.

Content Marketing & Communications


With the big picture in mind, will work with team members across business
groups and agencies to deliver a global integrated marketing
communication plan. This is a high visibility role as you will manage annual
marketing communications priorities and success metrics, oversee
production and deployment of advertising, and drive the strategy and
execution of digital and social media.
Channel & Ecosystem Marketing
Are you ready to drive Microsofts business success with our customers and
partners? Your creative and analytical thinking skills will help you incubate
new partner models, develop channel engagement plans, and drive retail
and sales readiness strategies to meet key business metrics and customer
satisfaction. In this role, youll define industry-specific positioning, content,
and messaging to increase product-line business growth with a targeted
audience.

Finance

Business Development Manager


Business Development Managers identify key strategic initiatives to develop
and successfully execute Go to Market strategies against top competitors.
As part of this role you will drive capacity planning to ensure partner
readiness to increase sales and market share. We are looking for a great
individual, who can think out of the box with ideas, execute on messaging,
design presentations to support to customer and partner communications
and support the Enterprise Partner Team.
Qualifications:

Pursuing or within six months of graduation from full-time MBA studies

Experience in selling software solutions to large enterprises preferred

Skills required include: Excellent communication skills, strong writing


and presentation skills.

Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling

Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Passion for technology, both consumer and corporate

Some understanding of Cloud Computing, O365, or Devices preferred
