Review the central truth, the memory verse, prayer and confessions,
and read the Bible Story with scripture references indicated under the
power outlets. As this is done each day, let your child color in or put a
sticker on the power outlet located on the back of the devotional. At
the end of the week please sign as proof of completion and return to the
teacher. Children who complete 3 weeks Power Cords in a month will
have their picture posted in the foyer of Power Source and their name in
the newsletter.

Father God,
Thank you for loving me and taking care of me. Bless my church, Pastor Ron,
and his family. Bless my teachers for teaching me Your Word. I believe your love
is flowing through me to other people. Help me to obey my parents so things
will go well with me and I will live a long life on the earth. I will tell how great
you are and how much I love you. I thank You that by Jesus stripes I am healed.
In Jesus' name,
Amen

The Holy Spirit will give me strength and power so that Christ
may dwell in my heart through faith. Ephesians 3:14-17
Grace and peace will be mine in abundance. 1 Peter 1
I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth. Luke 10:21

Father God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are 3 different persons
who make one Most High God.

I John 5:7, There are three that bear record in heaven; the
Father, Word, and Holy Ghost; and these three are One.

The Most High God is really God the Father, God the Son, and God the
Holy Spirit. We call this divine being the Godhead or the Trinity. Just
like a tricycle has 3 wheels that all together make the tricycle work,
so does our God have 3 distinct persons who are one God. Father God
is the leader of the heavenly kingdom and it is He who answers our
prayers. God the Son or as we usually say, Jesus, is the 2nd person of
the Trinity. He was always with the Father, but when the time was right,
the Father asked Him to leave the comforts of Heaven to carry the great
plan to redeem people back to Him; it was the only legal way to enter
the earth. Jesus always does what the Father wants. God the Holy Spirit
is the 3rd person of the Trinity. He too was there at the creation of man,
but when sin entered man, Holy Spirit had to vacate man because He
cannot live where sin is. He moves back in and becomes the constant
companion when we become born again Christians. So, God the Father
as the leader of the team developed the master plan and created it.
God the Son too His plan and formed man out of clay, and God the Holy
Spirit breathed into man making him a living soul. In other words, God
the Father says that we are His house, God the Son says I designed it,
and God the Holy Spirit says I live there.
